I attended a January 31 wedding in the Midwest and there was snow on the ground! I paired it with navy fleece leggings and a black faux fur wrap. The slit is high, but necessary for the fit and movement. I was going to wear tights regardless for the church wedding and warmth, and did make me feel less subconscious. Sleeves also provided a comfortable weight without limiting movement, which was necessary to keep up with my 3YO son as the ring bearer!
TONS of compliments. Would definitely rent again.


I didn’t want to wear the typical red or gold holiday dress and this one didn’t disappoint! It was stunning and I received so many compliments. 

This dress understood the assignment. From the moment I walked in, people kept asking where it was from. It hugged in all the right places and gave full gala energy. Comfortable, classy, and unforgettable. I felt like the best version of myself in it.

I received so many compliments on this dress! It is fairly low cut, but I was able to wear a regular plunge bra which was a bonus. The MP size fit perfect and I could’ve even worn flats, but chose heels. Loved it!

This is my 3rd time wearing this dress because it’s just that fab for a winter event.  The sleeves make it great for a colder event.  Formal wear which didn’t require spanx or a strapless bra ftw!

I loved this dress.  It is beautiful.   I wore it to the White House Holiday Party and it was perfect.  The dress is even prettier in person.

I lost count of all the compliments I received!  Stunning and sparkly gown. I bit hard to zip - I had to get help. 

Loved the dress, but be warned...there is little to no stretch. I usually wear a medium in dresses and ordered the large for this one - glad I did because it fit like a glove.  I wish the dress were longer, I prefer having my shoes covered for full-length gowns, but I made this work. For reference, I am 5'7" and the dress hit the top of my feet. Still, lots of compliments! 

Wore to a holiday gala and ladies stopped me to let me know my dress was a stunner. I have a shorter torso and longer legs so slits and low cut neck lines always worry me, but this fit great. I was worried I'd look a little "hippy" in it given my hourglass figure, so I'm including a photo for those of you who need the comparison. 

Loved this dress so much! Beading was beautiful and not too heavy. Front was a bit low but was able to go bra less without any issues. Slit is high but was able to make bike shorts spanx work. Could not recommend this dress more. 

Absolutely zero stretch. So be very mindful of it. 

Gorgeous on and will get a ton of compliments.  The dress has deep blues in the sequence. It is a heavy gown, but expected.

I got so many compliments on this gown. Someone told me I had the best outfit of the night. Great for an indoor, climate controlled event, and pretty comfortable as well. Not sure I would wear it outside during the summer if it was humid, but I have absolutely no complaints and I’m so happy I’ve rented this gown.

This was such a fun dress! I ordered the XS and Small. Being 3 months postpartum I did end up wearing the Small and it fit really nice! Although it was a little lower cut,  it wasn’t as  low cut as I thought it was going to be and I felt comfortable in it. 

I got lots of compliments on this dress. Wore it to a gala. Shows off your waist, lifts your bust, and shapes your bum. Sparkly but not overly so. Very comfortable. Sequins didn’t catch on anything. Might be a little short for taller people. Worked great for me with low heels. Screenshots from the glambot.

I have a smaller chest and curvier hips/thighs. This fit beautifully. I ordered a medium and a large based on reviews and went with the large. I typically wear an 8/10. The length was perfect (I’m 5’5”). I got so many compliments! I wore it to a work gala. 

This is a classy dress for a woman who wants to wow the crowd. It is very easy to wear with a deep cut bra.

I am 5’8” and 140lbs and the medium was snug but not impossible to wear. It was for a work event and not too risky. The dress was stunning and a really head turner! I hope I have another occasion to rent it! 

Wore this to a formal gala and picked it over items bc it the weather was soooo cold. But honestly too short for someone who is 5’10

The waist, shoulders and hits fit TTS, but the waist was set very high for a tall girl which diminished the fitted form somewhat. The dress was VERY SPARKLY and I got a ton of compliments. Neckline and slits were just a little sexy, but not too much.

Wore to a NYE formal party, it was perfect for the occasion!  Medium fit everywhere except could not zip up- too tight. Large fit great. Material quality is excellent, and I received many compliments on the dress throughout the night! It felt very glamorous. 

This dress is absolutely gorgeous, and I got compliments all night. Fit my curves in all the right places but was a tad too short if your heart is set on wearing heels. Wearing with flats was perfect and allowed me to dance all night.

I wore this to a New Year's Eve party.  I was comfortable sitting, dancing, walking, etc.  It's low cut, but not terribly so. I was able to pin a normal bra at the v-neck to keep it hidden. I will say if you are busty, consider going up one size. I'm glad I did. 

This dress was an absolute stunner ! Got so many compliments and felt like a celebrity going to the Oscar's! It is heavy and warm, though and the sleeves cannot be pulled up. It is however a perfect choice for a formal winter holiday gala in a hotel ballroom.  I went with the size large petite since I have a fuller bust and did not want to feel mashed in. I wanted to be able to feel more comfortable moving and dancing in it.  There is a back zipper ,  not much stretch. There is a front slit but it is modest even with sitting . Wore 4inch heels but the length can be worn with flats ( I have convertible  heels) without dragging when dancing.  Overall this dress was so memorable, photographs beautifully and made me feel like a queen. Love it!! 

This is a spectacular dress that stands out in a sea of black ball gowns. Incredibly lightweight for all over sequins. I’ve never received more compliments!
Had to go with medium because it runs small. 


The dress is beautifully detailed with sequins and gives ‘sexy vibes’
 with the low cut and slit. However, it was heavy, restrictive, and short for my liking. I didn’t wear to my event because I felt I might get uncomfortable. 

I am assuming this is meant to be a bit short length wise which was fun and made it easy to walk in. I got a ton of comments through the night on how stunning it was. Surprisingly comfortable fit like a glove.

Wore this to a black tie event and received many compliments. Neckline is pretty deep, but everything stayed in place well. Loved the slit in the side. Definitely felt one-of-a-kind in this fabulous dress! 

Fits so well, no need for a bra - just some fashion tape. Sparkles like no other and isn’t as heavy as you would think. Wore this to my husband’s work holiday party with sneakers (as the dress code requests) and it looked custom!

Has a little stretch and hides everything. You can feel the sequins but not bad at all. Sleeves were a little lose but did not impact the look of the dress and was probably more comfortable for it. 

I got compliments all night long in this dress. I found the arms to be slightly baggy, but other than that, the dress fit perfectly and I felt like a million bucks in it. Perfect for a cold-weather black tie wedding!

I have been using RTR for 10+ years and this dress makes the list of top all-time rentals for formal/cocktail dresses. I felt sexy and completely appropriately dressed for a gala at an art gallery. It fit perfectly, was easy to move in and in good condition. 

This dress was absolutely beautiful! Definitely a little low cut so prepare for that. I was able to wear a push up bra with the dress. You can’t go wrong with this dress! Note the dress is blue not black!
