I normally wear a 4 in dresses and initially wanted to size up to a 6 after reading reviews. The only size available was an 8 and I was a bit hesitant about it being too large. I’m happy I went with the 8, it fit comfortably with enough breathing room to eat and drink. I tried to wear a proper bra with this dress (34C) and there was just too much of a gap, wore with a commando bralette to fix the issue. 

This dress is small in the bust (I'm 32DDD) but it was an easy fix with a small amount of fashion tape. Super flattering and a beautiful color. Perfect for a typical 93°/200% humidity August day in Georgia! 

So so flattering on. I am a 34b but couldn’t wear a bra since it was tight in the bust. So size up if you have a larger chest!

I actually enjoyed this and it was very comfortable to wear all day, but definitely felt a little homely!

Runs right across chest for larger busts- I have a 36dd. Loved this so much, may buy. Jokes about Dorothy but so cute and got many compliments. 

I thought this dress was great! Super flattering cut that gives you a waist. The color was also beautiful. Got a lot of compliments! Could be cute on the beach or running around town. The only thing that could make it better would be pockets!

Fit was true to size, no gaping between buttons at the bust, nice extra hook-eye clasp at the waist. This was a very flattering and comfortable dress

This dress is much cuter on and in person!  I wore it to a horse race and it was perfect!  I went up 2 sizes after reading other reviews and I'm glad I did.  The top is snug, so I never would've been able to wear in my usual size 2 or even 4.  I'm 115 lbs and 5'4.  Overall loved this dress and would rent again!

I wore this on vacation and to work. Nicer than expected. A little small in the bust. 

I'm squally a 4/6 and based on the reviews of it running small I ordered an 8. The 8 fit great and it was a perfect summer work dress. 

Loved this for hot summer day outside. Runs small. I sized up and dress was still a bit tight in the chest, but overall very cute and fun to wear. 

The only con of this dress is that it was too small in the chest! The waist and length were perfection. I wanted to wear it to work but it was too gappy for that. I used fashion tape and wore it to dinner. I got so many compliments! I'm a 32DD, so be wary if you have a chest.

Loved this dress- It was a little tight across my bust and ribs. Bustier girls or those with larger ribcages may want to size up.

I cannot figure out sizing with this designer.  I ordered larger because the last Draper James dress I ordered in a 12 was just slightly light in the waist.  This one was a 14 and even smaller though and I couldn't close the busy, had to wear a cami with it.   Dress is lightweight and nice though 

The bust was too small leaving big gaps. The slip showed from underneath the dress. Didn't wear and do not recommend. Material was nice though! 

Wore to my 1 year olds bday party! Loved it!

Definitely better for someone with a smaller chest. Sized up 2 sizes and I'm so glad I did! Even with the roomier size, it gaped a bit at the chest and I had to use fashion tape to keep it down. But great fabric and very cute on.

I sized up based on other reviews noting the bust is a bit small. I'm normally a 2 or 4 but opted for the 6 and it was perfect. Works with a small bump too. 

I love this dress! I wore it to a baby shower and it was so comfy. Doesn’t wrinkle easy, cute, float, and light. Love it

Super cute dress. The quality of the fabric was great and did not wrinkle. The bust was a bit tight on me when wearing a push up bra, so all reviews are definitely spot on regarding the chest not having LOTS of free room. I would definitely rent again. 

I wear a 00 in Ann Taylor and the 0 Draper James fit perfectly -- recommend sizing up. I loved this dress and hope to buy it when it goes on sale! Was perfect for a baby shower!

Tons of compliments. On hanger I thought "Dorothy" but once on it takes new shape and us perfect dress for summer. It would work well for variety of events. Quality you would expect from designer. Front needed a pin, though. 

I needed a size up, this dress is so gorgeous. Will try again! 

I ususally wear an 8, but sized up and 10 was perfect.

Super cute. The color is outstanding and unique. But just like everyone said, the chest is a little snug.
