I actually liked this skirt a lot more than I thought I would. Considering buying. The color is perfect because it's just "off-white" enough to hide dirt, so you can feel safe sitting down in public. I had rented another skirt for pictures that didn't fit, so ended up using this one and was pretty happy with it. See my review of the green velvet shirt for another picture of this skirt. 

Loved this but the reviews are serious about going up 2 sizes. I tried this on a couple days before the event and it seemed tight still but I think that stretched it out bc the day of it was fine. But yeah 2 sizes!

Cute skirt in heavier fabric that is good length for petites. Zipper unzipped a few times so was glad I was wearing an untucked shirt.  A little snug around waist and through hips for me. Wore once. 

Small so I sized up twice, but I loved it! Long enough for a long legged girl as well! 

I'm debating buying this skirt! On top of being very chic and having pockets, it's constructed very well and great quality. The white is a little off-white, so it's forgiving for sitting on park benches or anywhere that may not be the cleanest. The zipper is also great quality, which adds a bit of weight to the skirt. The waist was a little tight at first, but throughout the day it became more comfortable. I wore this out during the weekend, and am now wearing it to work! Very versatile!

This crisp white skirt from DVF was so useful in my closet that I had to buy it. The gold zipper accent makes it more interesting than most a-line skirts and I am a lover of anything with pockets! Paired here with a cozy star sweater for the fourth of July. Now if I can just keep it clean....  @rtrjunkie

The fit was great! I have a small waist and always worry about skirts slowing riding up but this one stayed in place!! Some reviews said it was stiff - I thought it was really comfortable and held its shape. Super cute. I got lots of compliments.

I absolutely loved this skirt. It's super comfy and it looks very elegant too. You can wear it with sneakers and a t shirt or with heels and a blouse. It's super versatile!

Heard this ran small, so got a size up and it was cute!

Cute skirt with unique zipper design.
But I would recommend ordering 1 size up! (Normally wear size 00 or 0, but wore size 2 which still fit pretty tight).

I really like this skirt! It's a great stretch material. No fear of zipper pulling up or getting inappropriate! This is such a high quality skirt.. I think you will not be disappointed. 

The first thing you notice about the skirt is how well constructed it is, the fabric is sturdy and almost feels like denim and the seams/pockets are so streamlined. Because of how pale I am, I rarely wear white but this was a worthy exception. I was able to wear it on a windy day without getting all that cold which is a bonus for me. The only issue I had with this piece is that the zipper puckered a little bit but not enough to bother me. Overall: a simple skirt with great pockets, zipper and seam details and a perfect winter white. 

 I read the reviews and read that it runs small, which is true. I am usually a 4 but rented a 6 and it fit perfectly. Thank you ladies for leaving reviews to help choose the right size!

I received compliments all day in this skirt.  Based on reviews I ordered this a size up and it fit perfectly. Easy to wear and super comfortable.  One of my favorite rentals.  

Overall I got a lot of compliments on this skirt and it was definitely snug but I usually wear my clothes a tad looser. So an 8 would've been more comfortable but glad the way my look turned out. I would rent this skirt again 

Fit true to size for a slightly high waisted fit.  Loved this skirt for its classic a-line shape and the cool zipper detail down the front.  Heavier fabric but still works for warmer months.  I wore this to work and I thought it was perfect.  Many ways to style it but loved wearing all white.  It's more of a cream color than white though.  

LOVE THIS SKIRT! Very flattering fit and good length. The waist was a bit tight but the material does has some stretch, so it worked. Goes with a lot of outfits and was able to wear on many different occasions.

This skirt is awesome! It was casual and fun. The material is lovely with just enough stretch. I loved the pockets !!! Def rent this again !

Other reviews said to size up and i'm so glad that I did. I'm normally an 8 in bottoms but the 10 fit  perfectly. The fabric is very thick, high-quality, and not see through it all. The color is a bright light cream-it's not exactly white. It fit well on the waist but wasn't tight on the butt or thighs. The front zipper is fully functional and it stayed put the whole day. It wrinkled slightly after a whole day of wear. The length is appropriate if you're really tall. The fabric has a tiny bit of stretch to it but I wouldn't rely on that. Also it has two giant pockets in the front and in the back abs they fit so much. I hate tiny pockets you can't actually put anything in. I adore this skirt; it's a great closet staple and it's upsetting to send back 

This skirt fits fabulously, but make sure to order 1 1/2 - 2 sizes up from your regular size.  I rented this skirt in size 12 compared to my regular size 8 (sometimes 10; I am 5'8", 155 lbs) and it fit perfectly.  Extremely flattering fit.  While the description calls this a "mini" skirt, I think this is a fairly regular length skirt at 19" long, not a mini skirt.  The material is very thick (with no lining), which covers any bumps, doesn't show underwear, and doesn't show the tucked-in shirt color.  The zipper can be opened from both sides, in case you want to show more leg. The only minor negative is that the zipper doesn't lie flat.

These piece was so easy to wear, I didn't like how the bottom of the skirt wasn't hugging the hips, but I made it work. I did however like that the material was of very good quality and that I can dress it up or down. Definitely recommend staying true to your size!

Bad angled photo, but the skirt really does look amazing on. I'm normally a size 2 and the 2 fit  like a glove. In fact, it fit so well that I tried it on and didn't want to take it off!
Plus, the best part is that it has front AND back pockets. Who doesn't love that? 

I tend to have a wider waist/rib cage (apple shape) so skirts that are narrow don't always work, but it was so cute!! Stretchy fabric that feels expensive and very flattering in the back. 

I loved this skirt. I am between a 2 and a 4 and ordered the 4. It started out very tight, almost too tight, but wore it anyways and as the day progressed it loosened up a bit. I would say order up 2 sizes for comfort right from the start. Really cute skirt. Loved the gold zipper!

The skirt runs small. I went up a size but as the day went on I thought  I should have gone up two sizes. Because if you can tell from the pic the zipper puckers and perhaps it would have layen better if I had gone up in size. Over all the skirt is one of a kind.  I enjoyed wearing it. 

This is a cute-on-paper skirt. It's just not practical for anything but standing still for a short period of time and not sitting, walking, or generally existing. It's also way too small. I'm usually a 2/4 and a 6 was pushing it; I could barely breathe. It was immediately not cute the minute I sat down. Super wrinkly and the fabric is stiff. And white is a risk, but you probably already know that. 

I initially ordered a 2 but it was way too small in the waist.  The 4 fit perfectly and was a great length for work and everyday.  Can be worn with heels or sneakers.  I loved the perfect length of the skirt! 

I have a small waist and as everyone said the waist was tight, I got my own size 4. I would have liked it to be tighter, next time I'll size down to 2, but it still worked.

This skirt is undeniably cute. Great shape, comfortable fabric, and not too short. However, the waist was way too small! I'm a 4 in the waist, 6 in the hips (big booty girls, where you at) and so I sized up to 6. The skirt looked great: wasn't tight in the booty (which is usually my problem with mini skirts) but was too tight in the waist. Then I sized up to the 8, but the waist was only marginally bigger. I could zip it up, but anytime I bent over, or sat down, or basically moved, the top zipper unzipped! I was surprised there was no hook to keep it closed. I thought about sizing up one more time, but the 8 already puckering in the front, and so I decided to return it. 

You can really tell it's a high quality piece by its fabric and cut, looked great on (and skirts don't usually look that good on me) and fell nicely, accentuating my good parts! 

runs 2 sizes too small. Thick material, absolutely gorgeous. I would buy it if the size I needed was available and I have not considered buying anything before from RTR. Great piece.

Wore this skirt to work and received lots of compliments. It's nice and thick so it holds you in and no VPL.

Very tight on the waist, had to wear this basically very high but looked great and would rent again
