I ended up wearing this shirt open with a tank top underneath. This is an easy shirt to wear and matches well with anything from a skirt to trousers to jeans. The shirt fastens with snaps (one near right hipbone, one at left waist, one at the chest) and big silver ball buttons (two hold the black panel at the left waist), finished with a little standard button inside the right waist. But really - it's not complicated and you can put it all on quickly and easily. The silk fabric is lovely, but my shirt did have a little pull in the front when I received it - so easy to snag silk - but the design really doesn't show any flaws or wear in this rental piece. I'd rent it again just to have a fresh piece in my closet.

Fit great! It was an easy wear. I would rent it again. I wore a black tank under the blouse (only necessary if you don't want to show skin on the wrap side). Very versatile blouse. It could be worn day or night with jeans, skirt or pants. The cuffs and side panel on the blouse I received are starting to fray and the front snap needs to be re-fastened.  #dinnerdate

This top is super cute with great details on the cuffs. The material looks and feels great quality. Can be paired with jeans for a more casual look or dress pants for work. Would rent again.

I got a lot of compliments on this shirt.  It has some nice detailing on the sleeves and side that make it appear a little bit dressier than the photo.  It is a little shorter on one side which was not an issue for me but if you have a long torso it might show some skin.  Otherwise I would definitely recommend it.

A luxurious silk paisley print top perfect for fall. Running true to size with no stretch and room in the bust we recommend sizing up for backup. The snaps along the side are a nice addition and can be worn completely buttoned or slightly open with a camisole. The v-neckline brings edge, but still allows for a standard bra to be worn. Pair with black skinny jeans and your favorite heeled boots.  

Very casual cool. It's a bit of a pain to put on with so many buttons. I wore a camisole underneath so I didn't have to worry. 

Beautiful shirt, it does come up a bit on the left hand side but very flattering, I wore with jeans but it can definitely be dressed up as well

I have a larger bust and it made this beautiful top fit a bit tight. A medium may have been better though it would probably have been much longer in the arms and torso, so I don't know. It's really a unique piece and beautiful in person. I wore it to work. 

I am usually a size 0 in Derek Lam. However, I found this to be a bit tight on the chest and they are very annoying to take off/on. The metal buttons also make the top heavier than others. 

I would also recommend wearing a silk cami underneath since it is very low cut. 

Looks good with black skinny pants.  Slightly short in the front - I thought it ran a bit small. 

Pretty shirt, but surprisingly complicated with all the fasteners.  Had to wear a camisole underneath it - the thing on the side with the band sat well above my waist, even with high-waisted pants.

Pretty fabric, but an odd cut - has to wrap around to button so you need the exact right size and it's fairly short so you'll have to pair it with a tank top or high-waisted pant or skirt.

This top is a unique and beautiful blouse. As others have stated the front is short but it hit me right at my hips which looked great. On the other hand if you have a long torso this blouse would probably be too short so the style is ideally suited for proportional or short torso women. Sadly, I did not end up wearing the top because a button was missing and the hem of the side securing strip was fraying. I contacted rtr regarding the damage though and they sent me an alternate item immediately.

I rented this for work and while it is a cute print and design, it runs so large there is just no way for me to wear it.  I wear 2-4 and this was way too large.  Go down 2 sizes 

I ended up not wearing this shirt. Maybe if I had a bigger size. I am a 34C and the shirt was kind of pulling around the chest. The pictures don't really show how many buttons are truly on this shirt. It was kind of a hassle to figure it out and in the end wasn't worth it. 

This top is a bit wonky. The black panel sits quite high on the waist, so my stomach was exposed in that spot with my jeans, which were not low-rise. It's a very beautiful and interesting style and I loved the pattern but at 40 years old I'd prefer not to have my tummy exposed. Might work better with high-waisted pants.

The shirt had a cute pattern but would just not work. It wrapped around so you would want to wear a tank top under it. I got a size too small and ended up not wearing it. 

I wish I would have ordered a bigger size- a Medium.  I also didn't realize it was so high on the right side.  It is asymmetrical.  More appropriate for a night out or happy hour!

This shirt looks really cute on the hanger, but really only would look right on an athletically build person with a shorter torso and less than a C cup. The material is nice enough, but there are snaps everywhere to keep this thing together and without fashion tape, it still might require a cami underneath. High waist pants or a skirt are a must as the side where it gathers is at a strange place. I wore it with a black knit Vince skirt that I could adjust to work, but I didn't love it enough to even photograph it for my review. Does look nice from the back. I am sad to part with some things from RTR, but this is not one of them.
