Oxford/button down shirts are one of my faves and this shirt truly kicked it up a notch!  Absolutely loved it. 

This shirt for perfectly!! It accentuated my waist which is smaller due to dropping a size. I received so many compliments!!

Highly recommended but if your chest is full size up. I got this for a work meeting in summer in Utah and even though the temp reached 102 the blouse is so light and elegant that I never got hot

I had to try this one and I'm so glad I did. It's been actually a distraction at work today secondary to nonstop compliments! Haha I am very busty and can virtually never wear button up blouses but this one fits great and the waist belt is cinching :) be warned it came VERY wrinkled and could not be worn without a steam. There are some wrinkles through the day but not too bad. Also, it's a silky material, so comfortable on your skin!

Wore this for a big work meeting and I regret sending it back so soon. I may purchase it. It's such an amazing fit and the belt with the asymmetrical hem is an eye-catcher. I felt amazing!

Nice shirt; wore this for a couple work meetings. 

Its bright pale blue- so refreshing, it try to looks like cotton stripe shirt- but its beautiful silky fabric & cuts & angels make it  to be noticed!!! Slits on the sides some what high- with mid rise pants - some skin was showing. But it wasn't to noticeable.  Really  5+ top

I had a very important meeting and chose this top for work. This blouse literally stopped people in their tracks. It was very high quality and had an easy but tailored feel to it. I had a really hard time sending it back. This one is a must try!

Enjoyed wearing this top multiple times. Paired it with various slacks and jeans. As other reviewers mentioned, the belt size doesn't match the shirt size. I didn't wear the belt and it was just fine. Very comfortable to wear, didn't wrinkle doing the day. I'm not a chesty gal and could see that it would be tight and not fit well if you are. 
Would definitely rent again. 

I'm not sure if they sent me a belt for a smaller size but there was no way the belt was going to work. Still a wonderful shirt for work! Amazing lightweight and soft material and I love the coverage and it works for my large chest size! 

I loved the color of this item, the fit was practically perfect, it wasn't too thick or thin fabric wise. The one con was the belt, I had to make it look like it was actually closed because the size of the belt and the place where the holes were to close it were quite far apart for my torso I guess. All in all, I did love this shirt and got many compliments! I wore a light cardigan with this for work and it was perfect. 

Nice shirt. Wore it to work... makes for a fun work outfit. RTR neglected to include the belt in my shipment, so I wore one of my own belts. Soft material. 

This was a great shirt for work, and I immediately got compliments. I can't see me wearing this out for dinner or for any other purposes, and it's a little too "corporate" for other events. There is a slit on either side of the shirt that ends just at the top of my pants, so it doesn't show skin, but easily could. I wear between a 6-8 (like my clothes a little loose fitting), but I went with the 6 on this. It fits fine, but the belt is a little tight and you have to cinch it quite a bit to even get to the holes. I wish there was another belt loop in the back to hold the belt in place, rather than let it hang down or have to tuck it in elsewhere. I'd rent this again, but only for work. 

Is a really nice blouse. I did not care for it with the belt and wore it without. The asymmetrical lines look better unbelted in my opinion. Looks great with white pants or jeans. I wore this in very hot weather and I would say that it didn't breathe very well.

I thought the shoulders were too wide at first, but it was because of the imprint left by the hanger. Put some water on it and it fit well. Very cute and flattering for people with small waists.

I was pleasantly surprised. I don't normally wear button downs. I wore it without the belt and it flowed nicely. 

Fit great - it got a little crumpled but that is okay. I wore it 2 times for work with no wash between and it held up. It looked with black pants and then because I like to have 3 piece outfits, I wore it with a white long vest over. 


I'm busty and sized up to leave ample room up top - this was a good idea. The shoulder seams are off the shoulder which isn't the most flattering if you, like me, already have wide shoulders. Other than that, this shirt is perfection!

Loved wearing this to a work dinner. The silk fabric was a good weight so that it flowed well but not too thin to "stick" to you. The sleeves were a little long but it super cute to roll up for a cuff look. Fun ways to wear the belt-- thru the notches or tied for a more casual look.

Fit was great!  Got so many compliments from professional male colleagues who don't usually notice  these things.  LOVED it!

Loved this!  So many compliments. It was classic with a twist. The arms were a little long.  I'd rent again in a smaller size. 

If you are smaller in the waist than hips/ bust, this is perfect to accent your slim middle.  The longer length and belt are so chic.  I felt like a million $'s.

This shirt has a very comfortable fabric. The belt highlights your waist and makes it flattering. Without it, the shirt is somewhat "meh".

I am normally a size 8 and got a size 10--it was a little too big but still looked okay.  If your size is unavailable, I recommend sizing down.  The shirt arrived a bit wrinkled but still looked okay when I wore it.  Got a lot of compliments.  The material is maybe silk or polyester-- it is flowy and has a bit of a sheen.  The stripes are greyish-black.  I wore it with skinny black pants and black ballet style shoes.

As a busty girl, I'm generally not into this type of shirts. This one, however, fit amazingly! The belt in the waist really accentuates the figure, and the color is very flattering. Overall, one of the few pieces I've rented with unlimited I might end up buying.
