Loved this dress but it was a tad snug across the bust. Loved the lines and color and other than the aforementioned issue the rest of the fit was wonderful.

I really enjoyed the uneven hem and ombré. Worked in fall weather with boots and a cardigan. It lost a star because there’s no pockets. It’s 2023. Pockets are an expectation, not a bonus. 

It was hot outside, but this dress was light enough to keep me cool!

I felt eyes on me in this dress and got a few compliments! It was really comfy to wear all day at work. 

The bottom ombré and asymmetrical style were a little out of my comfort zone but I’m glad I took a chance on this dress. Overall a fun, unique look.

Wore it to a conference and got more compliments on it than anything else! Fit is great, the waist belt helps add definition. The asymmetrical skirt and fade into pink elevate it from the classic shirt dress. 

Fit true to size and such an awesome look. Love the colors. Great dress for vacation!

Casual but unique - gradient  color makes it pop

I wore this as a guest to a baby shower. The fit was good, but the material is close, if not the same, as a button up shirt. So you'll notice similarities like stiffness, gaps in between the fabric where you button in the center, fast wrinkles (I steamed before wearing, which isn't a big deal for me). Because I wasn't wearing it all day or anything, it was alright. The fabric was also more lightweight than your typical button-up which was nice. Overall, it was succhhhh a fun look!!

Wore this many times - date night, to work, work function, baby shower. I'm a pretty true size 8 and this fit perfectly. Very comfortable & flattering

Layering this beauty today! Loved the style and ombre tips, the uneven hem. So much style with this dress -- and the waist tie is just what it needs. It's long, so I recommend it for talker ladies. It's true to size and needed a good steaming.

Absolutely loved this dress, would have bought it if not for the price tag! Loved the unique hem, pattern, colors, etc. Worn this to my daughter's birthday party and then around town. GET IT! 

One of my favorites for sure-loved the color blocking and super comfy to wear. 

Loved the colors and cut. Was in some photos that were taken outside and the dress got a ton of compliments - the color and color fade look great in sunlight. Beware a tight chest though - I had to fuss with a safety pin to close a gap between buttons. Otherwise it was easy and comfy.

This is a super cute dress for work. I got SO MANY compliments when I wore it. I am 5'7, 35" at the waist, 42" bust, and got a size 14. It fit really well, and looked really cute with white sneakers. 

Wore this to travel in, and to work. I tied the waist around my back and then in the front to shorten the bow and make it more form-fitting. It's super flattering and I wish I didn't have to return it!

This was a nice casual shift, but the belt was connected at my rib cage. This made it awkward to wear. 

Very cute fun and different cotton dress from Derek Lam. Easy to wear and light. I first tied it in back and it was more like a shift dress the second time I wore it my husband told me to tie it around twice and I really like the way it looked that way as well. We consider buying this one. Also I am a 38D and was concerned about buttoning it across my chest it fit just fine no pulling or gaping. 

Wore to work - great for a hot, humid commute. Just embraced the wrinkles and went with it. The length and asymmetrical hem were perfect at 5'8" but maybe not great if you're petite.

Really loved the ombré and the fabric, but the style just was a bit dowdy and boxy for me. So I didn't wear this. 

I love the colors and the cool cut of the hemline.  I wore this to afternoon drinks at an outside bar. While everyone was sweating, i was looking cute and cool. It was a little big in the waist but the belt helped. 

Liked this so much better than I thought I would- comfortable summer dress and the colors are great. Only complaint  is that the fabric bulges a bit in the back due to where the seam of the ruffle lies

I LOVE this dress!  Totally unique, totally flattering - a total hit!  It was ridiculously comfortable and made for such a gorgeous everyday casual look!  Tons of compliments!  If times weren't tough right now I'd be buying this to add to my closet!

This dress is so perfect!  Lots of fun and just adorable.

If I could have given a negative star rating I would of.  The pics of this summery dress look ok, In person it just looks like you missed a button and didn't straighten it up.  Not very flattering and pulls in all the wrong places.  I didn't even need to ask my husband the gratuitous question of how does it look.  I promptly took off after buttoning up and realizing there was no hope. 

I rented this dress for Mother's Day photos. It was perfect.  I loved that it was different with a mismatched hem and a fun, yet classic, print.  Lightweight material so perfect for spring/summer. The tie allows you to tighten it for the perfect fit. I am top heavy and had minimal gapping at the buttons. I did have to iron. I would rent this dress again. 

This dress has 80's vibes with the pastel colors, stripes and ruffle tan collar. But it's also modern with the ombré and asymmetrical hemline. It was comfortable and true to size.
