This dress is fantastic.  The material is silky.  The rivets add a nice finish.   I wore a covering sports bra with it as it would show a lot of cleavage that would not be ok in a professional setting. 

I really liked this dress for a day outing. A bit fancier than just everyday use, but can dress down or up. The material was silky and comfortable and RTR suggested I size up to an 8 from my normal 6 and it fit beautifully. Easy to sit, not worried about it blowing around and being too short. I highly recommend it. I did notice, as others have said, the arms are a bit restrictive, so you definitely won't be dancing to the YMCA in it. But great for anything else. 

Wore this to an art event and garnered many compliment. Wore with sneakers for comfort. Was great. 

This dress is fitted so you really have to figure out how your shape will works with it's tailoring.  The waist is nipped in with no stretch, so size for that.  I sized up and it worked perfectly.  The other aspect is the bust is roomy while the arms are fitted and the silk drapes nicely if you can handle the lowish v-neck.  It's a tailored silhouette with a soft flow of fabric--just perfect for the right shape.  I thought it was great for going out to a museum in London for a fashion exhibition.  The length was perfect for me, and I'm petite so could be extra short for those with longer legs.  The fabric, retro pattern and details are high end.  Loved it.

This was light and comfy. I loved the grommet details and flounce of the skirt. The bodice is low cut so I wore a black cami with it. Highly recommended!

Liked the flattering waistline and cool print.  But it was too low cut for work (work a tank) and the sleeves were oddly cut, making it hard to raise my arms.

Despite the fabric having no give, it fits surprisingly well. I carry my weight around my lower stomach but it covers it shockingly well. A bit boobylicious for my 36DD but I think it works. 

The only con is the arm situation. The sleeves are cut in a way that I can't lift my arms higher than my shoulders. Not recommended for dancing events. Also it's a bit short, so not really for work.

I like the pattern and cut. It was too big in chest,   For me (i am a 30C and this is generally not in an issue for me.)  Derp v neck, combined with looseness in chest area made me very self-concious. Def skip a crossbody bag! Really liked everything else about dress but the odd looseness meant I wore it for afternoon and didn't look at it again.

This is a fun spring dress to jazz up your work style. I work at a relatively laid back law firm and this was a great addition to the work mix. If you work in a more conservative environment, the neckline might be a little low (I wouldn't wear this to court). The fabric is light so perfect for spring! The zipper was a little challenging to zip all the way up, but shouldn't be a problem if you have an extra set of hands to help. 

Wanted to love this one. I wore it and received a bunch of compliments, but the shoulder/bust area was very large on me and kept sliding down to reveal my bra. Maybe for a more proportionate sized woman it would work. I’m more pear-shaped. Otherwise very cute!

Cute print, and flattering fall on the body. easy to go from day to night. A little tight/restrictive in the shoulders 

It's a cute dress, but definitely cute weird as so many other users have stated. Made the mistake of putting dress on before doing my hair, and I couldn't raise my arms above a 35 degree angle! Fine for a day, but that's it.

I wore this to work and had to put a bandeau on bc it is quite low cut. What’s weird is it is kinda loose on top (I am a 38DD so I was able to fill it in) yet somehow I was not able to stretch my arms above my head and super tight around the waist, This is what the other reviews say as well. I did get compliments on the dress but in my opinion it looks a little juniors in person because of the print and cut. I sized up based on reviews and it was still a little tight. 

Loved this little dress for its comfort and flowing above the knee fit. Darker colors in feminine floral print make this dress appropriate for year round wear in warm climate. Loved wearing this dress.

This is a great dress, easy to add a sweater and boots for fall and spring. Perfect for date night, golf club lunch, etc.

I loved this dress but I wish I hadn't sized up. It was way too loose in the top. A great day / work dress. Can easily be dressed up or down 

I'm somewhere between a 12 and 14 with dresses depending on the cut.  I really wanted to wear this dress, but it was too small in a 12.

Tight in the arms yet extra fabric in the upper back.  

Either size up or quit emo eating for a while .  This was not flattering on me at all.

I usually don't have a problem with these type of dresses. However like others have said, this dress was weirdly designed. If you are on the slimmer side with a long torso, you should be fine, its a cute print! I don't have a long torso so fabric bunched up around my back making it looked like a hunchback.

I wanted to love this dress -- I loved the pattern and grommet detailing. Unfortunately the fit was weird -- it was large in the chest yet really tight through the torso. I sent it back. 

Although this dress looks very good on, the way the sleeves were cut made it difficult to raise my arms. It was very uncomfortable.  The fit through the bodice was tight. It is low cut...not a problem on date night, but if you want to wear this to the office you will need a cami. 

As cute as the cut and the fabric is, the fatal flaw of this dress is lack of arm mobility. I can't raise my arms and can't imagine anyone else could either. 

So low in the front I don't see how you could wear a bra with it at all unless you wear a cami underneath and I don't want to do that.  Fit is also very small.  Size up for sure.  Love the fabric and the sleeve problem some mentioned wouldn't have bothered me if I would have been able to wear it.  Pretty fabric though.

Definitely true to size and flatteringly fitted yet not snug.

This was one of my favorite RTR rentals to date. It could be dressed up or down, didn't wrinkle easily, and really fit in with the season (early summer). The arms are tight compared to the rest of the dress, which was generally true to size if not loose. My movement was a little restricted in the arms, but it was perfectly fine for the casual settings in which I wore the dress. If you have larger arms or are planning to dance in it, I'd consider sizing up.

Great style and details. Length was great but runs small compared to Derek Lam tops I've rent in same size. Will size up and try again to rent. 

 I'm usually a 6 sometimes an 8. I would size up if you are in between sizes.

Loved this, great details that are hard to see on the website. Sleeves are cut in a way that restricts movement.

Beautiful dress, but unfortunately the neckline is more of a plunge than what's shown on the model.  Jealous of the smaller chested ladies who can wear this beautifully, but on me, it was a mess on top.

I wear a size 6, but ordered the size 8, it was a little big, but looked cute. 

I love this dress! I think the hem and details are absolutely perfect. The only thing that keeps it being a 5-star dress is the chest area is loose (I do have a small chest). Also: great length for work. 

It was a little tight in the chest but I changed bras and it worked very well.
