Fit true to size. Loved this top. Went from a business meeting to a night in NYC, so versatile. Light fabric which was great for the hot day. 

Classic twist on an everyday shirt! Great look for the office. The extra fabric in the front makes the shirt stand out. There is no stretch to the fabric and it does run a little small so I would size up. It is fitted throughout but there is comfortable room in the bust. A standard bra may be worn with this.

This was perfect for a day at work, the cinching in the waist gave me a nice shape and it was so comfortable to wear! The zipper was a bit stiff but that being the only issue I loved this shirt!

I loved this top for work. Defines the waist and elongates the frame. Slimming and cute. Lovely fabric breathes well. Good for hot weather. 

This top was so flattering, very slimming in the waist. I wore it to work with ankle pants. At first, it was so hard to get on, but then I noticed a zipper on the side (thank god!). I ordered a 0 and this came as an XS, I would say it runs slightly little big, but I have a fairly petite upper body. When sitting down, it rides up a little and the shoulder sticks up a bit. Overall, so classy & flattering, I would rent again!

The shirt fit great!  It was long enough for my long torso.  The buttons didn't pop open like some shirts do.  In other words, I didn't have to pin it shut to keep the girls in.  It was a more casual approach to work- and I loved it. :)

I rented this through Unlimited when I was 18-20 weeks pregnant, with a small bump. It fit  very comfortably - I wore a size up from my regular to accommodate a growing chest (size 4, usually a 2). It looked great over slacks and jeans, and was cute over the bump. My husband liked it so much he was bummed when I returned it. 

Great fit - loved the length and the detail.  Very classy for work. If you are a C-cup or above, size up.  I'm between a B and C and this was almost too tight in the bust. 

I rented this through unlimited and the 4 came with tags on! Man. This is beautiful. I paired it casually, but it is very easy to dress up or down. Because of the criss cross in the front it creates a very slimming waist. Would rent 1000x over. I'm a true size 4 in the top and this fit wonderfully.

Perfect top. Got as a work piece. Slimming fit. Most stripes are actually a very pale blue - with light gray and white stripes. 

Perfect and awesome style. Has a side zip to get in; all buttons are functional. 

I often wear a 6 in Derek lam pieces, though an 8 in blazers. Because I am busty I would choose an 8 next time but 6 worked, I just needed a safety pin to keep it from gaping. Flatter ladies of my size would have no problem in the 6. 

And new with tags - always feels great! 

Would love to own this: regardless, it'll be a great work piece to rent again! 

In between sizes so decided to size up so it wouldn't be too tight of a fit, liked it a little looser. I liked the waist detail as it made it more flattering than a traditional button up. Good top for work 

I loved this. I found it on the small end of true to size. The band fit me snugly on my rib cage, which is typical for me of something fitted. For that reason it wasn't as comfortable by the end of the day. Maybe I could have sized up. It was flattering and a nice simple work shirt with a twist. 

This is a very flattering top that could be worn for either work or for a casual weekend outfit. I really like the waist belt detail thing. This fits true to size and has enough stretch for busty ladies.

I like the idea of this top. I am a pretty true size 4, especially up top, but the waist cinching fabric was way tight. I don't have a belly, and this was uncomfortable. It was awkward to get on, even with the side zipper. I had enlist help to take it off. Maybe I would have worn it if I went a size up. I was just too uncomfortable. 

More form fitting than I initially expected. Wore it with white jeans to work on a summer Friday 

Fits well, fairly flattering. Gets a little wrinkly quickly but overall a nice top. Great for work. I really struggled to get it on and thought I wouldn't be able to wear it before realizing there was a side zipper. 

Fit well, flattering with the cross front , nice fabric.  Wore with bright color sweater over it. 

This top is great. It's a little difficult to get on (took me a minute to see the side-zip).  If you live alone you might struggle to get into this. I'm a little too busty for it so I get some gapping at the top. 

I haven't been pregnant in a long time, but I felt like this was a maternity top. And I love love love Derek Lam. Not this one 

flattering style, but hard to get into and material wrinkled really easily; would look cute with black/dark grey slacks or jeans. 

This top is great. It is so flattering and can be dressed up or worn with jeans. I loved it! 

100% crisp cotton, side-zip and faux-tie, flattering winner.

This shirt is perfect for work and incredibly flattering for your waist. The cinched fabric that hugs your true waist made me feel curvy and thin. The fabric was comfy and the shirt has a good amount of stretch! Definitely worth it!

Just lovely for a day of running errands, lunch with friends 

This fit very well, true to size. The waist detail is a fun twist (heh) on what would otherwise be a very basic piece. There's a side zipper that makes it easy to get in and out of.

Perfect fit...very flattering.  Perfect for hot days.  Looks great with black, white or denim.  Unusual, but in a classic stripe and color.  I bought it.

Side zipper for easy access. the wrap part of the top is a little tight so size up if you have a larger chest. 

I ordered up a size due to breasts - good call!
