The only reason I didn’t LOVE is because the print and color tone is not for me.  Everything else about this piece is high quality and great fitting.  The print looks like someone took the time to draw very intricately on the fabric, it’s quite impressive.  Puff sleeves, A-line and a little stretch is a good combo.  The fit was spot on.

Pretty simple dress but is very pretty. 3 total strangers complimented it at the grocery store today. Nice for Summer to Fall transition. 

This was perfectly fine, just kind of meh. I needed to get a 50 for my bust but the rest of the dress was too loose. Not sure I’d rent again.

Very cute dress to wear to work - light and breezy

Felt a little matronly (maybe the print?) but a well structured dress and an easy wear. 

It was okay. Wore it around the house for a little bit, but didn’t wear it out.  

Perfect dress for a brunch, baptism, or other daytime event where you want to look and polished but not too dressy or revealing. 

Absolutely loved this dress and hope RTR brings more prints in this one. I wore several times and received compliments each time- i would have bought but felt it may have washed me out a smidge - if i had a summer tan when i rented, i probably would have kept

Fits true to size - I'm tall so it seemed to be a little shorter than it should have but still fit great!

Great fabric weight. Flattering cut, muted floral pattern. Versatile (flats, sneakers or heels). Wore this on a warm fall day. 

This was the perfect length dress for a petite. It was easy to wear and I received so many compliments. Would definitely rent again or buy. 

This dress is so comfortable and yet so classy. Extremely versatile. Great for work, church, brunch, etc. great pick if you want to be dressed modestly but look very pretty and pulled together. Structured fabric and tailoring yet a lightweight material. I wore it 3 times in two weeks and will probably rent again!

Very comfortable, and flattering for the office! Got lots of compliments. Runs a little big, I’m typically a 6 but a 4 fit perfect.

Something about the belt on this combined with the puffy sleeves makes this dress a little less flattering than one would like. Cute enough and still wore a few times but would have liked the top to fit a little better.

If you are also getting targeted by homesteading instagram, this is the dress for you. Made me feel professional, but also like I could tell my kids to go get the eggs from the chickens. 

I was nervous the poofy shoulders would make me look wide, but with heels, it ended up being perfect for a work event in Palm Beach. Love the pockets too.

Always in love with Derek lam dresses for work. They are so flattering and comfortable. I was so happy with the 6 at 36 weeks pregnant and would normally get a 2 or 4. The fabric was light weight which was nice for the never ending FL summer heat. 

Immediately I thought it was so well made and there was so many details. Fit was perfect. Felt like I can wear it on a day I’m going out to to eat or walk in a slightly dressier manner, during the day. Felt like a park dress. Loved the colors too. I felt good wearing it.

This is so happy and light, perfect for summer. Very flattering - I wore to the office and it was a hit. It’s the perfect mix of structured and flowy.
