Based on reviews, I sized down to a six and it was still large!

This is a cute top but I am glad I read the reviews and sized down. Nice detailing and effortless! 

Gorgeous everyday top that works for multiple occasions. In the photo I'm in my July 4 cookout garb, but I also wore it one day to work with white slim fit pants.

This is a perfect shirt for work, and would be great everyday as well. It is beautifully made, structured but still light, and came new with tags. It is a bit big through the chest, so if I order again I will opt for a 0 instead of a 2. I wouldn't say it "runs large," I think I just misjudged my size for this brand. Highly recommend!!! 

This top definitely runs a little big. I am a true 8 and I thought the 6 still had room in the waist (although it fit well in chest). This was juuuust long enough for me. It's a cute top, something a little different from a plain t, but not my favorite rental ever.

Fit nicely, but the tie would look less sloppy if it were shorter.

This shirt is casual and easy to style (I paired it once with white jeans and another with dark jeans and white sneakers) but does run big and doesn't give you a great shape. I was hoping the bow would cinch the waist a bit but it only ties in front, giving me a boxy look. I did have to wear a nude cami under it but I'm very small chested and didn't want it to constantly be falling down while I was carrying my kids. Overall I liked it but not enough to purchase. 

The fit was pretty loose, which made it less appropriate for a casual Friday at work, but with an undershirt it wasn't too bad. The bow was a bit complicated to tie but nothing a YouTube tutorial couldn't fix.  I might rent this again.

Bit loose and not super flattering. I thought the tie would give it structure. Love the color! Very comfortable and received lots of compliments because it's unique. 

I really love this top. At first the tie was a little hard to get right but once I played around with it a bit I loved it. Really cute and fun for any casual occasion.

I would say this top has great potential but ends up being just ok.   Like previous reviews said, it's actually much boxier than it shows in the photo.  The arm holes were big and it felt like a size too large.   It's comfortable and the tie in front is fun but I didn't love it.

Loved for work, weekend, going out to dinner, it was perfect. Super flattering cut on me. 

Tons of compliments. Super flattering with the tie in the front. I thought it ran a bit large in the shoulders, and the attached camisole underneath would be better if the straps were adjustable. I found that it sagged too low and I was essentially wrapping the cami straps in my Bra straps to keep the shirt up. However- it's ADORABLE!!

This is a very cute easy to wear top.  The tie in the front is fun and adds an extra something.  I styled it a couple ways and it looked great and felt comfortable and easy. 

This top is an easy tank top that can be worn casually but the tie front is an interesting detail that elevates it. 

I am absolutely obsessed with this top!  I thought i would wear it for work, but it's really great with a pair of cut offs.  It's casual and lightweight and drapes really well.  Also super unique.  I have rented it twice and really want to buy it!!!

I wore this to a party, out for drinks with friends, and to church.  Appropriate everywhere.

I like this top.  I wore it on a casual day to work.  The only thing that feels a little awkward is the tied piece, it hangs little longer than I'd wish.  But, it may just be a matter of me getting used to it.  What I particularly like is the under-piece.  It's almost like a lining so that the bra or excess skin does not expose on the sides.  I would rent this again.

Wore this with some dark jeans and espadrilles. So comfortable and cute! I received many compliments. 

This top has a nice style for a hot summer day.   It runs large.  I typically wear a 6 or 8 and the 6 was very big.  Definitely needed a 4 or lower size.  Nice fabric and design.

This tops runs large, so size down. It might have looked a little better if I'd gotten the correct size (and maybe having a longer torso would help too?), but it sort of just looked frumpy on me as it was. 

When I went into the store and tried this on I actually tried it on wrong, there is an inside layer that I wore in the back rather than the front, making this a tie front crop top. I actually preferred it to look like this! I wore with white jeans. Nothing super crazy about this top but good for vacation or everyday wear 

The fabric was so soft, and the tie in the front gave the shirt nice structure  preventing it from being too boxy. Definitely a fun rental to throw into the work rotation.

I rely on Derek Lam for quality fabric and construction, and this shirt didn't disappoint. Crisp cotton with bright patterned fabric, and a nicely made undershirt construction. 
If you are in between sizes, pick the smaller size. 

I didn't find this to run big as some others have. Cute for work, casual dinner in the summer 

Wore it with ankle jeans - cute look.  Glad I rented it on my Unlimited subscription.  Cute but not worth the money to buy.

I have enjoyed this top. I am narrow through the shoulders and the fit was a bit loose. The length was perfect to wear with straight legged slacks to work.

I wore this top to work and received a many compliments on it. I like the unique style and it is a pretty light blue. I am usually between a 4 and 6 and found the 4 to still be on the large side so I would say this top runs large.
