I get this is the style - but the shoulders are so far away from my actual shoulders it looks like I have a shrunken head. Or that I'm a kid on top of another kid's shoulders, pretending to be an adult. The color is gorgeous.

This coat ran large but with the cut it still worked for my look. Got compliments and made me feel like I stood out in a crowd without being loud

This does run very large, however I rented it during the "Polar Vortex" while traveling and it was sooo warm and perfect. The color and style are eye-catching. I took off 1 star because my particular coat was over-worn and needs to retire - not the standard that I have come to expect from RTR. 

A bit on the larger/boxy end but if you are feeling up for it, can definitely be rocked. Very high quality make. Only huge downfall would be that it is a lot less warmer than it looks. I felt like I was wearing a t-shirt wearing this in 35 degree weather with a sweater underneath. 

This jacket looked ridiculous. I was expecting oversized by I got "box". Not really sure why the shoulders were *so* big.  

Okay, so people really seem to hate this coat because of the over size style. That's why I love it. I can easily wear a sweater under it and really anything bulky, is totally fine to wear under this coat. It's super warm, and the fabric is super comfortable. It IS an over size style, though, and that will show even if you size down. I would not recommend going more than one size down, however, as the arms are made to be over sized and you *will* feel going down more than one size. I went down one size so as to avoid the "oh, that was the last coat in the entire store?" comically over size feeling and that was perfect. It fits exactly as I was hoping it would - it's still very warm even when completely opened. Definitely pleased with this rental and will be keeping it for a while, hahah. Trying to figure out if I can somehow swing the purchase price because I'm so in love! The color is exactly as shown in the picture - a pretty robins egg blue that is lovely in any season, but I tend to favor more in the autumn & fall (spring colors in the midst of dreary weather is always nice!).
