I usually order an 8 in dresses, but ordered a 6 in this one based on a prior review. It fit, but I think I would've liked the 8 better. It was a little tight across the chest and armpits. It is an awesome dress. 

I loved this dress. It was longer on me than shown on the model so with black tights was able to wear to work. The pleating at the neck line and slightly balooned sleeves make for a very feminine look.

Classy and feminine work dress.  Silky material, floral pattern and tie in back were sexy, but length and coverage made dress work appropriate.  Would totally rent again!

Really enjoyed the style of the dress.  I also like the pattern.  No need for accessories -There is a very narrow tie that you can loop around your neck and create almost the effect of a choker necklace.  The dress is lined and zips up the back.  Will rent again.  

Usually I wear a 4, but the 2 seemed to fit too. Either size would have worked for me! 

I loved the tassel detail that hangs down the back. Not my favorite length, but I really liked the pattern on this dress.

Very nice dress, but the asymmetrical hemline isn't as pronounced as I thought it would be. Material is beautiful! Couldn't tell from the pics but there is a long tie in the back that is purely for flair, no purpose. (It's pretty but slightly awkward for wear.) Dress definitely runs small. I'm usually between an 8-10 but went for the 12 because I was afraid it would be too short and it fit perfectly. 

Normally a good brand for me, but this was very tight in my true size, especially through the hips. It rode up and bunched and bulged out over the shoulder blades. Tried to get that in the picture. The ties at the back neck are very, very long - like, to the knees - and heavily weighted on the ends. Even after i tied them in a giant bow, the ends kept swinging around getting in my way and even whapping people near me if I turned too fast, like I was trying to kill my coworkers in a chain fight. Not a win, on me. I recommend to size up and avoid any machinery with moving parts.

Really loved this dress. Wore it out to dinner with family, as well as to work for a big meeting. Great work tights and booties. 

Wore this on a vacation to Paris and again to a work meeting. Fun, flirty yet sophisticated, I'd rent again 

I rented this dress for a work trip to NJ in March.
Pros: warm, very comfortable, loved the print and cut. Fit was true to size, not tight in the bust at all.

I styled this with black tights, black leather ankle boots, rose gold earrings and a black/red/white/blue tweed coat, and red clutch.

I wore this dress a lot. The quality was great, beautiful silk. I really enjoyed it. Fit was true to size. Long enough to wear to work with tights.

I loved this dress.  The material is divine and it was great for work events over the holidays.

I sized up and am glad i did. The tie in the back was not too long at all, and i thought it was a fun detail. The asymmetrical hem is not as pronounced as the picture suggests - its actually kind of subtle and doesnt show too much thigh if you want to wear to work. Love! Will be renting this one again!

This was a great dress, but I'm definitely glad I sized up. 

I love the way this dress looks when I walk around. This dress is fun and cute. Make sure you size up! I usually wear 2, but ordered 4. I was able to wear long sleeve inside (cuz of cold weather) and looked great. I wore it to work and got tons of compliments! This dress is definitely made of quality material. I will probably rent it again. 

This was a highly complimented dress on me, I really enjoyed that it still looked good with leggings or tights for cold weather. It was pretty hard to zip up for me; I have decently broad shoulders so it was a bit tight there. The size I wore wasn't too tight around the bust though and I liked how it flowed down to the asymmetrical hemline.

Picked it up in unlimited and didn't end up wearing because it ran so small. Sleeves were tight with no stretch. Really cute and versatile cut and print, but I'd be worried about sizing too far up with an hourglass figure and losing shape. Nice fabric and well made.

Unfortunately, I️ did not end up wearing this. It runs small. I️ am usually a 4/6 and the 6 didn't fit. Order a size or 2 up.
