This dress was a heavy knit dress in navy and cream. It was a bit out of my comfort zone, being a little shorter than I usually wear. I also needed shape wear as it was pretty fitted right over the lower stomach area. It was racer back so for the office I wore a 3/4 sleeve light cropped jacket and a sports bra underneath. Lots of compliments!

I'm a true size 0 and the 40 fit me comfortably. I'm 5'2", with a long torso, but I didn't have any strange fit or proportion issues. The fabric is thick and luscious. However, I can see how the stripes and belt aren't the most flattering design. I wore it by itself and with a cropped black blazer. 

Ran a little tight through the chest,but super confortable overall 


I had to add an obi belt to it to break up the stripes. Also paired it with a sweater because it is sleeveless (and cold here). Overall,  liked it, but didn't love it. 

The dress is a nice thicker fabric, definitely well-made. I wasn't crazy about the stripes as they weren't flattering across my mid-section. Would be better suited for a taller, leaner framed gal.

This dress is not a good cut for anyone with a long torso. Makes you look like a box and does not flatter your figure.  Ended up sending it back and not wearing. 

This really fit like a small and had zero stretch. Runs very small 

I wore this for work then happy hour! The dress fits true to size and looks beautiful on. I received many compliments. 

Incredible quality and material. Very flatter shape. I wore the dress to work but could easily have worn it for a nice dinner on a weekend. Received tons of compliments. Was comfortable for all day wear.

This dress fit like a glove. Very professional and expensive looking. The colors are tan and very dark blue. 

Wore this to a presentation, fit true to size. Perfect for spring. The colors are navy and white! But I wore with black sandals and it worked.

Very fitted dress. Rented my normal size and could barely zip up the back in the chest area and I am small chested.  I recommend sizing up.

Awesome dress. Fabric felt expensive and was comfortable. 

The inside lining could be slightly annoying as it is much shorter than the length of the dress.

I would rent this again. I wore it for work with a black Chelsea boot and casually with sandals and a jean jacket.

Really adorable, flattering cut, comfortable knit fabric. 
For me, the size was too bit through the shoulders / chest and waist (wore size 44, normal size 6/8).
My friend told me I was "living my best life." My husband loved it. Would rent again in a smaller size, and I think it would be appropriate for most work events too (with a bra that hides behind the straps). 

Those little accent loops on the waist did not hit me in a flattering place, right under my boobs. Did not end up wearing it.

Small around the chest. Weird knit material that looked a bit dirty.

It's tight in the chest and wasn't flattering on me. I wore it to work, but  wasn't thrilled with it. It is a really well made dress. On the right figure, it would probably be great. 

Overall fit was good, but the side belts were too big and did not lay flat, so added bulkiness to the waist.

I didn't wear it. It was difficult to zip up. I thought it was too small so I ordered the next size up. But it wasn't the size. The zipper is just difficult to operate.
I agree with the other reviewers that the ties on the sides make the dress less flattering than it otherwise would be. I did like the material and patterns though. 

This dress was way too small and I was not able to wear it.  I will order a larger size because it is definitely great quality and cute!

I normally wear a 6/8 or 42/44. Since this ran on the small side I ordered the 44, it fit through the hips and waist but not through the chest. I think it would work for someone less busty. The waist hit too high on my waistline. Overall just not for me. Would look great on someone more petite. 

I had a big meeting and knew I loved the Crosby line so I thought this would be a great fit, but it didn't understand my waist to bust to hip difference. Somehow I managed to look flat chested and have a baggy waist with all the excess fabric. Didn't wear and returned. Lovely fabric though. Maybe for less curvy figures.
