I wanted an added flair to my work outfit. This top did the trick with a fun peplum bottom and fit really nicely.

I loved the cuts on this shirt! It was very comfortable fabric. The color was the most perfect dove gray.

I love this top! I wore it to a work conference and it was the right mix of professional and fun. The pleats are well-crafted and super flattering. I'd definitely buy it if it wasn't so pricey. (I also think that it looks better in person then it does in pictures!)

The thick fabric + impeccably tailored shirt make this shirt an A+. It's simple but chic. Fit wise, it's very flattering. Does have a deep slit in the front. 

I rented this to wear to work. It was very unique and I received a lot of compliments. Although it is sleeveless, the fabric is very thick, so I would not wear in the Texas summer heat. It was low cut so I had to wear an undershirt. It was a little large around the top which you can see in the picture but not bad. I would definitely rent this again. 

I absolutely loved this top. It was very comfortable and it enhanced my figure. It's hard to tell from the picture but the modern shape was very flattering and the color perfect for my conservative office. It was a bit low cut so I wore a bralette underneath to prevent showing too much. The fabric is thick and a little warm so it was perfect for my cold office. I will definitely rent again. 

Super classy, great material. Based on reviews, I went a size up, but it was a little large so I wore my own belt and gaped a bit on top.  If you're in-between sizes, have a small chest and small rib cage, make sure you don't size up. If you have a larger chest or larger ribcage, definitely size up as there is no give in the fabric and the zipper around the ribcage is tight. Overall, though, it is a very lovely and flattering top. 

Liked this top very much. You need to find slim pants to wear which can be challenging for work; I chose nicer helmut Lang leggings. It ran a tiny bit big on me, just a smidge.

This top is definitely not casual, it's a very well made, high end too good for a classy winter event. 

Endless compliments on it and very different than the norm. The price tag is scary on this one, so definitely no red wine for me.

I wore this top for a TV interview.  It looks a lot better standing up, but i received so many compliments on it.  It was just the right amount of interesting and work appropriate.  It is make of wool and is very snug on the chest - especially if you have a larger bust.  Because it was a bit tight the wool was a bit itchy throughout the day.  I wish it was lined with something less scratchy for being such an expensive top.  Overall, it was an excellent rental.  It is such a unique and flattering fit.  It looks very expensive and refined.  I'd highly recommend this, but consider sizing up for the large in chest :)

I feel like this runs pretty large. I got the size 36, and it was pretty baggy across my 32B chest. Also a little itchy. Otherwise, this is an adorable shirt!

My Workplace is casual so dressed this down with jeans. Wish it was a little longer or shorter, hits me in the widest part of my body but otherwise the structure/cut was flattering. Also did not realize it was wool so was a little hot for summer and would be better for fall/ winter.

When I opened this, I thought it was going to be too big, but was surprised that it actually was on the tight side. The wool material was a little bit itchy on the arms, but overall I got a ton of compliments. It's well made and flattering. A perfect work staple.

I really liked the way this top looked from the front view.  I didn't like the way it felt.. it got a little warm and itchy mid-way through the day.   The back-side of the dress was bulky.  It was a nice piece for a one-time wear.  I wouldn't order again. 

Love this wool top! Perfect for fall but light enough for the last days of summer. Derek Lam usually runs big for me but the 38/2 fit perfectly. It's longer than I expected, but very flattering. Didn't wrinkle and the pleats held up nicely. My only complaint is that because the fabric is thick, it can pucker in weird places when you sit, but it's not a huge issue. 

I really liked this top as a concept but on my body it was a little bit off – the length of the back flap and the side slit plus the way it flared out at the hips emphasized my naturally-wide hips, especially since the sharp right angle at the back made it sit open like wings. From behind it didn't look so bad but from the front it created an odd shape. My chest is pretty small but with no stretch, this fit a little snug. Maybe going a size up would have helped the drape and shape. The fabric's luxurious but a tad itchy.

I still got a lot of compliments. Kept for a week, wore twice, but not sure I'd rent again.

This is a fabulous top, looked great at work but also for a date. Super comfy, warm and structured. Great fit! 

I love this top. You can immediately tell that it's high quality with the thicker fabric, plus it can be dressed up or down. I usually wear a medium (size 8 or 10) and went with the size 44 on this one. It fit but was a little snug so I think I'll be ordering the next size up.

The size I ordered 2// a perfect fit.  Made of wool so it was itchy, would have been nice if it had been lined.

So flattering and paired well for a casual Friday; wore dressy jeans, cami underneath & flats.  Very feminine, well-made.  So classic yet sassy.  

It is cut a little straight so if you have a large chest and small waist the fit may not be right for you.   The top is very well made with nice heavy fabric so it doesn't wrinkle.  You could easily dress this up or down.  It's a great fall top for a warm climate.  

Beautiful top, true to size and can go from day to night effortlessly.  A little itchy around the arms but worth it.  Will rent again!

Great fit and unlike anything else I've worn before. Got a lot of nice comments at work! And for busty gals, it's still totally work-appropriate despite the low-looking neck. 

Wore to work twice, both times the shirt was complimented. The fabric is very sturdy so the too keeps its structure which is rare with these peplum type tops. I would totally buy it if it weren't so expensive...still considering it.

Got tons of compliments when wearing this at work. Paired it with blank skinny pants and tan heels. I wore a statement necklace to throw in some flare. Was worried it would be too hot as the material is a little think but being sleeveless this did not prove to be an issue.

I love this top but I should have ordered the 8 instead of the 10. I'd say true to size or a little large on sizing. Gorgeous, quality top. Perfect for a city commission meeting in front of a large group. Wore it with a blazer due to weather and it looked amazing.

I received a lot of compliments when I wore this to a work function. I paired it with black skinny tuxedo pants and black stilettos. I wore a size 2 it fit perfectly -- the waist, the length, the chest, the armholes -- no complaints!
