Such a cute top. The open back is fun, but not too much for work stature. Side zipper allows it to be form fitting and flattering. LOVE IT.

This shirt was perfect. I loved everything about it and would love to buy it but it is $1000!

This top goes well with literally everything. 

A line skirts, jeans, booties and a jacket. 

I've worn it on a date, out to run errands & plan to wear it at least one more time this weekend before returning. 

I loved the fit and it's thin enough to easily tuck into high waisted jeans. Will definitely get this too again! 

Loved the top. Fits perfectly. The high neck and open back is sexy and the sleeves have a little flirty flare. Paired with the Donna Karen New York skirt for a birthday party at a wine bar night!

Loved this blouse - gorgeous print, pretty neckline in both front and back, and I really liked how substantial the bow was because sometimes these details can feel like an afterthought. 

The fit was actually quite small - I have super narrow shoulders and a small bust, and the shirt was slim fit throughout but the seams of the shoulders did fit a bit inside where the ideal fit would be so I would probably order up to a 2 next time. If you have any bust at all you may want to order up. 

The sleeves are flowy and some might think the movement gets in the way but they are relatively short so I didn’t find them inconvenient. In terms of styling the shirt, the hem has a sort of ruffle finish on it that would suggest wearing it untucked but I don’t really like that look with this type of blouse so I tucked it into a skirt and it looked great. 


LOVED this shirt. Paired it with my own pants and a red lip (although you can't see it). The perfect high neck pairing with almost anything, skinny jeans, boyfriend jeans, pants, a leather skirt or even throw a leather jacket on top. I wore it in the summer but I can see it in the fall or winter with a leather jacket to add some edge. If you're reading this, you should definitely rent it. I wanted a more fitted look so I sized down, and was comfortable. If you're reading this, Rent it.

Beautiful pattern and back now detailing. Entirely work appropriate but not boring. My consistently best dressed colleague complimented it and that's an opinion I trust!

Loved this top! I normally don't wear florals, but the high neck, open back/bow, and ruffles made it very chic and classy. The material is very soft and it drapes very nicely - I also have long limbs and the sleeve length felt just right. I wore this to work and straight out into the evening - I tucked it in and paired it with a leather moto jacket, skinny jeans, and pumps. Received tons of compliments along the way. I will def rent this again!

This too fit so well and went great with the pants I got from RTR as well! 

I wore this blouse for a casual business lunch. 
I dressed it up a little with a black blazer and dressed it down with some ripped jeans - I did size up a size bc it runs small and I also tied the bow in front versus the back for a chic look. 

Beautiful fabric very light. Amazing sleeve details. Great tucked in or left out. Great fit. Back is pretty and my bra did not show. Perfect for work, date night, even could have worn with a skirt for a wedding. Ugh so cute.

Great silk blouse, loved the back detail (can still wear a normal bra!). Sized up 1-2 sizes. 

It looks great on. Wonderful fabric, beautiful rich colors. Kind of an open back that has a long tie that you can put in a bow or knot from the choker neck. I chose to tie mine at the nape of my neck but I guess you could bring it up front as well. Really cute. 

I had been stalking this top for a while before I was actually able to rent it.  When I got it, at first I was a little disappointed- it was a little more worn than other pieces I've gotten, which made the colors more dull. But when I put it on, it was beautiful. The open back with large bow is a really nice detail. I felt great in this and it was perfect for our Christmas Eve party. 

This shirt isn't the best fitting but I wore it to a dinner event in Napa and then also back home for my husband's birthday dinner.  It's very light so you may need a jacket if the weather is cold but you will be missing all the adorable details of you cover it up!  The back is really cute and the details on the sleeves dresses it up.  I'm fairly small chested and it felt like it was a little tight in that area so that the back kind of didn't lay flat but it wasn't noticeable to anyone but me.  I wore it with black pants and black flats.  Love this shirt!

Awesome shirt, I wore it with dressy sorts and heels, jeans and a pair of green Carven pants I rented here.  I slipped it over my head but noticed there is a zipper, maybe I;'ll try a smaller size next time and see.  

This top made me feel sophisticated and trendy. Loved the pattern and the ruffle details on the hem and sleeves. Was worried the open back would be a bit much for work but it doesn't show your bra and the bow and long hair also cover it somewhat. Looks great under a blazer too

Loved this top! It was conservative enough for a work event, but had the open back detail that made it stand out.

This top is amazing and I wore it multiple times, out for my birthday with some bell bottom dark denim jeans and boots, and then to work with skinny dress pants and heels. the best part is the peekaboo back with the gorgeous tie. You feel so sexy, without being revealing or trashy...and you can wear it to work! I wish I could buy it!!

This top is beautiful. The fabric and colors are gorgeous- the fit it extremely flattering. It's super comfortable. I got so many compliments not just about the shirt itself but overall that "I looked great" and "looked really nice". Highly recommend! 

Details on this shirt were adorable. Material was very comfy. Enjoyed wearing it with dark jeans and booties for a fun dinner out with girlfriends. 

Great fit.  The back has a low cut, but with the right bra it was fine.  Wish I could buy.

Great fit!  The material is beautiful and drapes really well.  I received tons of compliments.  It also has great detail at the bottom of the sleeves.  The colors pop on this shirt.  I would definitely recommend this item.

Slight stretch in the fabric, bold colors and fun details with open back are great.  Back is not too open for professional workplace & would work under a suit.  Also- no special bra needed!

This top is cute, fits true to size, loved it with very casual ripped jeans and black booties.  The sleeves are hard for dinner but that was my only reason for 3 stars.
