Easy to wear top, can be dressed up or down.

Wore for a dinner during a one meal of a three day interview process. Worked fine under a cardigan, I think might have bunched up a little  under a tight blazer. I had a looser blazer so it was fine. I probably could have gone one size down. I think the site says it is cotton but it is def some kind of wool blend. Great shell for winter. Love the design. 

Probably would prefer to wear without a jacket or blazer as I think it looks really great alone, even better than half hidden under something! 

This top is my favorite kind of work-wear! It's very comfortable and very cute! It's really easy to wear and is comfortable to keep on all day, whether you're running around or just lounging. It definitely runs large though, so size down! 

Very square silhouette but still flattering and relatively comfortable. I think this could easily be dressed up or down. It's short in length so I paired it with the mid/higher rise Sanctuary leggings (also RTR). Only gave it four stars because I found the neckline to be scratchy and the arm holes were just a tad on the snug side for me. 

It's a little boxy but overall a great work shirt. The longer back to front is cute and the shirt is in good condition. Originally I tried to pair with a skirt but since the shirt is pretty wide, it looked a little frumpy but works with slacks. 

The fit was perfect.   I got a lot of compliments. Wore it to a birthday party and work. Very versatile. Would definitely rent again 

Nice, classy blouse, very warm and perfect for fall/winter. The embroidery has a cool texture and is easy to make an outfit with. That said, how is it possible that this thing retails for so much $? It honestly read a bit J Crew or Club Monaco. Would wear it again but wasn't my new favorite item.

I rented this shirt with my Unlimited to wear to work. It looked great with black jeans/slacks and I received several compliments. The fabric in the front is thick and stiff -- but it makes it look nice and of good quality. It was comfortable, though the neckline came up farther than I thought it would.  Its  obviously boxy, so know your body type and what looks good on you. I liked the top and thought it was a good way to change it!  I also felt the shirt ran true to size

Rented through unlimited and wore to work. The pattern is fun and the quality is great, but I found that it ran a bit large and was a little itchy - I had to keep my jacket on all day to keep my arms from rubbing against the sides of the blouse and getting all red and scratchy.

Liked this a lot and would rent again.  On the heavy side, so maybe not ideal for summer in warmer climates.

I did not wear it due to its material; it is itchy for me.

I kept trying this on daily! But it was too short and just didn’t work.

Maybe I should have ordered a smaller size, but it was too boxy and frumpy looking for me.  Too many issues to wear.

Thicker material in the front but not too hot. Slightly itchy material but you don't notice it at all. Looked polished with black pants!

Wore this to work and did amazing going from day to night! Love it.

Size was a little big but made it comfortable for a full day of wear.

Looks and feels high end. Great for casual work day with jeans. 

Wore to work--the shoulders are wide enough to cover my bra straps which is always an issue for me. Comfy and good construction!

I liked the thick fabric. The cut is a bit boxy, but worked.

Wore this shirt with black skinny's and a cream blazer.... also wore it with black aline skirt, tights and booties. 

I was hesitant to order this during the fall months - however, the fabric is thick and warm (wore this under a jacket for a day at the office).  The shirt is very comfortable and true to size - it really livened up a standard black suit.

Although other people had mentioned it was heavy I believed the description that it’s cotton. It’s clearly wool and way too heavy for this time of year. Liked the fit though and will consider in the fall. 

Fit fine, but do note that it is thick material and I felt a little hot wearing this top.

Very square fit. Would have loved to have a more snug waist.

Beautiful top, very thick and well made, but too wide for me, so the back hung in weird folds. May try a smaller size as it is gorgeous. I did not realize the back was longer than the front from the photos. 

A little snug in the shoulders. If you have broad shoulders, size up. But expect the waist to look a bit big. 

I exchanged this at the RTR NYC store and wore it for work. They only had the 44 although I could have gone done at least one size. The detailing and craftsmanship is beautiful on this top, but I found it a little heavy. Probably would be better for a winter rental.

This runs a little large, I usually wear a medium/size 8, and I could have gone down a size, but it still looks good. Paired it with black skinny pants and loafers and it was perfect!! 

This is a heavy, fall or winter weight top that can be worn as a vest over a blouse. The construction is very good and I liked the front knitted section. I didn't think it was itchy like other reviewers, but I wore it as a vest with a skirt in an air-conditioned office. I might rent it again when the weather is colder.

Was very itchy and wide. Cute top with great detail.
