My brother (in the photo) thought it was a snazzy piece and so did the cute Irish Men I met that day - altogether well received!!

I used this for many outfits while traveling and even on plane as blanket.  It's warm when you use the belt or cooler if left open.  It's open on the sides if you don't cinch it in.   The buttons are very odd, the hole doesn't go all the way through the fabric so I rarely used the buttons...took too long.    It's really great for traveling as it can be used with most colors, outfits, situations.  
Definitely size down if you are between.  I usually wear a small and that's what I used here and was fine, but the XS might have even been better.  

Super comfy but stylish. Wore it for an afternoon with family. Loved the collar! Warm too!

This coat was a little big on me, but you couldn't tell. It was super cute and loved the color. It went well with other colors. 

Used it for family photos. The color is beautiful and is was a nice weight for a cold day. 

Great cape but runs large! I recommending sizing down, even if you plan on wearing thicker winter clothes underneath. I typically wear a size 4, so I opted for a small but this definitely had room around my waist and shoulders even with the belt. I would say go with your true size for a more casual laid back look and size down if you are looking for something more structured. Otherwise - this kept me super warm and paired perfectly with jeans and boots!

Beautiful cape that is perfect for a spring or fall day. The color was lovely but not one I would usually wear. 

I rented a medium because small was not available. Size was large for me but I was still able to wear this it. Had to wear long sleeves under because material is itchy. Wore as a coat. Received a lot of compliments. Very flattering.

Cute and trendy but just too overpowering for me. Returned without wearing. 

I loved this. I wore it out to dinner, to work, during the day...it's pretty warm for a 30's + kind of degree weather. The color is amazing and versatile. The tie at the waist helps you not lose your shape. The fabric was a little pilled from wear, but you could only tell that up close.  

I was really worried this wouldn't be warm and would look really frumpy but it was perfect.  Warm enough for the cold winter and the belt made it fit around the waist so it was actually slimming.

This cape/coat is super warm and cozy. I've worn it over a mini dress for a party and with yoga pants and sneakers for a chilly afternoon--looks great with everything!

Fit is true to size, color is a rich burgundy. Sensationally stylish and got tons of complements. Very warm! Love it! Can't wait to rent again! 
 

Can dress up or down.  Perfect for 50-degree evening outdoor party--probably wouldn't be warm enough for super cold temperatures.  Size down.

The fit was very true to size and the material was comfortable -  I could have slept in this cape. I am going to try to buy it for myself to have full-time! It looks more casual in most of the user photos but I wore it to a formal event with a long Halston gown and it looked fab - sorry I didn't take pics of me in the cape! 

Went to New England during one of the coldest times, this was warm and cute. I wasn't expecting the sides to be open, but it worked well, and let me wear this all day and not get too hot or cold.

Beautiful color and style. I wore it to and outdoor dinner in Malibu in January, wanted something pretty and warm. But since the temps are back in the 80's for the next week, I sent it back!

I was not able to wear it - swallowed me up.  Definitely size down for this.  Beautiful color, good length over skinny jeans.  Will order an XS in the future.

Worn over a rent the runway dress trying to achieve the Christmas red effect.  It was great with the dress.

I rented this for a girls winery trip and couldn't have loved it more. It's so cozy and the fit is beautiful with the cape like accent. 

This cape is an easy fit and can be dressed up or down. I wore it the entire week of Thanksgiving with everyday clothing, and with dressier attire. Loved the color! I am 5'7" and I felt that the garment was quite a bit longer on me than it appears on the model in the picture. Petite women- be aware!

Very unique and sexy look for a night out. It was functional (warm) and very stylish. I would love to own a similar style for day/night in Fall. 

The color of this is nice but generally sort of confusing to wear. There's a lot of open space so it's not as warm as you'd think.

Unfortunately, my cape arrived without the belt (I emailed RTR to let them know, asked for a belt to be shipped out and no response). Overall, great color, very WARM cape. I wore this on a few flights I had from Nebraska to DC and it was the perfect transition item. Would consider renting again. 

While I felt very high end & fashion forward while wearing this, it added body & I felt very round. If you are thin this would look great. Love the collar. The fabric is somewhat worn in but it works for this piece.

Runs big.  This cranberry cape is very regal and I received many compliments.  I probably could have gone down several sizes, so keep that in mind.  

Not my favorite. Rented it with unlimited so its not a big deal, but the fabric on this one is already super pilled. Makes it look cheap - did not wind up wearing. Overall the fit is OK.. could be unflattering with some outfits.

I had read all the reviews on this cape, so I knew so order a size down, which I did.  But, when it arrived, i still found frumpy and dowdy in it.  I'm not sure if it is because I am barely 5'5", or what, but I did not find it attractive on me at all.  The proportions are all wrong for someone who is not super tall and willow thin.  If you are, then this would probably look great on you, if you're not, you may want to keep looking. 

I ordered a Medium and easily could have worn a small or x-small - this coat was cute with leggings and boots on a cozy weekend, but I wouldn't wear it anywhere else due to the loose, baggy fit. definitely size down

This coat has seen better days.  The wool was matted and pilled over most of the coat, and threadbare in other places.  I like the silhouette and the color, but the item I received is ready to be retired.

This runs VERY large. Size down if you want to have any sort of waist definition. Color and style were nice, but don't expect this to warm -- the sides are open, which is not helpful in winter weather. Also, the buttons are a bit difficult to work since they are fully hidden.
