It may look boring, but the soft pale pink and delicate ruffles are lovely. I wore this blouse several times. 

I felt like the ultimate professional in this button down. It was so gorgeous! I loved the detail and the soft pink color. 

Very feminine blouse that fit great!  Loved it and received lots of compliments!  

I don't think this blouse would have looked nice untucked. Paired with a skirt l liked it quite a bit. 

The color, the cut, the western vibe was perfect for a Work convention in Nashville. Paired well with a skirt but would be super cute for date or girls night with jeans and heels. The tie is long, but you can double it up if it bothers you.

I wore this casually to work, dates, and to meet friends. Super light and airy. I tied my bow low. Brings out the femininity with the bow tie, ruffles, and the pink color. Loved it and wore it a lot more than I thought. 

True to size, beautiful material and great design. 100% silk so wrinkled quickly though. 

This is a pretty pink sheer blouse. The ties are super long, in the picture it looks like it's wrapped twice around the neck but bc of the little ruffle that starts at the neck and goes down the front of the blouse in front of the buttons the toes don't want to stay over top of the ruffle. I could keep that control better with it only wrapped around once and then tied in a bow. But you have to tie a BIG bow in order for the ties to not go halfway down your leg. It runs slightly big. It was a pretty blouse but I probably wouldn't rent again. Nothing special. 

Very cute design just weird neck tie. So long and rides up so it looks like it's separate from the shirt. 

Loved it so much that I bought it! It’s really cute s a lightweight.  Great for warmer weather but also works in fall/winter. Paired it with jeans, a skirt and slacks. All looked great!

Loved the top, one of my RTR favorites so far. Sheer fabric, pretty ruffles, loved the bow and fit. Will certainly rent again.

Very pretty and received many compliments every time I wore it. I didn't have any issues with the ribbon, just tied into a long bow. Looked great with light colored jeans. Almost purchased  .

Loved the color and detail. Long ties do not stay in a bow for more than 2-3 minutes without a double knot. Fits well for a larger bust.

I loved this shirt in other's reviews, but it didn't work for me. The ruffles and ties were too busy for my flatter chest. Not enough surface area to break it all up I guess! Didn't end up wearing. 

Color is beautiful and wasn't overkill with ruffles

Not sure what the tie is for, just tucked it, too thin to tie around neck

This blouse is perfect for summer and spring. It is breathable and the fabric is elegant. I absolutely adored wearing this top to the office!

The details in this shirt were very pretty and the color was gorgeous. My only complaint was the tie. It was way long and when tied, it moved inside of the collar instead of staying put outside which looked weird. Overall pretty work blouse with a pencil skirt!

This blouse was perfect for work.  Love the silk on my skin.  I paired it with a simple black pencil skirt.  

Ended up looking weird with my outfit so I didn't wear
