I received a ton of compliments! It was a perfect fit. I was extremely comfortable all night with no adjusting.  I loved this dress and would definitely rent again! 

Loved the unique design and fit. Hugs the waist and the A line skirt is thick yet elegant!

I didn't love the dress as much as others did but it was mostly because I felt it was a bit too big. I liked that it was warm enough for 60-70 degree weather but did not get hot on the dance floor. Liked the print, the fabric and the style too. I just wish it was a slightly tighter fit...not much tighter but just a bit.

When I saw this dress, I knew I had to have it for my senior formal but a medium wasn't available! I ended up getting another dress and ordering this dress in a small hoping it ~might~ fit. To my surprise, it fit me great even though my larger bust distorted the pattern a bit. However, it was imperceptible to others and in pictures. I was completely comfortable all night and received many compliments!!! 10/10 would recommend!

I rented this dress for a fun date night in Vegas. I liked the long sleeves and short skirt as the casinos tend to be chilly. Like the other reviews mentioned, it is made of a thick stretchy material so it was very comfortable. Tall ladies beware - it is pretty short in the front. For a date night the length was fine, but I would not recommend this for a work event. Overall a great dress! 

Great length and fit. The fabric is kind of scuba but ut breathes wells. The colors are bright and vibrant.

As other reviews said, this is a super unique dress made of scuba material. I rented it for an outdoor winter nighttime party. It's not as warm as I expected, but still a fantastic choice. The print is interesting and beautiful and due to the fabric has a more casual look in person. Super flattering shape. I usually wear an extra small to small and extra small rode up a bit so I was pulling it down as it's quite short. If you're between sizes go down. I really loved this dress. 

The material is like a scuba suit. I could have worn the small, but it showed my bra line from being tight in that area and rolled up the fabric a little at the small of my back. Fun dress! Good material for a cold night. 

This dress was far more beautiful and flattering in person than the pictures could ever show. I received so many compliments. It was comfortable and fun. Great weight and material for November in the midwest (and i normally run cold). I paired it with knee high boots and no tights to break up the heavier materials. The XS fit, but i felt more comfortable in the small. I usually wear a size 2-4 and I am 5'4" and the length was great on me. 

I thought I could wear this in a low key way but it's very short and was more appropriate for evening. I put this dress on and fell in love immediately. Is warm, comfortable, super flattering and I wish to own it. One of my fave RTRs. 


I wore this to a NY Fashion Week show event in February and it worked out perfectly! Has a scuba suit type fabric which was perfect to keep you warm and full back zip closure. I literally received compliments that this dress was a perfect fit and made for my body from so many people and that was a huge compliment considering I was at a fashion show with 20 different designers collections gracing the stage. I loved the mock neck and bell sleeves. I wore with black stocking and block booties which worked out perfect. This is my 2nd Canyon rental and I love their fit!

This was my first rent the runway and I'm hooked! The sleeves and material were perfect for a chilly fall day. I received compliments from EVERYONE! I would definitely recommend!

Wore this for a work function and felt like a million bucks! The material is like a wet suit - so it doesn't breathe, plus it can be worn at a smaller size since it sucks everything in.

Received so many comments on this dress. I wanted to keep it! It feels a bit like a wet suit but was so flattering and comfortable. I had ordered another dress and purchased this as a backup - I had to wear this one! It is a bit tight in the chest so I had to wear a very simple bra with it. Only con was that the zipper is very small in the back so I wish I had put my dress on and then did my hair!

Loved this dress!  Tons of compliments! A real show stopper!  The medium fit like a glove. If anyone is on the fence about getting this dress, I would tell them to get it and they will not regret it!  Paired with a lovely feathery necklace but it would be fine with no accessory.  The bell sleeves are so cute and different! Love! Seriously cannot say enough about this dress!

Flattering and comfortable.  Scuba gear like material was not too hot.  The sleeves were a little long, but I'm 5'3.   Best part was the pattern.  

This is a very unique and interesting dress. It runs small and is short in the front (I'm 5'9"). I don't mind short dresses because I usually wear tights, but this dress is also pretty tight and the arms feel constricting. Although it looks fabulous, I was not comfortable. I kinda felt like a stuffed sausage. The material is very thick and is like wetsuit material. I recommend sizing up and be prepared to wear tights if you are tall.

I wish I owned it!!! Fit like a glove on me and was made of a scuba type material so comfortable in cooler weather. I wore it with bare legs but nylons would work too. I got SO many complements!

I wore this to my cousin's bridal shower and loved it! This dress is very comfortable and the scuba material is flattering. I was bummed RTR doesn't offer size large anymore, but the medium fit perfectly. Loved the bell sleeves! I recommend renting :-)

This dress was so fun to wear!  The material is very forgiving.  It's a scuba type material and it hugged in all the right places up to and the thickness gave it the structure to flair perfectly on bottom.  The bell sleeves and slight hi-low hem complemented by the patchwork pattern made this dress a fun and funky style for a fun night with friends.  

I loved this dress. It was warm and fitting. The dress is comfortable with long sleeves. The length is short in the front but and longer in the back. I wish I could keep it!

I rented the small as per review it has stretch to it! This is such a wonderful and warm scuba dress perfect for the winter holidays here in Chicago! The length is perfect for me (I'm 5'4) and I love the details on the sleeves. It is so feminine and even with the scuba material it is very comfortable and kept me warm in this chilly Chicago winter season. The design is so pretty and the cut is very flattering to any body types. You can eat all you want for the holidays and since it is Princess cut your belly will not show! haha! Would rent this again!

Loved this dress!!! My boyfriend loved this dress on me too.  The sleeves are really long but I just tucked them under and it worked out fine.  I loved this rental..  

The fit was very flattering, with an empire waist and a flared skirt. The scuba material really helps the dress keep its shape. And it also kept me warm! The floral pattern was a big hit, I wish I could have kept the dress! The dress is way better on and in person than online, loved it!

Both XS and S fit but I was more comfortable in the arms with the Small.

This dress was really great - it's so comfortable and the neoprene fabric is really forgiving. I received compliments all night long - would highly recommend this dress!

Magical Dress- Beautiful and Fun print, but I also felt classy and sexy! Most compliments I've ever received on a dress! Wore this to a November wedding in Florida. I was never too hot, even while dancing the night away. 


I was very familiar with Clover Canyon but couldn't bring myself to buy a long sleeved neoprene dress in June, on the sheer principality of HOW UNGODLY AND COLD it is in San Francisco. However, I wanted to be warm and yet have a punchy print. Rent The Runway is perfect for these seasonal in-between dresses and items. As I dream of For Love and Lemons Bikinis, I need not be distracted by winter wear in summer. I received numerous compliments, as expected. The print was perfect - not too heavy and jubliant. The cut of the dress is girlish and quite flattering to le gams. Overall, I'm a huge fan of the label to begin with and am thrilled that RTR carries so much variety in this line. Brava! Bring us more! (And - For Love and Lemons! And - Peter Pilotto!) 

Bell sleeves made it funky, pattern made it fun, the high low of the dress made it perfect for a party. I really had a lot of fun in this dress.

This was so fun and comfortable to wear.  I ordered it as part of my unlimited subscription and although it is more suited for winter given the high neck and long sleeves, it wasn't too hot.  I would order again!

Love the wild pattern on this dress. It's really a show stopper. The material is very thick but I wasn't hot in it, though it does ride up a bit. I had so much fun wearing this dress! Will definitely rent again! 

This was my first rental with RTR and I am very pleased with the experience.  
I was going out to Philly with friends to celebrate my 40th birthday.  It was going to be a cold and rainy night, about 50 degrees and this dress was perfect.  I didn't need to wear a coat which was great because it was less for me to worry about.  
The material of this dress is very thick, and warm without being hot.  The print is adorable, I love that the pattern is different in the back than the front.  The length was very cute, shorter in the front and longer in the back.  I didn't find it to be too short at all.  The dress wasn't overly tight, more of a comfy fit, while still being flattering.  
I paired the dress with black tights, black platform pumps and minimum earrings.  It was definitely a head turning look.  
The only criticisms I have about this dress is that it tends to ride up on you and bunch up at the top.  I felt like I had to pull it down often to keep it where I wanted it.  And the neck was very loose.  Other than that I was very happy with it.  I would recommend this dress for a special occasion, cooler weather.  Happy with my rental :-) Thanks RTR!

I can't stress enough how amazing this dress is.  I truly wish I could own it!  The heavy scuba material is perfect for early spring or fall in the chillier weather.  I rented this dress for Easter and it was absolutely perfect.  The bell sleeves and bold, unique patterns on this dress throughout the front and back made this style one in a million.  It was the perfect length for a fit and flare, as I am 5'7" and it hit right at my mid thigh.  It is also extremely figure flattering and great for a variety of different body types.  I would pair this with simple wedges or booties, depending on the season, and minimal jewelry.  This look is truly out of the 70s with a modern, bohemian twist.  Go for it!

The dress is super comfortable and fits my curvy figure perfectly. I ordered a small and had just the right fit everywhere. Love that the length gets a little longer in the back.  The material is scuba which was perfect on a chilly San Francisco day to where without a jacket.  Got many compliments throughout the day and will be able to where this on to my dinner appointment this evening.
