Absolutely loved this and wore several times then kept it through a second rental period to bring it on a trip to Tokyo. The details scream elevated style and quality. Fit was perfect. I really like the understated but beautiful details of the cut with partial pleats. Considered buying it several times.

This skirt fit nicely. Quality materials. My tights showed through on the chiffon side but I didn’t care. (Dinner had dim lighting; it wasn’t noticeable.) The pleats wanted to stick to my tights. Will try this again in the summer! Versatile and can be dressed up or down. 

This skirt has a super cute, preppy vibe! The sheer side panel adds a fun detail without being too revealing, but it might be too sheer for a professional work environment. Could be great for desk to drinks or a work outing! I would size up in this, I usually wear a size 2, but the size 4 fit me perfectly. 

Waist snaps on side to close instead of zipper/hook.  No flex in the waist so will feel snug or ride up if you're more than 30+". 
Pleated part of skirt is very sheer so not as professional 

Had to wear a slip and it was pain to keep making sure I was "covered up" 

I would say the skirt fits true to size at your natural waist. However, there is no liner and is too sheer to wear in public given how high up it goes aka shows some cheek! Even if it fell low on the waist it would come up too high on the leg. Would work with something under it but unfortunately could not wear this to work as intended

Side panel is see through but I have a bunch of slips and that helped. Runs a bit smaller too

The side is definitely see through so if you don’t wear opaque tights it’s not work appropriate. 

Wore to an evening event. You do need to be aware of the sheer area on the skirt. A short slip worked fine; I think tights would be fine too. A little sexy.

I'd size up, fits nice and great fabric - I usually wear36, but this one is tight. 

Felt formal but still had the sheer pleats for some fun.

It’s a little long for us shorties but love. 

The cut for the sheer panel comes up to mid-upper thigh so I had to make sure it was facing the right way. If you have wider hips it would probably stay in place better than it did for me. Overall still pretty and was still appropriate for work.

The sheer side does come up a little high but overall its really not that noticeable so i didnt have any issues with it. Solid elevated basic with an interesting twist

Wore this to a launch party for work (non-conservative field) and this was so chic! Perfect to pair with a blazer and heels for a sleek look. Beware that one side of the skirt is super sheer, so if you wear shorts under dresses like I do, it will show unless you hike up the leg.

I was excited to wear this to a date, but turns out that the part of the skirt with the cut out was a little bit too tight. I have a decent size bottom so it makes sense, but I really love the skirts and they rent again and a slightly bigger size. The rest of the fit was perfect on the waist and everything else

Good fit but the material of the waist meant the fit was not perfect. However the pleating more than made up for it

I really liked this. Felt it ran a touch big for me and a little long for me (5'3")

The 38 fit great. I do not think that I would be able to wear this skirt without something underneath it. The sheer part is very sheer and comes up really high in the back as well.

wore this to a work party and it was cute and a step away from the usual black skirt. fair warning that the sheer portion does rise super high up

It is sexy and shows more than you would think it does, and respectful way, we are at work people. 

Very snug in waist, tried to pair w a sweater but the material is more sophisticated. Looked better with fitted black shirt and heels. The slit is great for going out, suggestive but you have to look. Too provocative for work or day time.  

This looked like it would be appropriate for work, but it is not - the inset panel is quite sheer and nearly completely see-through when in the light. Because of the high, arcing cut, cheek is definitely visible in many lights and angles. It would be appropriate for a hot date, but the main part of the skirt is pretty formal in feel and structure, so this would take a special event to be very suitable. 

Overall love the look of this skirt. The sheer fabric made it super cute. The problem is the sheer was a little too short, and I did not feel comfortable wearing it to work.

could have been cute but very small - suggest sizing up one or two sizes if you have hips/are curvy
