Bought them! Finding jeans that fit is hard. The length is great for my 5’1” frame.
Citizens of Humanity is a no brainer for my body type (petite pear). Any pair i try fits, so i just stick with them. The fabric is deep black. Excellent condition. Super comfortable. The label says it has minimum stretch but i don't miss it.
These are a standard pair of denim jeans. They are mid-rise and straight leg. I enjoyed that they are cropped. These are true to size. I enjoyed wearing them.
These are good thick denim. Probably not the best option in the heat. Denim is heavy cotton with no spandex ie, no stretch! I sized up based on reviews and given no stretch and do feel they are pretty true to size. I'm 5'4 and had to roll them twice so more of an ankle jean on me vs. cropped.
It said 32 was my size, which is 12-14. This were at least 2 sizes too small. My fault for not knowing...
Gorgeous skirt! Looks great with heels or boots; mix and match with sweaters or simple tops. The skirt standouts itself.
Nice but didn't fit amazing just ok, thick, short leg
Comfy with enough stretch. Solid dark wash Wore for everyday and work
Based on some other reviews I ordered a size up because I didn't want them to be too tight. I normally wear a 26/27 so I got the 28. They fit good at first, but stretched out quickly so I probably should have gotten the 27. Great quality and the cut is very flattering.
What I've come to expect from citizen - comfortable and flattering. I have larger booty and thighs and these still worked great.
I wanted to love these they were just ok though.
Great fit for me
As expected from photos!
I usually wear a 29-30 depending on the style and brand. I sized up with these due to my research. They fit comfortably not too tight not too loose. Came to bottom of my calf (5'5). Thicker jean than most. Great for winter.
Super comfy jeans and a great fit. I am 5'1 so they were not cropped on me unfortunately
Great black jeans, I rented them to try the brand as I'm looking for black jeans. They were very comfortable, good length for 5'2" me. Fit wasnt perfect, I have a small waist and bigger bum/thighs so the waist gapped. I sized up from 28 to 29 and they fit great but gapped in the back.
I wore these once and they were completely stretched out. I listened to the other reviews and sized up by 1. They were overall too big.
I would probably try something else

I have the same exact jeans in white and so ordered the same size as the ones I own (my regular size) - and for whatever reason the black fit at least a size, maybe two sizes, smaller. Could barely button them.
I own these exact jeans in a dark denim and white, same size (28) and yet these barely could get over my hips, let alone zip. Not sure why. I also own a lighter colored denim in same exact style but one size bigger (29) and they are relaxed and roomy and weekend-y. So these particular black ones seem smaller than normal. No stretch (which is the same with the other ones I own). Dark but not entirely black, some fading on the seams. Didn't wear.
Unfortunately these ran too small, could not get them up so never wore them! The other two pairs of jeans in a 28R fit great from Madewell that I ordered.
Couldn't get over my thigh lol
Runs small and lower than standard midrise pants.
ran small
I am postpartum and changing sizes quickly, so it's been tough to find jeans that work. These get tossed straight in the ever growing fail pile. They are my current size, but I couldn't even get them over my hips.
Didn't catch that this was more low rise than high rise fit. Didn't end up wearing cause I hated the way it hit me mid hip.
I wore these once to work and thought they were comfortable and great for business casual.
These jeans were really nice and new with tags and all! I really wish I could have worn them, but they were VERY snug. I should have gone with a 34R instead of a 32R, as I think they run small. I wear a 14, but these fit like a 12 maybe. Very nice jeans otherwise!
Like the cut, though they are definitely not high rise. I'm pretty short and for once these actually did hit me at the ankle versus being full length. Did stretch out after uses unfortunately which is my pet peeve with jeans
I have large calves so this jean was tricky bc there is little stretch. I'm usually a 26 but wore a 27 to accommodate my calves, but then the waist was too big. Still liked them and will rent a 26.
