As others noted it is a snug bodice, I fit in my regular size but without any room to spare. Note that the bodice is also sheer, I wore a strapless black bra underneath. A bonus, IT HAS POCKETS. Had a blast wearing it for office holiday party, was themed masquerade. 

So the top is see through. You must wear something underneath. I just threw on a spaghetti strap black top on underneath. I’m 5’2 in 6in stilettos. Perfect for a tea party paired with hat

I’m typically a 2-4 on a dress that is fitted on top and A line or ballgown on bottom and this was not even close. If you look at the photo of the back it was so far from being able to zip. I think I would have needed at least an eight. The bodice has zero give/elasticity and is very form fitting. 

That said, it’s gorgeous and very nice quality. I would have loved to wear it. 

Love this. Was overall a little loose in the chest and waist but a beautiful artsy dress that looks different from all of the others. 

I ordered my usual size (10) but this was very tight around the waist. It’s slightly elasticized so there was some give, but it was too tight to wear for my event. I ended up going with another rental. Also be careful it’s completely sheer on top! That’s my bra you see in the pics. 

This dress is hard to come by and have been trying to rent it for years. It is a showstopper! This dress is European sizing and runs small. The equivalent size 0 fit and I wore it a total of 6 times while I had this dress in my possession but would of been way more comfortable in a size 2. I also wore a petticoat under it for fullness! Uggggg I need this in my closet! 

Like I said wear an open back and strap Lu sandals

Cruella for Halloween called for an appropriate dress. This dress was SO fun. The top is completely see threw as a warning. Plan on wearing a tank top of it needs to be kid appropriate (read: trick or treating). I loved the high low. Got tons of compliments. 

Loved it but be warned in the lights really see through. I knew this (sort of) so wore a cami under but still. Be warned. And zipper was difficult! Need assistance! But got a ton of compliments 

I couldn't get the size 4 zipped! It also was too short. I'm 5'9" and usually wear a size 4

I wore this dress for a company holiday party at a fancier place and it did not disappoint. Coworkers approached me constantly throughout the night to tell me how gorgeous the dress was. It is flashy and dramatic while still being classy. I'd wear this again in a heartbeat. Other details: I did wear some pretty good shapeware with this because the waistband is not stretchy. I didn't find it uncomfortable, but it made me look like I had rolls I didn't have. The shapewear solved that and was also invisible through the mesh back of the dress. Because the back of the dress is semi see through, I did not wear a bra (larger chested ladies will still need one). The front of the dress was structured and thick enough where you couldn't tell I wasn't wearing one and it saved me from having back bulges. Since it was winter I wore black stockings and suede ankle boots and loved the finished look. 

Gorgeous! Wore for an engagement party and got tons of compliments! Def tight through the rib cage and waist but so glad it fit!

This dress may look cute in the picture, but it's a solid 4 inches away from being able to zip in the back. I am typically a 6 or 8 so I got the 46 (largest size stocked) and it was nowhere close. It's absolutely stunning if you have a small enough frame to wear it. 

This dress was so fun! People were stopping me everywhere to compliment it and it was so comfy to wear. Perfectly sized and great quality. 

This dress was very pretty and fun to wear. The top is very see-through, so you will want something to wear under it - I wore a black cami which blended in well. I thought this dress ran pretty small and would recommend sizing up. 

Great fit! I'm 5'10" and the length in the back was just right with 3" inch heels. The bodice is see-through, which I didn't mind, just something worth noting for putting the whole outfit together. Another successful experience with RTR, Thank you!! 

I am only 5'1" and I was able to pull it off.  I could never wear a full length gown without alterations.  This allowed me to have the drama/elegance of a long gown but fit my petite frame!

Fits a bit tight on the waist, I recommend ordering the backup dress one size bigger. 
Four stars only because the zip didn’t work properly and it was very difficult to close.

This was absolutely divine to wear .... felt like a million bucks. It was easy to dance & move in.  Too is see though so be sure to have proper undergarments, everything else fit perfect.  
I'm 5'5" & 142 lbs.  the sz 10 fit easily & wasn't too snug in the waist as other reviews have suggested. 

This dress is so tight, especially in the waist.  I usually wear a 38 but I ordered up to a 40 but I wish I had a 42. I was able to squeeze into it barely.

I wore this for a gala and it was definitely a show stopper. It was so pretty, but not very comfortable. The sequins top was a bit rough feeling and the band around the waist was very tight. The skirt length was perfect. I'm 5'6". I loved the pockets and how it looked overall. But  I think it is meant for someone with a longer waist. I'm very short-waisted and it didn't fit perfectly. 

I wore this as Mother of the Bride! I received so many compliments and felt so beautiful. The high low dress was eye catching and easy to dance in. I absolutely loved this dress!!!

LOVED this dress. I wore nude-colored stick on cups  because otherwise the top is 100% see-through.  Fits snug around the waist. I was sad to ship this back off! Awesome dress. 

So unique, very flattering, loved the pockets. Bodice was a big snug for my bust but once I finally got zipped in...loved, loved , loved!

This dress was gorgeous! I wore this to a Mardi Gras themed awards ceremony and it was the perfect mix of elegant and fun!! I received compliments all night long on this dress!!! The material on the skirt is thick, but not too thick and it lays so nicely! Both sizes I received were sheer on the front and back so I added a camisole underneath. Like others had mentioned, the sequins on the top were a bit scratchy on the inside of your arms but it was no big deal. I did have to wear the larger size because it was a little difficult to zip around the waist band (and there isn't much give!), but once it was one it was very flattering and fun!!!  I would love to own or rent this dress again!!!

Absolutely beautiful dress that received many compliments all night.  Great material as well.  My only complaint is that the torso is on the long side.  So if you are petite like me, it may be roomy in the shoulders since the fitted waist will naturally sit at your narrowest part. I solved this with one large safety pin folding each shoulder down and was completely unnoticeable even with an up-do.  No regrets about this dress.

This dress was super fun! Everyone commented on the tight waist band and I also found that to be true. I wore the 40R and am 5'2". It hit floor on back perfectly with my 3-4" heel. Many many compliments ... and pockets. It has pockets. Wanted to buy this one! Also the 40R did have a liner - the 38R did not so the top was see through. Another reason I wore the larger dress.


Stunning gown!! I received so many complements on this dress. It fit true to size. The band was a bit tight, but it created a slimming look so I didn't mind. The top rubbed on the inside of my arm, but it wasn't terrible. I loved being able to wear a regular bra with this. I would reommend and rent again! 

Fit was small and you need a god/cute bra since the top is see through, but I knew that because of the other reviews. Felt great, looked fabulous on the red carpet, and got tons of compliments all night long. Love any dress with pockets. 

Not only was the dress beyond tight around the waist and ribs, but the zipper was impossible!!! 
I got the zipper up to the waistband and clasp the top with a safety pin. Because I was leaving the back open I wore an interesting strapy bra - I got so many compliments and nobody could tell it wasn't designed this way.

Fit a bit tight but made me look really skinny. The fabric is amazing. I wish I can keep this dress. Definitely was the best dress i have ever worn!

I’m a very tall woman (6’4”) and with my event being a wedding, I didn’t want a dress above the knee. This dress was the perfect fit body wise and height wise! The band that is between the top and bottom material is snug and the zipper is a little hard to get over that material. The back part of the top material is see through so I would find something bra wise that doesn’t have a back strap. Length wise, without heels, the back almost touched the floor, so wether you wear heels or flats, both look great (I have flats on in the picture). For someone who had a hard time finding dresses length appropriate, this type of dress is perfect for us y’all girls! 

Running small in the rib cage and waist with very little room for movement up top, I recommend wearing a size up for your primary size and your regular size for your back up. This style is very tight throughout the midsection and loose at the hips. It works for smaller cup sizes. You may wear a standard bra , just keep in mind it is see through especially in the back. At 5’4”, the length hit just above the knee on me in the front and touched the ground with 3-inch heels on in the back. The pattern on the dress is amazing in person and the loose flowy ruffles made it very light and comfortable to wear. Pair with black or silver heels and fun earrings to complete your outfit!
