When I pulled this top out of the bag I actually wasn't sure how I felt about it. I knew from the other reviews that it was a scuba material, with only the look of tweed & I was curious. At first wear, I was in love because it was so comfortable and easy to move in. It is different, fun, and deceivingly flattering! I paired with Spanx faux leggings & booties. 

I got a few pieces from RTR for my headshots for work. I loved this top and wore it all day. The material is like a ponte/scuba material that is thick and comfortable. It's fun but also professional. 

This was so comfortable . I wore this to work and a sales luncheon. No pressing needed, great plus. 

I love the flattering asymmetrical cut! I haven’t seen too many tops like this, and with this attention to detail. You can tell this isn’t cheaply made. This would flatter any body type! The waist was very large on me unfortunately. I would have sized down, but the bicep area would have been too small. It went on sale and I ended up purchasing it because of its unique cut and absolute to be so transitional from day to night. 

Fit well, flattering for any shape. Good stretch to material but substantial. Only caution is the wide neckline. I wore a tank underneath to hide regular straps. 

The top looks very stiff and classy, but is actually so soft and comfortable. A++++

Great work top! The fun, peplum detail makes this top stand out and I love the scuba-type fabric used in all of this designer's styles that I've tried. It's fitted, but comfortable and flattering.

From the look of the pattern, I expected this to be a weave fabric, but instead the pattern is an optical illusion and it's a very soft fabric with no weave or knit at all.  It made it even better!  Flattering neckline.  I could have taken a size smaller for more defined waist.  Wore for Christmas and was perfect.

Comfortable and flattering scuba material (what Chiara Boni is known for). I really like the shape and fit of this top but found the color and pattern kind of drab.

The shirt itself is very comfortable. It’s stretchy scuba-like material, but the flared bottom hides “imperfections.” I didn’t like this cut on me because it cut me in half and made me look shorter than I already am, but I would recommend this as a rental. 

Great neckline just wish it was longer. Body is like wetsuit material. 

It was fun to wear and definitely caused some closer looks to see what the material was

Bought this top for work and love it. Super professional-looking and cute at the same time. I paired it with black jeans, but would also be cute with a skirt. Usually wear an 8, but opted for a 6 as it was the last size left and still fit pretty well.

The fit was on point but the material was very different than I expected. I was imagining more of a knit and it was actually very spandexy. It was good for work but I probably wouldn't rent again. Just average for me. 

This shirt kept rising up above my pants line and I was spent all day pulling it down to keep it in place.

This has been my most favorite item to date. It is super comfy, flattering, and easy to dress up or make casual. This one might be staying with me!

The fabric is spandex-y, but not too tight. It keeps a beautiful shape and is very comfortable. It is slightly boat neck, revealing more collarbone than typical work blouses, which gives it a subtle sexiness.

Love love this top!  It is a stretchy material and fitted.  I worn it for the first time today and had so many compliments!  

This top is so flattering and unique, and added height to my petite frame. I got tons of compliments! 

This top was such a pleasant surprise!! I loved it. I don't know what I was expecting but it exceeded my expectation! This is a must rent or buy! Wish I could have kept it!! 

Came to me with the tags on, so the fact I was the first the flaunt this shirt was empowering. I feel so professional in this shirt. Will be wearing again to a work event. 

I wasn't sure about the material at first but it grew on me. I wore it twice before sending it back!

I wore this with black jeans to work on a Friday for a look that was technically casual but still felt professional, since I knew I'd be meeting with one of my firm's partners for the first time. 

It arrived NWT and wasn't quite as tight as other items I've ordered from this designer (possibly because it was so new). I'm a 2 or a 4 depending on the brand, and I usually order a IT 40 (US 4) in this designer. 

I opted for a strapless bra because of the neckline. Could have probably gone braless

I rented this for work. It's a great too and very comfortable. I wished I had sized down because it was a bit large and loose around my arm pits. Also, I needed a strapless bra in order for my straps to not show. Just something to note

It's a nice top, but I was surprised by the scuba material. I actually like neoprene but it should be more fitted. This is too loose in the waist for my liking. Also the neckline makes it hard to wear to work. Arrived new with tags, I'll be returning it unworn.

i like how it accents the waistline and conceals the hips.  a bit of a boat neck so I had to slip my bra straps to the end of my shoulders to not show, but it worked. I want to buy this.

Looks like it would be a thick tweed but it’s actually a soft, slick material. Wide boatneck but hit perfectly on waist. Cool different rental. 

Nice too and pattern . Shoulders area very large 

Looked good with dress pants. Runs a little large and looked baggier than I had hoped it would.
