I would propably never rent it inline, but i was visiting NY and spot it in RTR flagship store! ( must visit if you in NY) . Great dress, im wearing it to the airport as well! 

This dress has a beautiful color block pattern. True to size. The material is pretty thick so best for colder weather. 

Amazing for a sweater dress it's light great for work. The white is the tightest part but this was an amazing dress.

This light sweater dress was a great way to spice up my Tuesday workwear! It runs small (I have a very petite top and it fit me like a glove) so if you are between sizes, or you have a fuller top, size up. The thick material hangs on the heavier side, so it does smooth over most of the body, but the top is a touch sheer, so I recommend a nude bra. I paired this with a nude belt and nude strappy heels to bring the outfit into a "late summer" vibe. Note: there is a large slit in the front AND back of the dress, and while it's mostly hidden when you're standing, it may be visible when seated.

The dress is a nice thicker sweater material without being itchy or too thick for spring. I am 5'10" and it came just below my calves so shorter woman may find it to be an odd length. Overall, really love this dress!

I didn't want to return this one. This dress is a great example of how comfortable and style can, indeed, be part of the same review. The material is heavy, so I'd recommend wearing it during winter and fall, and avoid the summer months. I paired it with Gucci sunglasses (on RTR), a Marc Jacobs bag (also on RTR) and booties, just like the model photo,  and added a statement necklace. @lallietand

Wore it in New Year's Eve and I received a lot of compliments.

Spectacular!! Wore to work on a cold day and it was so comfortable and flattering. Lots of compliments. 

Warm, soft, and stretchy. This dress is ideal for fall, winter, and early spring. With a tighter fit but stretchy fabric, the size 38R fit perfectly. I'd say this style runs very true to size with an easy fit. I'm broader in the shoulders and the arms were very comfortable. Great for work or a daytime event. 

I saw it hanging in the Chicago RTR store, tried it on, and fell in love. So flattering,  and yet so warm and comfortable - honestly the most game-changing outfit yet from RTR! I got more compliments on this dress than any other I've ever worn from RTR. Honestly, I would have never ordered it online, just not something that I thought would look good on me. But in person it really surprised me and it just WORKED!

I would recommend this dress for someone who is tall as it can be overwhelming.  Other than that, the fit is wonderful and the material is of great quality.

Massive compliments. This dress is truly unique and takes a new spin on color blocking. It has a slit up the front and the back which gives it a really nice shape when walking. It's a little warm so I wouldn't wear this if the temperature outside is above about 70°.I was able to pair this with some dark gray charcoal colored suede Rag and Bone boots which looked amazing.  

The slits in the dress made it a nice silhouette, arms were slightly baggy from the RTR hanger but overall very flattering, got several compliments from strangers...

I liked the color blocking in this dress but was not very flattering 

So cute but one sleeve fit snugger than the other. Still got a ton of compliments 

I rented for work and when I tried on I liked it. Because of the different materials one sleeve is tighter than the other but that seemed okay, it was when I turned and looked at the back in the mirror that I realized how high the back slit was. NSFW and I am short.

The arms are very slim while the body of the dress is billowy. Nice weight to the fabric and some stretch but the back slit is very high. Not appropriate for my office. 

This dress was so fun! I loved the contrast between the more conservative style of long length and long sleeves with the more fun style of slits in the front and back and it being more form fitting. I was worried about it being too form fitting (I hate body con dresses) but this was perfect. As a tall gal, I also loved that the sleeves fully fit! I got a ton of compliments!

Yellow is a little more mustard than the photo shows. Very comfortable nice material. the white part is kind of telling so wear a nude / no lace bra. Overall cool piece 

Wore to a conference and got lots of compliments, beautiful quality piece, and warm!

Wasn't sure about this dress online but it is FABULOUS! Comfortable and flattering

The interview went great and I felt great. I got complements on my way to the interview and afterward. Wore it with Spanx tights to smooth everything and black ankle boots with a 2.5 inch heel. I am leggy and they hit me just below mid-calf. I am also small busted but everything really looked great. Sorry I didn't take a picture; it was my FIRSTRTR.

The print is amazing and it's a gorgeous design. The fit is a little odd though - strange fit in the arms and the slit in the back is butt short on me so I can only wear this with black tights so I don't flash my booty. Despite this, I would rent again. 

Great dress for fall/winter/early spring. It's too heavy now. 

This would definitely work better on a non-preggo obviously. But 29 weeks, 2nd pregnancy, and was able to wear a size 44 (previously a size 4). The slit in the front is a bit high (not helped by the bump) and it was 20-something degrees outside, so I put leggings underneath. Also, the center seam was a bit itchy (usually I don't have an issue with this), so I had to put a tank underneath too. 

This dress fit me perfectly however i found it to be a little matronly feeling as well as a bit itchy.  When it first showed up as a selection i fell in love but when i had it on i didnt feel amazing.  It is a high quality dress just didnt love it. 

Thick fabric. Great for cooler whether.  Very pretty but didn't get to wear since it was so long on me. 

Rented for work and it just hung wrong. It looked cute on the hanger but not all of the color blocks are the same material so the heavier material makes the ribbed sweater part sag. It's also just really thick. Cant imagine wearing this until at least October.

This is such a cool dress but it didn't sit right on me. The front seam kept shifting and kind of twisting so I didn't end up wearing it. 

The dress was awful - the knit made the color block lines go crooked. Looked terrible and I didn’t wear it.
