I rented this dress as for a circus themed holiday party thinking if for sure wouldn't look good on me. It looked fun and like a dress Cardi B wears in one of her videos so I had to at least try it. I had ordered 3 other dresses and literally didnt even try them on after I put this one on. I've never gotten so many compliments both in person and after the fact from people seeing photos. It's such a flattering and unique dress - I don't think the photos even do it justice. In my opinion, it looked like a perfect dress for hourglass or curvy girls so I was surprised it was so flattering on me (flat-chested, mostly bones). 

This dress was a showstopper! So many compliments and fit like a glove. I loved the bright colors and the sexy high slit. This does run small so I had to go up a size to a medium (6) and I'm usually a size 4. I totally recommend this for a formal or colorful affair. 

I received the most attention with this lovely dress than with any other rental. Size up if you can. It fit but I have a very small waistline and small bust. I will buy this. It will never go out of style for a Mexican vacation. 

This colorful number was both elegant and fun. The cinched waist was killer too and the split showed off alot of leg (in a good way)!

Over the top, flamenco dancer dress but super amazing fit and gorgeous detail. Not for the faint of hearts but still, strongly recommend 

Love every single thing about this dress. It was heavenly to wear for a flamenco party in Spain. My most favorite rental. The bodice of the dress is tight but flattering. The zipper was not easy to maneuver but seems like a design flaw rather than the size. The slit was sexy and fun. I felt like a queen for the entire night. 

I generally wear a size 0 and am 32 b in the chest area. This dress zipped up well but if I had been a smidge bigger in the top, it would have been impossible. Runs very small. 

But, this is an amazing dress. The fabric moves beautifully and it worked really great for my anniversary dinner. Got tons of compliments. Highly recommend!

Literally felt like a goddess. The top of the dress is built like a corset and really snatches your waist. Loved the off the shoulder detail and the slit SET IT OFF. It is a little heavy to wear so just be mindful if you plan on wearing it out all evening. 

This was SO much fun! The slit is alllllll the way up. Crowd pleaser. The zipper zips fine off the body but I think is just worn out on this one. I wanted it for a wedding but I was worried I'd never get one more zip so just wore it to dinner and a show since I finally got it over the broken spot.

I chose this dress for an upcoming world premiere opera, and I was wanting to take a risk and try the "circus fashion" theme I've been loving all summer (stripes, polka dots and big bows).  Sexy, very thick fabric and so cute!  I decided to wear this for a house party instead and it was a hit.  Too long on me to drag around town and wearing higher heels to the Santa Fe opera is not an option.

Zipper would not be possible to get up by yourself! You'll need help for sure! If i was any bigger than 135 it would have probably been hard to breath. It fit perfect for me!

It does run pretty small. I have a small ribcage and am small chested so the XS worked for me, but if you're debating I would size up. The slit is very high, but that made it fun for Miami and I never felt "over-exposed". Overall I absolutely loved this dress and had fun wearing it!

The dress runs a little on the small side. But man is it hot!!! Little snug but in just the right places. Check out @damselinthsdress on insta for more pictures and styling tips.

LOVED this dress! Thought it would be too crazy, got it to try for a black tie wedding. Unfortunately it was very tight in the chest so I couldn't get it to zip up all the way. Will be ordering the next size up and trying again as soon as it's available!

This arrived late - so I wasn't able to wear it to my event. It runs very small, I could barely zip it and once zipped I thought I would pop the zipper!  Pattern feels perfect for a circus themed party or gala. 

It is tight in the rib cage area... it is a corset fit..
But otherwise it’s true to size

I ordered the large one because reviews said it runs small. I'm 130 pounds and 5'3 and the LARGE was too big for me. The MEDIUM probably would have fit but it was too much dress for me - too long even with heels on. 

Beautiful dress but zipper was broken when it arrived and it also runs very small.

This dress is amazing! Was not able to wear bc it didn't fit across the mid back...ordered M/R. If we had more time I would have returned and reordered a large. 

I'm so sad that I cannot wear this gown. It is absolutely gorgeous and so fun! I was going to wear this for our engagement photos. My fiancé was desperately trying to get the zipper up because he loved it so much, but it wasn't going to happen. I typically wear a size 12 so I went with the Large, but it did not work for me. 

Sadly, I could not wear the dress. The large is more like an 8 on top, so although it fit well through the body, no way was it going to zip up the back/bust area. The fabric is cotton, without any stretch. Super cute, but not for the curvy ladies like myself.

This dress fit perfectly everywhere but the bust. It’s made for someone with s very small rib cage and bust. So sad it wouldn’t zip all the way. I have a feeling the next size up would be too big everywhere else 

This dress is gorgeous and so fun! Unfortunately though, it runs very small and I couldn't zip it up. I'd try it again but two sizes up next time.
