First ever rental for RTR. Button up front with tie. Great pattern. Lots of fun for the talent show 

I’ve rented this dress in multiple sizes over the years and it is always seasonally appropriate for work, it is fairly straight through the hips so if you wear pear shaped size up

Loved the tie dyed fabric that made this basic shirt dress special. 

I felt like an eccentric art teacher in this, which was the vibe I was going for so I loved it. The colors are fun and vibrant. Not sexy or extra flattering, but a good work dress depending on your job

This runs large but is a great work dress.

I felt amazing in this dress and almost bought it. It’s just plain fun to wear and is so different. 

The waist was a little high on me, considering I am 5f8”

Cute and looked good with comfortable sneakers a Jean jacket. Got a few compliments! 




You can unbutton it and make it sexy. Or button all the buttons and make it cute & sporty. 

There’s no stretch. Because i’m large chested the fabric pulls up at the front so the belt falls below the waist seam making the color blocking misalign with the belt. Also the belt requires ironing. Didn’t love it on me. 

This dress is a great fit for curvy gals. Love the colors and the tie at the waist.

Photographed in this at my event several times, a standout, needs to be ironed, but a fantastic wear!

Fits true to size and very comfortable. Wore for my company's sales kickoff and got a lot of compliments!

Comfortable, colorful, compliments! It irons up well and the length was fine (down to my ankles. It opens a bit when you cross your legs but not too much. I wore it to work with a blazer, and then by itself on the weekend. Not too warm in it so it was ok for a 75 degree day. 

I received many compliments on this dress! I wore it to work and loved it. It was very comfortable and easy to wear. 

Love when I get to embrace my inner art girl in a corporate setting. Linen was nice and thick. I got tons of compliments!

I liked but didn’t love, was a little long for me as a petite and a hair too snug. But i got a lot of compliments 

I love how unique this dress is. The fabric is a little heavier than I would have hoped, but not bad. I feel great in it and will rent again. 

I loved this dress. The fabric is good quality and thick so it kind of gave my figure some structure which I liked. (But still didn’t feel hotter than usual in Texas heat which is a big plus) 
Im more of a 14 than a 12 but 12 is what was available. This size felt fitted without feeling too tight. The middle button on my chest was fighting for its life though. A size 14 would have been perfect and more comfortable.  

I *loved* this dress so much that I ended up buying it in another color. It’s cheerful, comfortable (breathable cotton), work appropriate, and FUN. It looks better if you iron the waist sash flat. LOVE LOVE LOVE

Great fit for a petite person. Sleeves are just the right size, length works with numerous types of shoes, and it has pockets. Lightweight yet feels substantial. Great for spring and summer.

I got a ton of compliments wearing this dress, which kind of surprised me because I wasn’t “wowed” by it. Had to iron before wearing, but it didn’t wrinkle much throughout the day. Normally a 4 but got a 6 because of other reviews. The 6 was slightly roomy but perfectly comfortable. Loved the pockets. 

Wore this on a vacay to NOLA. Lightweight and funky. It did not tie at my waist which meant it did not accentuate my hourglass figure. It tied at my ribcage.

Loved the color blocking. Fabric makes it a little more causal. Good for a spring or summer casual work look or just every day out and about .

I got so many compliment on this dress today. It’s a very high quality cotton, not see through at all. The gap in the bottom where the buttons end isn’t excessive. Busayo Collective wins again!

Wore it on vacation! Endless compliments! Loose and cool. Great for warm weather destinations if you want to be covered, the fabric is very light. 

Everyone had something nice to say about this fun dress! Strangers were even stopping me on the street to tell me they loved my dress! It does wrinkle pretty easy but otherwise it is perfect and even has pockets!

Definitely something different when it comes to pattern and color, which was a nice departure for me. Loved the pockets too. Tons of compliments.

The button holes were lose so the dress kept popping open but overall this was an incredible dress and sure to catch attention while wearing. 

God I loved this dress! I wore an 8 and it was a little snug but honestly, I just typically wear bigger to work events it fit well! but man the print is gorgeous - the waist tie is great to add some shape and it does wrinkle but not enough to be an issue

This dress fit pretty well except for two things. Neither was a deal breaker. I really enjoyed wearing it. The two fit issues were first, tiny bit of tugging at the bust, but not enough to create the dreaded full-bust peep-hole at the bust that you can get with button downs. Also, as I am tall, the waist on this dress was around my rib cage, and I wish it could have been two or three inches lower, it would have been more elongating over my full bust.

Got compliments as usual but I'm under 5'5" and the dress almost hit the floor, even with a couple of inches on my sandal. Very colorful and so comfy though, might have been able to go down a size?
