I adore this dress and wish I could buy it! I wore it to a Christmas party. I’m 5’5”, ~140 lbs and usually wear a size 8. The M/Size 6 fit perfectly (although it was a bit long). I received so many compliments and felt great in it. 

A showstopper.  The velvet catches light beautifully, and the pleated tiers move like liquid. The deep V neckline is elegant, not revealing, and the waistline creates a stunning hourglass shape. Perfect for winter galas, holiday parties, or any event where you want to look unforgettable. I felt like royalty wearing this.

I used pops of gold and every one was complimenting how gorgeous the dress was. 💚

Great comfortable dress for a winter gala event. Recommend size down. 

Each layer is made up of a see through mesh section and then a green velvet section.  If you are not careful when you are seated, the layers pull up and expose the see through part of the layer.  It was enough of an issue as to be fairly distracting whenever I was seated.

I wore these for fine art portraits and absolutely loved it! I got so many compliments and it was so comfortable! I’m 5’8” and I think the length was great with 2 inch heels! 

This dress is so comfy! Wore it to an Emerald City themed party and got so many compliments. It is low-cut in the front. I'm 5'8 and it was the perfect length with my heels so if you're shorter you may need higher heels so it doesn't drag!

This dress was perfect for a work awards gala! The xsR was just about a perfect fit - I wish it had been just a smidge tighter bc I went braless and so had to buy those tape things to help my boobs stay up a little, but really it would have been okay even without those, but I do wish it was a tad tighter. The length was fabulous, even for a tall person! The green velvet looks so fancy! The one thing the pictures don’t show is the the front part of the dress is almost a keyhole - it’s got a clasp and then an opening. Not a huge deal, but the other size that came with my order had that keyhole stitched closed so it was a little odd to be open on mine. But it ended up looking fabulous and not too revealing so it was fine. I got so so many compliments and felt amazing in this dress! 

This dress is tru to size. Very elegant.

I got so many compliments on this dress. It was absolutely stunning! I felt like a queen in this dress! I usually wear 8 but only size available was 6 and it fit like a glove. Loved it!

Amazing green color! I would say fit is about 1/2 big. Length was perfect for 4” platform heels. Comfortable, breathable material. You will need boob tape if you decide to keep snap open in front, especially if you have a smaller chest like I do. Would rent again.

Heads definitely turned with this gown! Compliments were giving out left and right. I wore 3in heels and I’m 5’5 and the dress was getting caught every time I took a step, so be prepared to hold the gown when you move. People also talked about how the skirt under the dress wasn’t long enough and I whole heartedly agree with that. Recommend wearing bike shorts or something under the gown so you don’t feel like you’re going to show things you don’t want to show when you stand up. 
I also planned on wearing a strapless bra with this, but it was showing in the front. Recommend cakes because the top is just one layer and pretty thin. 

Gorgeous dress, I received so many compliments. It was a little large in the top, but with some fashion tape we made it work. 
Would absolutely rent again

It was a little long on me, I should have worn a higher heel.  It fit perfectly and I received several compliments.

Wore this to a January wedding in toronto. The velvet makes the dress kind of big and heavy which is a bear to pack. But, it didn't need to be ironed and looked fine after being smooshed in a bag. The waist part was a little big on my and would have looked a bit better if it had been a bit more fitted. I was unprepared for the shoulder pads and how wide the straps looked on my shoulders. One added special touch is that between the tiers is mesh - so if you sit down and cross your legs, a little green mesh peaks through and its pretty. Its very christmas tree green so it would be a really killer holiday dress. It would have also benefitted from a great belt that I didn't have. I got a bunch of compliments and it photographed well. The last thing is that wide straps held me in up top ok but the clasp came undone like 10 times during the night. No big deal but something to keep in mind, especially when you are holding a squirmy little kid.  

I’m petite and struggle with floor length gowns for black tie affairs - this was perfect! I wore about 3 inch heels and didn’t have to worry about tripping over excess fabric all night. 

Loved this dress! So much elegant and pretty. It is pretty heavy and the shoulder pads can be weird for pictures. Im usually a true medium and was able to size down to a small, it’s roomy and has some stretch. The medium looked a little baggy on so I’m happy my backup size was a small. I’m 5’6 and wore a two inch heel and the small long was a bit too long for me, wish the regular was available but it wasn’t!

Runs big. Ordered an xs (normally S/4) since it was the only size available and I really wanted this dress and it ended up fitting perfectly! You’ll need heels because it’s pretty long. Great dress for a winter wedding. Highly recommend!

Wore this to a gala in December and it was perfect for the event. I wore 3+ inch heels so I thought the long would work but it was still a bit long so I had to picking up to walk and it was heavy. It was a great choice! 

This dress is everything! It was a great fit, I didn’t have to wear shapewear, (or a bra), it hung beautifully, the emerald color is incredible and the compliments kept coming. 

I received this dress first for a black tie wedding and was so thrilled with the fit and the vibe.  I felt beautiful and age appropriate and never dreamed I would love another dress on me more, until the other dress from RTR arrived.  If I had not ordered any other choices, I would have worn this one without a doubt and plan to reorder it in the future.  I never dreamed I would have two fab dress choices for a November wedding.  I hate that I didn't have another event to wear this one to.

Got a lot of compliments throughout the night. It was a little tricky to zip once it got to the bust area but it looked amazing! 

Wore this to a wedding and received so many compliments! Extremely comfortable, not too heavy, would rent again!

Positive: Thank God they send two sizes. Easy return. Put label in. Scheduled a pickup. Easy peasy.
Negative: The bag it can in was only sealed with a zipped. I am surprised it made it all intact. Size up for formal dresses. I normally wear a small and I barely fit the medium. 

I may never look as beautiful again as I did in this dress. Constant compliments. The color was incredible and sizing up ensured this fit perfectly. There is little to no support for your chest here and it is obviously low cut so just keep it in mind.

I’d say this dress runs a bit large (I am usually a small/medium, went with the small and it was still a big around the chest/shoulder/back area, however, it is a beautiful and fun dress and would highly recommend to anyone interested!!

The long is perfect for tall girlies. SL fit prefect for my 5’9 150lb body.  Endless compliments and so comfy 

Wore this for a black tie wedding in the mountains. Received so many compliments. The dress also was so comfortable. Heads up -- it is pretty heavy but not unmanageable or uncomfortable 

While this was a beautiful dress, it made me feel like I looked bulky looking back at photos. The fabric was very heavy which may add to that thought process. I’m just not sure it worked on my short stature. 

It does run tight above waist at rib cage. Hides all areas below and is very very comfortable. It does hit the ground and drags, so it might hide your shoes. 

I did go a size up so that is probably also why I said ran large. Beautiful material, really cool cut, just a fun unique dress. I received a bunch of compliments and I loved the bust 😋

Wore this for formal night on an Alaskan cruise. It’s a heavy dress, so it was perfect given the chilly weather. I can reiterate the caution regarding the liner and the transparent portions under the ruffles. You’ll want to adjust as you stand up/sit down to be careful
