This Boss two-piece set was so cute and so polished. The tweed texture made it feel elevated and professional. I wore it for a full conference day and got so many compliments. I could go down a size in the jacket to make it more form fitting. Otherwise no complaints. 

Got the set but ended up wearing the jacket with other things. It's a perfect neutral color.

I took my smaller size in the jacket. Sleeves were a bit long but not so much that I needed to roll them. 

Get the set! I'm typically a bright color girl...pinks, purples, and yellows...but this was FAB! 

This jacket with the shell dress was perfect for formal work wear and conferences! The jacket it’s slightly boxy which is only noticeable when wearing with something other than the matching dress. Sorry I didn’t take a better photo

Great quality jacket/dress combo, Boss is really nailing it again! This professional look was subtle in tones but sophisticated.  It was a bit short (I’m 5’6” and pretty modest with work attire) but paired with some nylons made me feel more comfortable and confident. Loved this

Perfect winter work blazer - I loved the neutral colors. Slightly boxy fit but not anything of concern especially when worn to work 

Wore it with the matching dress.   Wore it a second time with jeans and a white lace tee underneath.   Loved it both ways.  It’s a boxy fit but not oversized.  

this tweet jacket is perfect to wear during the day to give any pair of jeans an elevated classy look. It was perfect for a fall festival at the beach. It was warm enough that I didn’t need another jacket over it and the color combination gives it a lot of versatility to wear with the most the FAUX leather collar and detailing down the center give this jacket something extra. I also carried the boss tote with it, which matched perfectly.  One warning size down if you want more fitted look. I got a size 4 and had plenty of room. I am usually a size 6 in blazers and jackets.

The sleeves are a bit wide and very long, but the jacket worked for me.  I had loads of compliments.

I found this jacket quite boxy and on the larger side. I felt like it made the set a bit frumpy but was good for chilly areas at a conference with the matching dress

Great set to rent for work! Fits true to size 

I got the 8 in the dress and the 8 in the jacket. The dress fit great, if anything a little tight. But the jacket was giant and swallowed me up. Definitely size down in the jacket.

I sized down the jacket based on reviews but it just didn't fit quite right.

I so wanted to like this— the fabric was wonderful and it was so well made—  but it was not a great fit.  The sleeves were too long and wide and it was overall too wide.  Maybe I could size down but also the color was terrible on me. 

Pairs very well with a complimentary monochromatic shirt and jeans, and with It's dress. 

I sized down from the matching dress.  Sleeves were still a little long.  Great suit for a work event or conference.  I will rent again or buy when it goes on sale.

Wore for work and got lot of compliments. Hit right at my hips as a 5’10 woman so it wasn’t too cropped. Very classic and comfortable. Would have loved to buy it!
