As soon as I zipped this dress on I knew I loved it.  Perfect fit!  Love the thick yet stretchy material that sculpts and creates a flattering silhouette.  Great rich brown color too.

Wore this for a day at work and loved it. Has plenty of stretch to sit comfortably at a desk, but still enough compression to make it flattering and smooth out any lines without it being restrictive. The color is rich and professional. The length hit just above my knee, much shorter than shown on the model, but it was still plenty long enough to be work appropriate. The only downside was the inside lining at the neckline was creeping out at the top, probably from repeated wears and laundering. I used an iron to flatten it as much as I could and it looked fine. Easy to wear-would rent this again.

This dress is thick so probably not great for the summer but the tailored cut and long length are good for a work setting. 

I absolutely loved this brown color, and the fit was absolutely amazing. It fit and hugged all the right places and in all the right ways!. I would absolutely rent this dress again.  Solid fabric and very well designed!

I love the neutral color.  I wore a belt a it was too large but it worked out well.

The color is ok and I love Boss In general but this dress WAS SO HEAVY. It was like wearing a weighted blanket.

Fits beautifully! So flattering. I struggled with styling this for a date as it reads very corporate to me. Would be perfect for the office, conference, work event.

This was a little loose in the mid-section for me but it was just what I needed for a few on screen appearances for work! Professional and decently comfy, too. 

Unique color, perfect for a business formal event. I'm on the shorter side so I felt a bit frumpy in it based on the length at mid shin. It fit a bit loose but I may have been able to size down if I wanted it to be more form fitting 

Gorgeous dress, goes great with gold jewelry. Got a ton of compliments. Fabric is stretchy but high quality. Perfect!

Great dress, I could have sized down one I think, but the loose fit was nice too. 

The top was a little large, the material is stretchy and super compfy to wear for an 8 hour work day! 

Great fitted look and fabric thick - good for holding it all in:) lots of compliments and comfortable to wear all day into evening. 

I was disappointed that it wasn’t fully lined underneath. It was only lined in the bust area. And for a Boss dress you would expect the best quality. You could feel the pipping down the front and back rubbing up against your skin when in movement. Other than that it was a great dress. Got a lot of compliments on the fit and the color. True to size. A good amount of stretch. Would have given five stars if it was lined properly
