This outfit is stunning. Boss business babe meets feminine. Not stretch so if between sizes size up. Very comfortable all day wear and unique. One of my faves

It's super cute, well made, and just a bit too tight to be flattering. We shall see! Absolutely worth getting though.

This dress is cute, flattering, and totally fashionable for work. The fit is sleek but comfortable, and I love how confident it made me feel. Funny thing is, wearing this Boss dress actually made me feel like a boss. 

It was a bit short and tight for work. I actually thought it was fine when standing but when sitting I found myself adjusting it a tad. 

I’m more of a true pear shade. 2/4 on top and a 6 on bottom. It fit great but was definitely snug with not much give. 

Wore to a work event / social happy hour. Got lots of compliments. 

If you have a short torso, it may sure oddly on you, but with the right accessories, it's still cute.

Received compliments, it's nice quality but it didnt do anything for my figure and wasn't really my style. 

Wore for a conference and felt super cute in it. I’m normally a size 4, but sized up to a 6 and it fit perfectly (I have a broader back). It was a nice change from the typical suit look.

I ordered one size up based on prior experience with this brand and it was perfect 

I got so many compliments on this dress. 

But not a lot of give. Kind of short. So not terribly comfortable but liked the look. 

I’m usually a size four, but I have bigger hips and a lot of dresses I’ve been renting have been tight down there. So I moved up to a size 6 and this fit perfect! Flattering but still very appropriate for work! I’ll absolutely be renting again.

Really enjoyed wearing this. The zipper and waistline cut made it a bit flirty while still being office professional. Wore with boots, flats and heels. It is a bit short to sit in, so I wouldn’t recommend for anything professional where people may see you seated; like when speaking on a panel. 

I really liked this dress for work! It was a tad bit snug snd short but it looked really cute on.

Loved wearing for work, it was a bit big but good fit for work and it was breezy. right length to the knee. Comfortable in the ATL hear in summer plus Chicago. Staple piece 

Loved the fit of this dress! I initially thought it would be too short for work, but if you’re 5’5” or under, you should be fine! I’m 5,4” 128 lbs and wore a small ❤️

This dress is a fun and unique work dress! It’s well-made and a good transition piece for end of summer into fall. The tweed keeps it professional but the zipper adds some unique flair- it’s not a dress I’d keep but it was a fun rental! 

Not going to lie, I felt like it was a bit meh on but got SO MANY compliments. It fit like a glove!

This dress is odd to me- it looks like work attire, but it’s truly a mini dress. If the hemline was a bit longer, it would be perfect for work. You can also tell from the photo that it bunched up around the shoulders when sitting. I probably wouldn’t rent this again, but if I did, I would size up.

Wore this for a work event - it’s a great dress for a conservative but interesting look. It was a bit tight on the chest (felt very smooshed) and arms for me but I tend to have a wider back and athletic arms. Sizing down would’ve made the bottom half too big so this was the right size. 

This dress was the perfect blend of work/fun. The style was flattering for a thicker fabric, but if you’re on the tall side, you’re showing a lot of leg. Otherwise fit true to size. Loved the zipper too. 

Does not wrinkle, easy to wear, fits great, super comfy, warm enough for blasting AC and cool enough for Florida heat.  

Loved the quality of the dress. It was new with tags, so I got to see it without any flaws. A little large for me, as I am usually a size 0, but everyone said it runs small.

Unfortunately it was wayyy to tight on me but I wore it to an event anyway, mostly just tight in the chest and shoulder so I didn't wear a bra but super wonderful piece!!

Comfortable, has stretch, good for large chest. Got lots of compliments.

I felt so put together; wore this to a birthday dinner and work meetings. I thought I looked good. It would have been better if it was more fitted
