I ironed AND steamed this dress an hour before this photo was taken. 

Black Halo dresses are always difficult to size on me. The bust was too big in the size 4 -- but around the waist is fit perfect, if not a little tight. I've tried the size 2, and it also works but feels too small. 

This dress was just ok. It is more Kelly green than it looks in the photos, and felt St. Patty’s Day-ish. It was also an off fit in me. The lower half fit fine, the top felt slightly big, and the arms were tight and I had very limited range of motion. I wore once to work but didn’t really like it that much. 

Very cute, wore for corporate event but if you’re taller size up for length.

I received many compliments on this dress. It did show all of my curves which I didn’t love. I drove to the event and as you can see this dress did wrinkle a bit but overall a success

Got SO many compliments on professional yet stylish look and gorgeous green color. 

I always size up to 6 in this brand. This particular price has some flare, felt like I was wearing a cape all day. Was a bit short, but otherwise just fine for work. 

This dress is an odd fit. It’s tight on my waist but big on my hips and arms but tight on my armpits. Can’t lift my arms up in it but looks baggy in the top. Hard to explain. 

Got this in a 10 due to all the reviews that stated that it ran small. So glad I did. It’s a great structured work dress and the green is stunning. I totally would have worn this in studio during my anchoring days. I even spotted the dress on Good Morning America on Ginger Zee the other day.

Amazing chic work dress, loved it, many compliments

I wore this to give a presentation at a regional conference. I got so many compliments on how great the color looked. 

This was really cute and professional but maybe my hips are too big for it. It rode up a lot during the day to unprofessional lengths 

Which makes it bunch up and look unflattering from the side and rear. The front is lovely but not great if you’re tall and/or have a booty.

Great quality, very pretty and very fitted to the body.

Wore this to a work lunch I was hosting with 50+ people. Loved it! Fit is true to size and great when you want to make an impression. 

This has potential but was so underwhelming. I’ll fitting and definitely not for anyone petite.

Omg I absolutely LOVE this dress. It is the absolute perfect fit and I love how it has a “built in” blazer/cardigan. Wore this for work and it was perfect!

I was able to wear this 5.5 month pregnant and it was so flattering. I’m 4’9 and length just fit with the bump. They color and quality is great. 

Beautiful, different, comfortable and luxe material, gorgeous color. Love how the dress emulates a blazer so you don’t need one on top. I got lots of compliments on this dress and will rent again for work. I think if you are tall this might get short for work, but for me it was perfect. 

Absolutely loved the stress for a conference. If your large busted, I would suggest going up one size. It has an amazing fit, but when I tried it in a 2 it was a little snug so I re-ordered this one in a 4. It was perfect

Fun and sophisticated. I am normally a size 2 but glad I ordered size 0 for my backup as bust was a little baggy with size 2. If smaller chest like me I would suggest sizing down. Fit was amazing and got a ton of compliments. 

I wish I would've sized up because it is so beautiful. I thought I'd like it more on myself, but I think it was that it was too tight on my arms and hips. I think this dress would look great and anyone!

Dress is perfect for work. Structure is great and the detail on the front is beautiful

I'm usually a 6 or 8, and I definitely couldn't go smaller than a 10 in this dress. The shoulders fit fine, but if you have curves, it will seem a little short in the midsection. Also, my bra kept trying to peak through because of the square neckline-- so I had to pin it down. It's a cool dress but I probably wouldn't rent it again for work. 

Large arm holes; dress was too awkward to wear because of it. 

Didn't wear this one. If I didn't have belly fat it would be so cute but wasn't flattering on my body. Overall pretty tight in shoulders as well. 

Like all Black Halo designs this is a classic power dress that accentuates all the right places in the right way. Quality construction and fully lined, this dress will get you through a day at the office and drinks after work. The color is brilliant and will get you showered with compliments. The extended peplum design is very flattering especially from the side. I will definitely rent again.

Always love a good Black Halo piece. The dress fit well, but because of the cut, it did feel a little short on me in the front. Otherwise - great!

I was very excited to rent this dress It had an interesting cut and a color that I don't usually wear. I thought I was going for a "Claire Underwood" dress, but when my boyfriend said it was "matronly", back in the bag it went! (I did like it, though.....) It's a good quality fabric and fit really well, which is sometimes hard for me because I'm curvy but also like to stay conservative. 

Out of all my unlimited rentals, got the most compliments in this one. Unique cape like styling, great coloring and flattering fit. I did have to layer in the top to make it work appropriate.
