The fit was magnificent! I can't express my love for this dress enough! It fit perfectly everywhere. I did not need to wear a bra because it has a bustier built-in. I wore a little bit of fashion tape in the front just to make sure I didn't worry about it while I danced. It STAYED ON WITHOUT A WORRY. I wore 3" heels and the toes showed just barely when I walked. It DID NOT CATCH UNDER MY FEET at all when I walked which was wonderful! I had to iron it a little and there were minor tears, none of which hindered the beauty of the dress. RTR rented this one out for me since the other dress was unavailable and I am SO HAPPY I ended up with this dress! Pick it, you won't regret it!

I rented this dress for my senior prom, and it fit beautifully. I have small boobs, so the bust had a little room to spare, but it wasn't anything a good bra couldn't fix! I absolutely loved the fabric, the length, and the color. It's everything I wanted it to be, and very true to the description!

I fell in love with this dress the minute I put it on. The material is soft and light so it is perfect for late spring/ summer events where it it hot or humid. The dress fit very nicely and was very flattering. Everyone complimented me all night about how beautiful the dress was! Even days after people were still coming up to me telling me how stunning the dress was! My only complaint is that the top of the bodice does not stand properly so I had to use dress tap to hold it up, but it certainly was not a big deal! Thank you RTR! :)

I could not have been happier with this dress!  Definitely listen to the description that says it runs small.  I typically wear a 0, and the 2 fit perfectly.  The length was also great.  I wore 2.5'' heels and could walk comfortably in the dress.  The interior bustier gives great support, so you don't need to wear a bra.  The material wrinkles easily, I steamed my dress before wearing it.  The ruffle accent around the sweetheart neckline was a little floppy when it arrived.  I ironed it over the inside of the dress, that way when I put it on it would rest against my chest to hold it upright.  My dress was in great condition, but the 4R I had rented as backup incase the 2 didn't fit had some flaws on it. Overall, I would absolutely rent this dress again and I wish I could keep it forever!! (My friend in the picture rented the Badgley Mischka Gold Glitterati Gown and loved hers too!)

Got so many compliments on this dress! Only problem was, the original dress I had ordered didn't find, so RTR had to overnight me this one and the only size they had was a 4L. I'm only 5'2 so I had to wear really tall heels so they hem didn't drag, but all other parts of the dress fit perfectly! 

I rented this dress when the one I wanted was not available.  It was gorgeous and a big hit at the party I went to.  As the review suggested, it does run small, and although I could have worn the 4L, the 6L lay smoother and I was glad to have the larger size.  FYI, I usually rent a 2 and a 4.  The dress is really easy to wear because the corset underneath keeps everything in place and the skirt is very flattering and hides any flaws on the lower half.  The unfortunate thing about the size 6 is that there were a lot of pulls in the skirt and places where it had clearly been mended if you look closely,  The 4 did not have this issue.  It still photographed beautifully  (picture to come) and I was glad I wore it  I am 5'5" and wore the dress with 4.5 inch heals and it still dragged on the ground--so the long is quite long.

I really did like this dress! It wasn't my initial order because that dress was damaged so I chose this one instead! Didn't fit me quite like the model but it still looked lovely I think! Im really short, only 5'2, and the length was perfect with about a 3 in heel. the only issue was the ruffles at the top on the bust, they sorta fell over and looked limp. Overall great dress! I got tons a compliments!

If you want to absolutely fall in love with a dress, this is the one. I wore it to a wedding and can honestly say it upstaged the bride (beware!) or @ least I think so:) I am short and was planning to wear heels but I had to settle for flats(sparkle sandals); so get a tall if that is important to you. Also, ironing is a must! It would not have looked okay not to. The ruffles on top need major attention but after I ironed it, it was soo flow-ey and yummy. Thanks RTR! I loved this dress.

I rent A LOT from Rent the Runway and I have to say this was probably one of the most favorite dresses I have ever rented.  I wore it on New Years Eve to a cocktail attire event and felt it was very appropriate even though it would have also worked for black tie.  The boning makes it very flattering and I like the subtle edging along the top of the bust.  The color was a perfect holiday red!

I am 5'7" and usually wear a 4/6. I took people's suggestions and ordered up two sizes. The 8R was loose up top and too short to be worn with heels. If you're a B Cup or under, I think one size up would suffice. Wish I'd had a 6L. 

I chose this dress as my back-up, after my first back-up became unavailable.  The dress is really beautiful and flowy, but definitely runs small.  Definitely size up one size.  Unfortuantely the 4 wasn't available when I rented otherwise it would have been perfect!  It's very slimming, and I would argue the skirt is even prettier than in the picture.  

It was a snug fit, I was suppose to get a size 2 and 4, but only got the 2 and I wonder if the 4 would have been better? One thing to note is that the top portion of the dress is fitted with a corset, which I liked because I didn't need to wear a bra and it still provided good support. The only negative thing I coulees say about the dress is the zipper. I've struggled with the hidden zipper before and it was a challenge with this dress. Beside having a sore thumb I had a great time with this rental!


This dress is absolutely gorgeous. The color, the style, everything about it makes you feel like you're the star of the show. It was my dream prom dress. 
Unfortunately I am 5'10 and this dress was about 3 inches too short, even without heels. Sadly,  if you're over 5'8 i wouldn't recommend it. 

I rented this as a backup for a wedding at the plaza. It definitely runs small. I'm usually a size 6 (sometimes 4, sometimes even 2, though sometimes, with certain designers an 8). The 6 gave me a small amount of back cleavage (wouldn't have known if my friend hadn't been over and zipped me into it). Also, the ruffles on the right side were completely flattened down instead of standing up like the left side, like they should be according to the picture, and the bottom was wrinkled so I would've had to steam it to make it look presentable. The color is true to the photo though. Overall pretty but would never think it was that expensive if I saw someone else wearing it.

I really loved this dress and wish I could have worn it. The long wasn't available and this dress was way too short. It stopped at my ankles and showed my entire shoe. I ended up letting a friend wear it who is my size, but shorter (5'1) and it looked perfect on her.

This dress as sent by a stylist when the red Halsted Heritage dress I ordered went missing on the day it was supposed to ship. Really liked the dress, loved the color, but it was a little skimpy on top for my taste (I like to be a little more covered up/have a some support on top). TTS, runs a little short.

I wore this dress last weekend to my senior prom.  I absolutely loved this dress; it made me look really skinny and curvy.  It's probably not good for busty girls because I couldn't wear a bra with it and it was extremely tight.  It ran a little small so you should probably order a size up.  It also wasn't in the best condition; it had a hole and some frayed edges but they weren't very noticeable.  I kept getting complements all night long about how pretty the dress was and how good it made me look.  It's a good dress for petite girls because I'm really short and it only dragged the ground a little when I wasn't wearing shoes.  I loved this and would definitely recommend it.
