This was my first RTR rental and i wore it for homecoming last year and loved it! After this experience I've decided to get all of my homecoming and prom dresses from RTR! I choose to tuck the straps in because they were a little too long and bunched up but i think that's mainly because I have a smaller chest. i'm 5'6 and weigh 120 lbs and i thought that the dress fit great. I danced all night and it hardly fell down at all! I used a little bit of fashion tape on the sides of the bust just to be extra safe. Overall 10/10 felt so beautiful all night! 

rented for my college graduation pictures. one of the most beautiful dresses i've ever worn and my favorite rental ever. fit perfectly, photographed perfectly, made me feel PERFECT. (also 5 stars for RTR customer service they are so helpful & amazing!!)

I ordered this for my bridal shower, but it was too short for comfort so ended up not wearing it. I would size up for length! 

I loved this dress! Very comfortable. May have been a tad short, but it was middle of Summer and appropriate.  

I received SO many compliments on this dress! I have recently lost weight and originally ordered a size 12, and unfortunately RtR told me the 12 became unavailable right before my event. I ordered the 10 as an alternative, not expecting it to fit, but it did! It was snug but very comfortable, and I appreciated the built-in support it had that meant I didn't have to wear a bra. I used some fashion tape to make sure the top stayed in place, and the straps gapped at some points depending on how I was standing, but overall it was a great dress! 

This was my first RTR experience, and it couldn't have been easier! I rented this dress for homecoming. It came in right on time, and it looked beautiful! The fabric is heavy, so it hides anything you want it to:). In this picture, I was in the 8. The only con would be that the top is a little bit loose on a smaller bust. I wish I had a better picture. This one doesn't do this dress justice!

This dress was beautiful and so unique. It was flattering and comfortable. I could see his fitting a range of body types. I would definitely rent again! 

I wore the out for my bachelorette party. It was super comfortable and easy to wear. It also wasn't heavy and hot despite all the layers. Very light. I loved it! 

Loved this dress!! Super classy and pretty for my bridal shower. Had so many compliments on it. I normally would wear a 4 however this dress was kind of short so I wore the 6, which still fit perfect. 

Sorry the photo doesn't show much more than length, but I loved this dress!  It fit like a glove and hugged the curves - but not too much.  I received plenty of complements at dinner and after grad party.  The chest area was a little snug for a fuller girl.  

This dress was so fun to wear and I received so many compliments. I wore it to a beer festival we decided to dress up for and it was the perfect dress for the occasion. It definitely doesn't have any give in the rib section but it's true to fit. Would definitely rent again!

I'm 5'9 and it will be short if you're tall. The fit was true to size but I would size up. I'm usually a 0/2 but wore the 2 and wish I would have got a 4 for my second size. The bust was very tight I couldn't even wear a bra. Overall though it's beautiful, and the lace detail is so elegant. Perfect for a formal occasion !

Really liked this dress! I wore it for a wedding where the bride requested the girls to wear this shade of dress. It was just the right shade of off white/beige to not upstage the bride, however,I would not wear to a wedding if the bride did not request this color. It was comfortable and pretty and I just wish it had pockets. I wore the 6, coukd not zip the 4. Im 5'1, 130 with size A cup. 

No need for a bra with this dress!!! Whoo hoo!!

Heading to Barbados for a work conference for my Executive Level hubby...needed a few dresses for the cocktail/dinner parties, and this one fit the bill!!  I don't usually wear white/cream dresses and never wear ruffles/poofy skirts, but this one looks SO cute I couldn't resist.  The fit is a bit snug and a little short for a long torso tall gal, but the material is very high end and thick enough to hold you in and not require a bra (always a plus for me)!  Definitely recommend.

Fit waa tight, hard to zip. Once on it looked beatiful. Puckered a little  in the back since it was tight. Lots of complements. Didnt need to wear a bra. Flattering around my tummy since i just had a baby. 

I really liked this unique dress that I wore for my rehearsal dinner. It is well made, nice and thick material and not too heavy. It is on the shorter side, so you have to be ready to show some leg 

The top of this dress was so tight (as you can probably tell in the photo). I wore this for an afternoon bridal tea thrown by my friends and family. The lace detailing on the dress was very pretty, just wish I had more room to breathe!

Beautiful lace made into a modern dress! Runs small as the material doesnt have stretch, so go up a size!

Wore for engagament photos to look the casual, bridal part. 

This dress was SO precious. I love how short it was, made it seem flirty for a fun party, not too stuffy. It fit so nicely, and i love the way it showed off my legs. The boning and fabric was really nice, I didn't have to wear a bra (24C) which was awesome!! So so cute, got tons of compliments. Would definitely wear again! I could have worn the 4, but didn't want to push it with the length. Loved it!! 

I rented this dress for my bridal shower. It has a very structured bodess and it's quite short. However I just wore a little slip with the dress and felt fine. The pattern of the lace and the fit is truly unique and I would highly reccomend this dress to anyone. It does run a bit small so I would size up. 

I originally rented this dress as a rehearsal dinner dress, but since I ended up purchasing a different one I didn't think I would even wear it. However, on my wedding day, my gown ended up getting stepped on at the end of the night, ripping the skirt in the front. I was so happy I had this one on hand, and it ended up being so fun for the last few dance numbers + sparkler exit from our reception. Very comfortable and cute!

I recommend sizing up for the back up size. The 6 and 8 were both wearable, but went with the 8 as it was more comfortable.  I was worried that it would be too short based on other reviews but it was fine.

This dress is super cute, but gosh it was tight on me. I should have ordered up another size. Got tons of compliments. Easy to dress up or down. We were at a cattle barons ball fundraiser for cancer. I wore cowboy boots with it. It worked out.

The photo quality much better and clearer on a computer instead of phone! But anyhow loved this dress! This was my first choice but Originally rented another ivory one that was a little cheaper for second outfit of engagement photos. I should have just rented this one first. It runs slightly small I think that's normal with this designer. The 6 was snug but not uncomfortably so and ended up being perfect fit in the waist but very tight in the chest area I couldn't wear a bra ( some people think that's a good thing) The fabric has some thickness to it and I love the little layer of tulle or whatever it is that sticks out the bottom. Very feminine. I wore nude hills and no jewelry as I thought the pattern was enough of an interest to look at. Fiancé gives five stars thought there was a lot of detail and fit great. Versatile style and flattering color. I love my photos! 

I wore this dress for my engagement party which was outside on a hot summer day in Texas. The fabric was thin and comfortable. The size 8 fit better but was too tight in the chest area. I wear a 36C so definitely keep that in mind. The 10 was a little snug too but not as much. Also, make sure to size up if you want more length as this dress can be a little on the short side. Over all it was a big hit, I loved it! 

I ordered both 8 & 10, both fit but I went with the larger size because of the corset top, it was more comfortable.  If you are looking for a tighter fit you could go with the smaller but I was at a sit down dinner party so comfort was more important to me at this event.   Beautiful fabric, luxurious and heavy.

Pretty short (and i'm only about 5'3) and it was slightly tight in the ribcage area for me and I don't really have a big ribcage. But overall it was pretty true to a size 2 and I was comfortable in it all day.

I wore this to a white party at our local zoo- paired it with gold accessories- compliments all night. The details are amazing. It runs very small in the rib cage area. I usually wear a 6/8 in regular dresses, sometimes a 10 in formal- I couldn't get the 8 zipped past my ribs and the 12 zipped snugly. I'm glad they didn't have the 10 bc I'm sure it wouldn't have fit and I would have been dressless. 

Only cons were the 12 size made the straps a little too big and there are tiny buttons to hold the ruffles closed in the back around the zipper that kept coming unsnapped. 

But a gorgeous dress. 

This may be my favorite dress I've ever rented from RTR. The details are incredible and no pictures do it justice. It is very fitted at the top with almost no give. Would definitely recommending sizing up for your back up and, if you're busty, possibly going two sizes up. You will not be disappointed. 

Goodness gracious this dress is stunning, but if you have a broad torso/larger chest (or both!) you may have some trouble. I'm a 36C and usually range in a M-L in shirt size and the 8 was a little constricting in the bust/ribs area. I quite literally picked up my boobs to more effectively sit them in the cups of the built-in-bra. The straps definitely also dug into the soft skin by the underarm as well, but that was pretty bearable and could also be solved with a piece or two of fashion tape. It was definitely a relief to get it off at the end of the day. 

That said: this dress is seriously, seriously beautiful. Got tons of compliments at my graduation ceremony, plenty of questions about where I got it, etc. etc. Definitely a huge step up from the dime-a-dozen white/cream lace/lace-ish dresses you'd find at TJ Maxx or what-have-you, so if you want that classic look without blending in this is a good route to go.

Dress has beige lining and the lace itself is probably more like a cream or ivory, so definitely don't expect a pure white! I wore with nude stilettos and they were a match made in heaven. 

Definitely no regrets, I'm just very glad that I ordered an 8 as my backup size! If you're larger in the shoulder/bust/torso, definitely size up. If you're slighter in those areas, you may be just fine in your usual size.

This dress ran a size smaller for me. The length was great for short/petite women.  I did not have to wear a bra, as there was built in molds/cups. The fabric was nice and thick/heavy so there was no flowy-ness or movement to it. I have a shorter midsection than most, so I felt the first lace layer was not flattering to my figure. I was glad this was my backup. 

I loved this dress so much! The detail in it is even more amazing in person. However, I did find wearing it was a little uncomfortable as it ran very tight in the waist but other than that it was a dream! Perfect for my brother's rehearsal dinner.

Love this dress. The zipper was hard to zip even with my boyfriend's help . Wore for Easter but I think this dress will be perfect for a bridal shower or engagement party.

The fit was true to size. I am almost always a 2 or 4- just depends on the brand. I could've gone with the 4 but it was slightly look and I'm not busty so the 2 was a better fit for me. I read some reviews that commented on the dress being too short in the the size 2... I didn't feel like it was too short on me and my butt isn't small. I didn't feel uncomfortable whatsoever in the size 2. I am ~5'6" for reference. The ivory of the dress is very complementary on lots of skin tones and looks great in photos! Definitely recommend this dress! Would totally buy it if I could!

This was a wonderful choice for my engagement party. Loved the detail on the top, and the odd white color of the lace. Such a pretty dress. Also. a great fit for flat chested ladies like myself :). The bottom half is really forgiving, which is perfect for pear shapes. 

The fit was perfect! I'm very small and this fit like a glove! The lace is so fun and different! I got lots of compliments and felt gorgeous! One of the most comfortable dresses I've worn!

Rented this one for my daughter's college graduation.  She is normally a 2 - 4.  She wore the 4 and it was perfect -- 5'5" tall, 34 B, 118 pounds.  The lace was soft and comfortable.  Could easily be dressed up or down.  It is short -- several inches above the knee.   Sheer at shoulders so either a strapless or no bra if you can.   Would definitely rent again and recommend this one.
