This dress is fully lined, and the outer fabric is nice and substantial. I paired it with a blazer I own. Fabric has good stretch.

I love the simple and classic cut of this dress! Perfect for a work event, this dress is conservative, but fun. I love the colors and the vertical lines definitely help to elongate the body! This runs true to size and is great for any cup size. The fabric is stretchy, so there is comfortable room for hips. This may be worn with a bra! I rented this for work - I wear a size 6 and got a medium. It was comfortable to wear - not too tight and an appropriate length. 

This evoked the feeling of an Olympic pool for me, because of the colors/pattern and slick, stretchy, supportive fabric. Great for work and beyond. It's a bit heavier than I thought though, so it wouldn't be good for temperatures above 85 degrees. 

This was a bit large in the shoulders and not particularly special. I would order down a size. Or honestly, just skip it. 

Good material, true to size and very flattering. It hugs you at the waist and flows nicely over my athletic like legs

Loved this dress for work. Wore it with black tights and black booties. Loved it for work and looked super slimming on.

Fits well (I'm a 32D), comfortable and perfect length for work (I'm in pharmaceutical sales).  

Cute dress, I ended up using it to go to work, although it would work perfectly for a dinner or party as well.

Fun, great cut and style. Wore it with black heels. Worked great for a day of meetings. Will rent again.

I love this dress - beautiful fabric, comfortable, color is amazing and I felt like a million bucks when I spoke in front of a group this morning. The picture does not do this dress justice. It is fully lined with high quality fabric and hangs so well when you are getting sitting, standing and getting up and down.  You have to see it in person and feel it once you get it on. I highly recommend this dress for work.  Dress for success does matter and this dress can help you get you there.

This was a great dress for work. Flattery, stretchy and comfortable and flattering. Fit was great and full coverage was perfect for work environment at a bank. 

The fabric was thicker, stretchier, and comfier than I expected. Usually, as a size 6 I go with a Medium but this dress did seem kind of big on me. Pattern was really pretty and I enjoyed wearing it.

The material was very comfortable and the fit is true to size. Great at hiding the mid section with the thick material. The pattern was okay, not many compliments but great for an average work day.

Great quality! However, I always wear a 2 or small in RTR dresses and very rarely an XS. 
The small is very large and had plenty room especially in the chest.  Absolutely down size!
As far as the occasion to wear this dress to... I feel like it's better for work than date night. 

runs a little large in the waist. Fortunately, the design masks that.

I could have used a M but wore the large with a collarless black jacket.  I have to say it was a comfortable dress but basically shapeless.
