When I saw this shirt (and matching pants) on RTR I was intrigued.  I finally rented it for no special occasion, and ended up wearing it several time in different ways.  It is very warm and heavy.  Excellent quality but not delicate or fussy.  I will definitely look for this again next fall.

The fabric feels like a comfy flannel but the print and fit make it great for work. I got a ton of compliments! The slightly thicker fabric helps the shirt hang beautifully and there was no gapping at the bust. Would definitely rent again.

I loved this top. I often have trouble with button down shirts and that pesky little gap that gets created in that area right over the chest. I did not have that issue with this shirt. The material was somewhat heavier than your normal fabric, but not stiff. I also have broad shoulders and button downs canbe an issue there as well, but the shirt was a home run. It was so comfortable and easy to wear. 

Excellent quality, very warm. Ran a little on the small side.

Loved how tailored this was and how great the quality was! I wished it was a bit longer for what I was looking to wear it for - but it was great for a trip to New Mexico in the winter

Oh how I wish I could buy this one! Beautiful structure, feel, fit, and quality. Keeps you warm, but not too warm. I would say it just feels like a thick and stiffer flannel, but in a good way. Don't miss out! 

I wore this shirt with the matching pants and got so many compliments.  The shirt is so soft and warm and comfortable and incredibly well made.  And the colors give a cool 70s vibe!

I fell in love with this set. The material is so soft and I didn't want to take it off. 

This shirt fit great but it was not really a flattering piece on me for the workplace. Lots of fabric and I felt like it would have been better with jeans. I did wear it on a very cold day and it kept me super warm. I also don't like the way the plaid doesn't match up in the front. 

This flannel fit perfectly in my shoulders but wasn’t too big in the torso, which is very difficult to find. Love the 70’s style wide pointed collar. Very much debated keeping but will just have to rent it again!

Many compliments. Sturdy and flattering shirt. Loved it. Wore it many times on dates, Zoom, and to go out with friends.

This blouse is soft and warm with an excellent cut and good length. Rugged with style.

I absolutely LOVE this shirt and I will 100% be renting again. It's so so soft, almost like a micro-flannel. High quality material - no pulls or pilling. The sleeves are long, which I appreciate. Shirt will keep you *warm* so I suggest wearing a (tank top?) layer under so you can take it off if you get hot - helped me a lot. The colors are great and work with casual looks or dressed up. Only one thing - the button holes are a little tight.

Because of the heavy weight fabric, other renters had clearly sweated in this before and there was some residual body odor when the shirt warmed up. Wearing a tee shirt underneath seemed to help a bit.

This was warmer than it looks. I got it separate from the pants and wore it unbuttoned over a tank or tee and it was a cute look. 

I loved the look, and colors are easy to pair with gray or khaki/camel slacks. Slightly itchy but also keeps you warm.

Definitely not as exciting looking with plain black jeans as the outfit pictured. But sturdy, warm top with true to size fit. 

Others suggested, but I missed until after the fact. This really is winter heavy. Beautiful structure, but i returned on account I don't have any place to wear it. 

Oversized plaid flannel shirt... kind of like a boyfriend shirt.  Not quite what I was expecting.  Wore it once.

Length was perfect, but sleeves were tight; shoulders fit well but oddly really small in the bust - and I have a small chest. Size up!
