Stiff material and large shoulder pads. Classy look though. Really liked it. 

I was worried about the fit, but it worked out well.  If you are in doubt maybe size up?  I think I rented regular length and it was the right decision.  A little steam in the morning and they were great all day.

Rented for a company offsite and was comfortable all day. It was super cute, and warm enough for overly-air-conditioned conference rooms.

This fit as expected. It does have shoulder pads which took a little configuring, but once I got them to lay right, they gave a nice structure to the cardigan. 

Love everything about this cardigan, have bought it in another color from here and now debating buying this one too. Slightly cropped fit but perfect for petites  

Even after reading reviews, it was too small (sleeve length). Very cute otherwise!

This is really cute! I love the color! It fit a little too tight around the chest, but was loose around the arms. I think if I went up a size, it would look like an even more awkward fit. 

I loved this structured sweater. Very classy and a lovely shade of green. The sleeves were just a little too short.

Loved this sweater. It's short so you need to wear with high waisted pants/skirt. Great quality.

Nice top for work - didn't realize it has shoulder pads but it wasn't overly padded. Looked nice and professional

Beautiful sage color, fun buttons & thick weave. Perfect for summer in Banff; lots of complements. Shoulder pads really give it an extra edge

Not as cute in person. Very thick in an almost uncomfortable bulky way (not necessarily warmth wise) 

Only complaint I have is that the shoulder pads are bunched up. Thus, making the shoulder pads bulkier than it should. 

She’s cute, perfect buttoned up as a sweater or as a cardigan over a shirt/dress but she’s a tight one!!! My arms were stiff and it was short until it seemingly stretched out. I would rent again but 2 sizes up. 

It was a little too small and short for a tall gal but made it work.  Runs small

It’s got a shrunken look to it. Not sure if it was washed by someone but that’s the fit it gives. Wanted to love it so badly but it just looked too tiny

Color, amazing. Knit, amazing. Buttons, amazing. Shoulder pads, not so amazing. It’s just not quite my style, but hey, that’s why we rent!

Not what I was expecting. Very stiff and very uncomfortable. 

The length is too short, it hits right around the naval area on me. It also has shoulder pads, which maybe I missed in the description but, they were super thick shoulder pads. It was not subtle and did not look like the photographs. The knit was tight leaving little room for stretch or comfort. Did not even attempt to wear it.

Super bulky AND has shoulder pads.  Runs short in the sleeves, too.  Didn't wear.

The shoulder pads were a lot more prominent than expected. 

Very cute, cropped fit, I have a short torso, so it worked, but everything felt a little too short, the sleeves hit at almost a 3/4 length on me.
