This dress was so beautiful and fitted just right for my tall frame . Would have worn the size 6 to be more snug. Overall this was a hit . 

Navy, velvet/velour is perfect for the winter/holiday season!!  The slit is HIGH, and I have fairly long legs/short body, so it was fine for me but I could see it potentionally being an issue for women with shorter legs.  It felt secure on me...I didn't feel like I had to pull up the top, as I sometimes experience with strapless dresses.  It was perfect and I got lots of compliments!!

The dress fit great and was perfect for my cousin’s winter wedding. I would definitely recommend getting your usual size as the fit was perfect in the size 4. 

I’m 4 foot 11 so finding a black tie appropriate dress off the rack seemed daunting. This guy did the trick. Also big boob friendly. I am a 34 FF. I did wear BOOMBA sticky bra just to help everything stay in the place I wanted it too but I don’t think it was entirely necessary. 

Roomy in the corset area but the boning keeps it from falling down at all. Loved it! The slit is high making it a bit younger for such a classic looking dress

Comfortable and perfect for the fall wedding I went to. The slit can ride up if you're not careful. The size 4 fit perfectly. Size 6 was too large in the bust. 

Wore this to a wedding and got many compliments, loved that it fit my curves do wish it didn’t ride up so much but overall was happy with it

This dress was really great for my body type! Didn’t need a bra. The only downside is the slit comes up REAL high. 

felt like a million bucks in this! wore to a winter black tie wedding. sleek and flattering. the bodice has some structure to it so wasn’t the most flexible, but it wasn’t uncomfortable. 

I felt incredible in this dress! I got so many compliments! Loved the color, shape, the velvet, the slit -- SO GOOD. I wore this to a premiere of short films which is basically the Met Gala for film students, and I felt sexy and stood out. The wiring of the top part started to poke me underneath the armpit which is not ideal but didn't ruin my opinion of the dress. The top had like a grippy lining which helped it stay up. I didn't have a problem with it riding down throughout the night. Huge fan. Highly recommend.

Perfect for a shoulder season wedding in New England! 

So comfortable and flattering. I wore for a formal wedding and got so many compliments all night! 

The dress had a good bit of give so even with my 32G bra size I still could have gone down in my size. I got the 8 as a spare size but the 6 was loose enough I didn’t even try it on. The ; would have likely had more of a corseted it too. BUT I felt pretty and it didn’t fall down during the ball so it was a win! 

It fit great & was super comfortable.  I would definitely recommend it.  

I’m almost 5’5 about 135lbs with 34DD and the size 4 fit well. I was worried about it being strapless and having large breasts but the corset built in the top made it fit well. I cannot imagine this would fit small busts well though. Very flattering overall! Wrinkles not an issue with it being velvet so that was nice not to worry about.

I wore this dress to a fundraiser/Gala where it was all about sparkle, but I didn't need a single sequin to feel stunning. The size 4 with boning was a little snug in the waist/ribs and a little gappy up top, but that's what I'm used to with my build, it's not a dress issue. The slit up the leg made dancing super accessible and the length was fantastic for the heeled sandals I wore (but something shorter would have worked too). Someone told me I looked "elegant" and I think that was the perfect word to describe how I felt too. I'm including a color and B&W photo since the vintage vibes were SO good! 

I am 143 pounds and at 5’6, I felt like a this dress was perfect length for me. I wore 3 inch heals with the dress but even without them, the dress never hit the ground. I LOVED how SNACHED I felt with the corset boning top and the draped fabric over my tummy area was absolutely perfect (let me eat dessert!). 🤪

The fabric was soft, stretchy and it fit great!  

Wore this dress to a NYE party and it was so comfortable! For a strapless dress, I was surprised that I didn’t have to adjust once all night. Perfect fit, beautiful color - would rent again.

Slit was high enough my fake thigh holster and water gun was seen by all. 

I rented this dress for a NYE party, and it was stunning! The material was soft and stretchy, and very forgiving. I would agree with other reviews that the slit was pretty high, but I have shorter legs so it wasn't an issue. The dress runs ever so slightly large. It was a HIT! 

This dress is stunning but I found myself wearing the smaller size, which was a touch tight on the bottom because the top is SO roomy. I’m not small chested by any means but the corset doesn’t provide any support or stay up on its own. I ended up having to use fashion tape to keep it up and it was still roomy. 

Always nervous a dress will be too long as I'm 5'2 and this dress was perfect. I did have to wear my tallest heels (4 inches) but the dress fell in the perfect spot for a formal wedding. No bra needed either. The velvet was perfect for a winter wedding vibe

This dress was amazing! I was nervous about the top fitting my chest, but it was incredibly supportive and I never worried about pulling it up all night. The corset was flattering on my stomach and I liked the length. I normally wear a size 10-8, but I did end up wearing the size 6. 

I wore this for a black tie optional wedding in NYC and got so many compliments! Really gorgeous silhouette - I am very broad shouldered so this fit perfect. Dress fit as expected 

I was going to a more formal event and did not wear this dress. However, the color was gorgeous and the dress fit well. The bodice was a nice detail. The slit is really high. Suggest a more laid-back affair to wear this.

This was so flattering and very comfortable 

It was 80 degrees and this velvet was still comfortable and not too warm. I am 5’3 and around 130 lbs with a 34B bust and this dress was a little short on me with 2 inch heels. The top was a tiny bit loose so I think I could have sized down. Leg room was perfect for girlies with more muscular thighs! Super comfortable sitting down even with the high slit!

I just wore this dress to a wedding this weekend and I highly recommend! It was beautiful and I received complements all night. I’m usually an 8 (5’9, 150 lbs) but the 6 fit perfectly as the material is slightly stretchy. 

This dress would have been perfect if not for the sizing. It’s made out of a very pretty and stretchy velvet material. The bodice is a more structured plate with boning. What would have been my true size (the 2) fit perfectly in the bodice, but it was too snug in the rear (I’m slightly pear shaped), so it ended up bunching up and the slit sat a bit too high. After sizing up to the 4, the bottom of the dress laid a lot better, but the dress was a little too loose and lost a bit of its spicy appeal. I ended up wearing the 4 to the event.

Overall, it was a comfortable dress and a really stunning idea for a silhouette. But I was a bit disappointed by the fit. 

So obsessed with this dress! The dress is a gorgeous deep royal blue, and the material is so soft, very forgiving and flattering. It’s one of those dresses you don’t have to keep adjusting or even have to think about sucking-in during a photo lol. My one qualm is the slit is very high, so be conscious of the formality of your event! Will 100% rent this dress again if I get the chance!

The perfect dress for a fancier wedding! Wore a push up strapless bra as the bust is a little big, but very comfortable, felt sexy and classy
