The waist runs a little large to wear higher on the waist.  Really enjoyed this skirt for a couple baby shower.

Elastic band was very comfortable. I could wear it high waisted or at my natural waist. The tulle and lace were gorgeous. I would love to keep it!

This is exactly what I was looking for to twirl and run through the vineyard for engagement photos. I paired it with a chambray button down, a sparkly statement necklace, and wedges and felt so beautiful! Definitely recommend and the pale pink color is beautiful for all seasons!

Rented this for engagement pics and it was perfect and photographed very well. I wish I would have got the xs as the s was kind of big and had to safety pin it in the back but for pictures that wasn't noticeable as I alerted the photog ahead of time. 

Wore for a company Anniversary party. Runs large but very stretchy. Paired with a white tank and wedges. 

It was so hard to send this adorable and comfy skirt back because I fell in love with it! I will be renting it again. The elastic waist makes it so I think the small would fit me too, though I wore the medium for our family Easter. I didn't let the snow stop me from dressing for spring. Rent this skirt you won't be disappointed!!

I rented this skirt for anniversary photos with my husband. I loved it! It was so comfortable, I could wear it every day. I loved the tulle over the lace - it gave the skirt a really nice delicate detail you didn't see until you were up close to it. Wish I owned it! 

Perfect for my bridal shower and engagment photos, incredibly comfortable, material was stunning, on the longer side but great for me at 5'8". Recieved more compliments than I ever thought since this was out of my comfort zone. Would definitely buy.

Absolutely beautiful skirt with beautiful lace detail. Went out on a limb and rented this for family pictures and loved it!  Felt so fun and flirty! Would definitely recommend!
 

This was my backup style but I ended up loving the fit way more! Beautiful layers of soft pink and lace made it girly and fun. The tulle was soft so it draped really nicely on my hourglass figure (the other skirt I ordered had stiff tulle which poofed out on my hips - very unflattering). Easy to dress up or down, comfortable and fun!

The Medium fit me perfectly! The skirt is more pink than the photo shows, and was fun but sophisticated at the same time. I got so many compliments!

Great fit, several layers of fabric, not see through. I loved how soft it was, my daughter said I looked "so beautiful!" and a friend said I looked like a princess. It was fun to wear!

 I wore the small as you wear it at your waist. I paired it with brown ankle boots to be a little more casual and it looked perfect! 

I ended up buying this piece I loved it so much. Stretchy waistband so it's an easy fit. Very nice material. Loved! 

I love the skirt it's perfect for any kind of photograph moments I used it for my engagement photos and it turned out perfect. It looks really good with a fitted blouse and as a high waisted skirt. 

This skirt was fantastic! It is light, airy, moveable and breathable! One of the tulle layers also has a floral pattern on it. It fits right at your natural waist. Would love to wear again for any occasion! 

This skirt was amazing, I got so many compliments while I was wearing it. My husband and I went to a Halloween party as Sleeping Beauty and Prince Philip and the skirt was the perfect pink for it. Loved it! It fit really nicely around my waist as well and helped keep the hourglass shape without killing my stomach. 

This made me feel like a pretty, pretty ballerina. Lovely and floaty. Other reviewers said that it ran a bit large, so I sized down and got a small, since I think I have a small waist. However, as you can see in the picture, that was fairly snug. Fine enough for a night or two. But snug. Loved all the layers, but other reviewers are correct – – this piece is very very hot. As in, warm. Would definitely rent again in a medium. And in the winter.

I got so many compliments and as others have said, I didn't want to send it back. The layers are awesome but does add a little warmth so don't wear in the heat. 

Fit: runs large, I wore a XS and fit perfectly if you want it to be at the waist with a little room. 

Pros: Surprisingly it wasn't extremly heavy or hot to wear. Lightweight. 
Cons: Looked worn but turned out great in pictures. 

I wore this on a lunch date with my bf for his birthday. On my walk to his office I was honked/whistled at several times. I might recommend renting a size down. Also note - there are a lot of layers and it can be very warm. 

Ran a little large. Generally I get a size medium, went for the small on this so that I could wear it at natural waist level. Paired with a more conservative crop top, extremely happy with overall look. I received many compliments on this skirt, beautifully detailed layers made for a stunning, ballet inspired, wish-this-was-in-my-closet skirt :)

I had to wear a tshirt for a training and rented this skirt to dress it up! I got compliments all day long - it was so comfortable & beautiful & I loved wearing it!

I normally take a medium in skirts, but that's also because they usually sit on my hips. This one I used my backup size and  wore it on my torso and it looked adorable! I felt super girly in it, and would love to rent it again in the future for a formal event. 

This was my first RTR experience and I loved this piece! It felt so flawless and was stunningly flowy with the beautiful breeze! The compliments were abounding. I would usually wear a medium but the small was perfect around my waist. This was a great formal skirt for the wedding but could easily be utilized for a less fancy affair! I am 5'11" and while liked the length at mid-shin, I got tripped up on the tulle a few times with my heel. All in all, I could see this skirt as a staple in my wardrobe! 

I would wear this skirt a million times over. At first I thought it was "too girly" for my Bridal Shower, but it made me feel like a princess. I received so many compliments and told everyone about RTR!

Beautiful, full skirt. I wore this for valentine's day. I usually wear a 4 or 6 and a small was perfect. It is very poofy and dressy. It was great for a valentine's date night. Would not work for the office. 

Great skirt! it was very comfortable wore it for my sprinkle and got lots of compliments everyone loved it! The material was beautiful so soft. I would  definitely rent the skirt again so glad that it fit over my bump!

I ordered this skirt to take with me on our honeymoon to Thailand. It was BEAUTIFUL! It was perfect to wear while touring about Bangkok.  It was conservative but fun and flirty. I wore the Xsmall - and was surprised that the waist was still a little big. So size down - as the waist band is stretchy and will be forgiving. I also seemed to have a hard time finding a good top that worked well with the waist of this skirt. The best fit/look I found was with a simple/plain neutral colored shirt that was tight and could be tucked in to the waist band of the skirt. 

This skirt is so elegant to wear. I wore it with a black sparkly tank to a formal holiday party. Got so many compliments on it and loved it so much I'm keeping for New Years with a sweater!

Love, love, love this skirt. Might be my favorite item I've gotten from RTR. The XS size was a perfect fit. Skirt was lacey, flowy and fun to twirl around in. Looked great when I paired it with a fitted jacket and heels.

The skirt was very comfortable and was great for an outdoor summer wedding ceremony at an arboretum. The color was about what I expected it to look like from the photos and I actually liked the length more than I expected to! 

I love this skirt and felt like a fairy princess while wearing it.  When I removed it from the plastic bag, the waistband seemed a little worn, but nothing that was overly concerning.  However, when I put the skirt on, I noticed it had a 6" tear in the tulle on the side of the skirt.  I was anxious about renting and wearing tulle for this very reason, but have always been please with the quality of items I get from RTR.  I ended up wearing the skirt anyway as I had nothing else to wear and was literally headed out the door when I noticed the damage.  I would recommend this skirt, but NOT for a day/night where drunken debauchery or crazy shenanigans may occur... the skirt is just too delicate for that kind of excitement.  Tipsy mingling and gently floating around an event is more this skirt's speed.  I would rent this again, but will check the merch out the minute it arrives rather than the moment I'm heading out the door.

This skirt is really lovely and romantic with blush lace and tulle. It was perfect for the tutus and tiaras baby shower I was hosting! It definitely makes your hips feel a little larger but I didn't find it unflattering. You have to pull the skirt over yours hips and it's very tight. I just barely got the small on but once it is it's very comfortable.

I wore this for my engagement because I wanted something flowey and feminine. I loved the color and the lace. The inner lining is thick, so I got a little hot outside in June in Alabama. I originally wanted to wear a white dress, but I'm so glad I went with this skirt instead. I'm short so it fit more like a maxi than tea length. I didn't like the band around the top so i wore a belt over it which made it look better on me. 

Great fit! Super comfortable and easy to wear. It can be dressed up or dressed down very easily making it great for any occasion. The length was very classy. The color goes great with white or black! Would highly recommend!! 

It really is a gorgeous skirt but I thought it would be easier to find a matching top.  It took a long rummage through the closet and I was not entirely impressed with my choice.  I wore the XS because I wanted it to fit high on my waist and it did.  However, it was tough getting the XS over my bum and it was definitely not fitting over my head and shoulders.  The details and the color of the skirt are great.  I really liked the lace overlay.  It photographed beautifully but I did not feel sexy in it.  It worked for the occasion but I wouldn't wear it again.  

I rented this die to the excellent reviews. I really liked the skirt, but did not love it and I feel I could have chosen better for my bridal shower. However all the girls seemed to love it.   The sizing was a little difficult as I have large hips with a smaller waist... upon reviews I chose to order S and XS. I tried the small on first which was hard to get over my hips but was a little loose on my waist and did not fit right. So I decided to try on the XS which I struggled to get over my hips - but then it fit perfect on my waist so that is the size I ultimately wore. I guess thats the problem when it is an elastic band waist that you pull up instead of zip up.  I did love the lace and tulle and the color - all super feminine and match my wedding colors so that's a bonus.  Very flowy with lots of layers. 

For reference my waist is about 28 inches and my hips 38 inches. 

Very pretty multi layer skirt, however, it adds a lot of volume to your hips! 5'10" and 130lbs and probably could've gone with the xs. Wore the small with a bodysuit; that helped me feel less poofy! It was super cute to wear and coordinate with the baby and we received lots of compliments. Overall, fun to wear!

I wore this frothy confection for a post-partum family photo shoot outdoors in late summer. It was perfect for hiding my post-baby (8 weeks) baby but still made me feel feminine and pretty. I styled it with a belt to add dimension to my waist and paired it with silver heels and a denim shirt.

I love love loved this skirt! I paired it with a simple black tank top and since it was chilly, I wore a black cardigan until dancing time. I wore it to a wedding, and received so many compliments on it. I felt pretty, and it was fun to dance in. I've been looking into buying this skirt I love it so much.
My only complaint is that it was longer than I expected it to be (I do have shorter legs, though) and that it sometimes got caught on my heels.
I am 5'4" and about 129 pounds.
