The bow sleeves are such a cute touch. The color is very pretty too. I sized up because I didn’t want any gaping buttons. The fabric is thick and well made. This is a standout for work or even a royal wedding. Somebody get me a fascinator!

I wanted to love this dress, but the buttons were a little awkward and material was super thick. I got compliments from it, but I didn’t really like it much.

I rented this for an NGO work event! People loved the color, told me I looked like mad men/Jackie o/ madam president, awesome! 

That said this rental comes with some serious warnings to consider:
- by itself and unstyled it looks a little... lab coat/maid uniformish? This changed with a blowout, bright lip and pearls. 
- I needed a safety pin up top to be work appropriate 
- I wore full body shape wear with this as the color and hourglass shape dont forgive lumps and bumps 

First Lady vibes for sure. This dress is nothing less than stunning. Would buy this dress. Wow x1000.

Great dress, I sized up because I have a large chest

Firstly, I think because of my chest I would be between the 2 & 4 but we kept the 2. I ADORE the bows on the sleeves. It looked boxy on the hanger but does hug right up to you. Thicker, so I wasn’t cold as spring still sorts itself out. The color is flawless. 

The color, the fit, details... all of it is beautiful! True to size and will definitely be renting again.

Lovely shade of blue 💙  Was strongly recommended to me by some other renters. Pretty Bow details on the sleeves. Classy length with buttons down the front.  I maybe could have rented the 4, but I went with the 6 because I have big arms and muscular back.  One of my favorite rentals.  Will rent again!

This was a great dress for work, and it fit well. I wore a size larger than my usual size, so it ended up being a great fit.

Hands down my favorite rental so far. So elegant and classy. Beautiful thick fabric. The huge bows on the side of the sleeves are TO DIE FOR!!!

I'd been eyeing this dress for weeks for an event, so when my size became available I ordered it (without a backup size available) & I'm so glad I did. It was comfortable and very professional. Endless compliments. If I could buy this, I would.

The large bows on the sleeves and the hint at a business suit made this an interesting dress. The fabric is denser and pulled down the neck line. The look is classy and a little 80's.

Confession: I HATE wearing suits. But this dress was the perfect compromise. Business professional but so much style and class. I probably could have worn the 8, but I think it may have gapped at the buttons when I sat down, so the 10 was the right choice. Beautiful blue that's not too "out there" for business but still let's you stand out. Will definitely rent again!

Wore to a conference for work and got so many compliments. Was in the dress from 7:00a to 10:00p and felt comfortable all day. Bow details on sleeves were super cute! Was a little low cut but I pinned it and it worked out great. I sized up but probably would have been okay in my regular size. 

Absolutely loved this dress for a work function. It definitely runs on the smaller side and the buttons make it so that sizing up is helpful. Would absolutely rent again! 

Gorgeous blue wedding-perfect dress. The fabric holds a press and its shape even through packing and travel. The color is soft yet bright. Although I found it large for a size zero, there is absolutely no give or flexibility in the fabric. I would recommend this for work and formal settings. 

This brand runs small so i sized up and it was great since it's fitted. Thick luxurious fabric. Amazing color. Multiple people told I was the best dressed person at the conference. True to photos. Went right at my knees and I'm 5'11". So comfortable. A pin to keep the top closed was necessary for professional situation. Great for plus sized ladies! RENT THIS NOW!!

Definitely something of a particular style. I didn't think it suits me, and the color and material makes me look large. Glad I gave it a try anyways

I don't usually wear sheaths (being pear-shaped) but the distinctive sleeves balance the hips. Low-cut, May want a camisole. 

The color and the fit are fantastic. Details of the sleeves make the dress! Despite a relatively light color the dress is sliming. Perfectly timeless!

I got so many compliments on this dress that I didn't want to send it back.  The baby blue is a beautiful color and the fabric is rubber and thick enough to be flattering.  It is really low cut, so you're going to have to pin it if you're wearing it to work or wear a cami.  The bows on the sleeves add a nice feminine touch to this suit dress. 

I was told to buy this one- from my boss! It's just a great professional dress. The color is fantastic! 

Love this dress. Paired with simple earrings and nude stilettos. I've been in it for 20 minutes and had two people stop me on the street to tell me how clean and lovely it looks. Professional and beautiful - just like you! 

This was a perfect daytime business choice. It was comfortable all day (though sit carefully to avoid stressing the bottom buttons) yet feminine and polished. I got a ton of compliments and felt right at home during my time on the WH campus. 

Regarding the bust: I wore a Uniqlo Airism bra with this for the cami effect without the bulk. This gave the perfect amount of modesty in the front and smoothed everything in the back. 

This would also be so pretty for a christening or Easter. I'll be thinking about this dress fondly for a long time. 

Felt a teeny bit flight attendant but mostly I just loved it! It's thick so good for over air conditioned indoor summer wear. Get this and enjoy!

This suit dress was very pretty, but it does run a bit large. I was hoping it would be more form-fitting. However, it's perfect for the work place. I also really liked the bows on the sleeves. It was a fun touch.

So, I can agree that the dress sort of loses its shape, and DANG, you definitely need a cami in this. I wore a slip and have a very small chest, and still kept fussing with the neckline. Looked hot though. No one said anything except compliments (except when I got home- husband didn't think I should have wore it) I'm usually a 2 in RTR, 4 in juniors, and I thought it looked great... but may have sized down if I was renting again. I've been waiting to rent this for months, so glad I got it!

Felt like a working lady powerhouse when I wore this standing -- got lots of compliments. Way less flattering when sitting though (obviously). If you're at your desk sitting alone, not a problem. If you'll be sitting in a conference room on full display, this is maybe not the best dress. Loved the color too!

Love the style of this dress. But way to unflattering to wear as a dress for a city girl. It was better off as a jacket. Later in the day I accessorized with a monochromatic scarf and it was the ideal cool day outfit. 

Loved this dress. It is low cut so I wore a slip dress underneath. Wore this for an important work meeting in Paris and it was one of my recent favorites! 

Loved this rental! Lots of compliments- was told I looked very "stately" and "senatorial," lol. Material is thick and has lines in the texture. Had to fashion tape the front down to keep everything in place. Was warm for a brisk morning- would be too thick for a hot day. No issues with this dress- all pros.
