The shoulder pads are a bit over the top but the seams around the waist are really slimming. This would be perfect for a professional presentation or interview. Spanx would be needed 

Color is gorgeous! The shoulder pads were huge and made me feel self conscious. The fit was nice and sleek but I still felt like the shoulders were just too big and tall. The darts were very flattering. 

I got complimented so many times in this. The dress is nice but the shoulders are a little tight (I have broad shoulders). 

This dress was comfortable, flattering, and was perfect for a Board Meeting. It has some stretch, is appropriate business length, and radiates confidence. I was worried the shoulder pads would be a bit much but it looks great once you are all zipped up. Dress fits TTS all around. 

Loved it. Wore it for public speaking in front of a large audience and felt very confident. 

Comfy but the dart made it fitted and not sloppy like other knit dresses. Good length if you're speaking on stage. 

The shoulder pads are bold, be warned! Would rent again

I wore this all day on an interview and loved it. It fits perfectly in all the right places. I didn’t need to constantly pull it down because it was riding up or anything like that. I did have to wear spandex for my own peace of mind just because it’s very form fitting… it wasn’t TOO fit where I felt like I couldn’t breathe but it’s certainly a snug fit. I loved this dress so much. 

I wore this to close out a conference I was leading and felt polished and powerful! Shoulder pads are significant, ruching/stitching across the belly is flattering and great camouflage. The length was perfect for standing and sitting on stage. Thanks for making me shine!

This dress is a 10. I love the way this makes your body look. The color is rich, the cut is professional, and she doesn't doesn't have a wrinkle on her after sitting through office meetings, followed by a lunch meeting, traveling to more meetings in the afternoon and picking up kids from daycare. It's literally perfect in every way. 

I felt great in this dress.  It has a snug fit, but the material is thick and forgiving.  I love the sleeves and just overall look of this dress.  I received several compliments on it.  I would rent this again.  It is a deep green color and very elegant and classy looking.

Fit - perfection, color was beautiful, comfortable to wear all day and into a dinner meeting.  This dress fit right in for a 'formal' business meeting and dinner.  Formal enough, yet stylish and professional.  Very comfortable fabric, light ruching gave enough detail with the high neck. Well made, comfortable and very flattering. I'm short? So the length is a little tricky hitting mid-shin, but still felt great and was comfortable all day long. Highly recommend! 

Loved this dress! The shoulder pads are a lot but it adds to fit. It's a great color, looks professional but cool at the same time.

This power sheath is fully lined and has a little give in the material that makes it comfortable to wear. The material doesn't attract static, lint or hair and is sleek and smooth without being clingy. The shoulder pads are substantial but not overwhelming and provide structure.

I received a ton of compliments and enjoyed this dress immensely.

Love this dress for work. It has chic shoulder pads! Fit is TTS. I am short so it's definitely midi length on me but it works with heels. 

I rented this for a wedding and ended up not wearing it. I thought it was reasonably flattering but not exactly festive. Had more of a work vibe. I am a classic 4 and I rented the 6 based on reviews. I think that was the right move. 

This dress was so flattering and comfortable. The shoulder pads are a little bold, so if you're not willing to take that risk, it's not for you. If you like the look, you will not be disappointed. So beautiful!

The ruching and the shoulder pads gave my super straight athletic frame an hourglass look, and it's conservative enough for work but impressive without being over the top. Super comfortable too. Loved it!

Beautiful, beautiful color! Wore it to work and on virtual meetings. It received tons of compliments. But heads up: it is a tight dress that is not forgiving on a "mom belly". I usually wear a size 12 and wore a 12. Would recommend sizing up. 

Definitely rent this one. Designer clearly loves women and their comfort. Totally chic at the same time as being wearable.

Love love this dress and considered buying but the shoulder pads might be a little too much for regular wear. Got a ton of compliments and looked great on air! I'm a true 12 but the 14 was a good fit for the chest.

I could not love this dress any more.  It has some stretch but also flattering seams.  And a slight shoulder pad.   It looked fabulous on.  Closing deals left and right in this power dress!  

I took some holiday photos with my pup and rented this dress for the occasion. I loved the fit. It was super comfy and the material was nice and warm for a chilly beach morning. After the photo shoot, I even wore it on to work and it was a great dress foe the office.

I received a lot of compliments and felt great in this dress all day long!
