This dress fit me perfectly!  I have an hourglass shape with ample hips and that is sometimes a problem for me.  This dress worked great and I felt like it was very flattering.  And that neckline is unusual and very striking!  Love it!

This dress was comfy and it had pockets!

The keyhole was a little lower than I was comfortable with, so I wore a cami underneath. I found this dress to be true to size.

This dress is amazing!  I’d buy it if I had more occasions to wear it.  It’s dressy enough for a cocktail party or formal business wear but the details at the neck give it some pizzazz.  It’s very flattering, too.

I love this dress. It is very soft and comfortable. I wore it to a work meeting out of town then again with sandals in my office. Very comfortable, no tight spots could wear for hours. Seriously considering buying this one. 

I wore this dress to a daytime event, a brunch cruise. Although this dress felt heavy/thick due to the heat of the day, it was flattering, comfortable, and forgiving. It did not wrinkle after sitting for an extended period of time. I would suggest this dress for the chilly fall/winter wear. 

Loved this dress and I definitely see myself renting this again. I read in some other reviews that you should size up so I went with a 20 instead of an 18 and thought it fit me perfectly. At first I was weary of the slits at the top, but they are not as sheer as I initially thought. My profession requires me to dress formal yet conservatively and this was perfect. I received a lot of compliments on it from my co-workers too. Highly recommend.

I'm between a 0-2 and got a 2 and it was a little big, mainly in the bust and hips. I wore it on a plane, and it was comfortable and didn't wrinkle. Got lots of compliments. May try renting again in a smaller size.

Dress was very comfortable and flattering.  Felt great in it.  The detail around neck is beautiful and flattering however it does show cleavage so consider this if you are larger chested. 

This was a great dress - comfortable, easy to move in, and fabric was on the thicker side for a high quality feel. Had it in a suitcase, and it didn't wrinkle! Paired with black blazer, black hose, and black heels for a professional look. Lots of compliments, would rent again.

This dress has a flattering cut and unique details.  I enjoyed wearing it for a presentation at work.

This is a perfect work dress, especially if your office is a little more formal. 

Loving the sheer darts along the neckline, but be aware, you'll have to slide those bra straps to the edge of your shoulders to keep them from being seen through the panels. 

Fit was good, still a little roomy in waist & hips for me though. 

The dress is high quality, has lining, collar was somewhat scratchy but wore off during the day. The fit was snug around the midsection, but would be great for someone not concerned about that area. Still wore it and got loads of compliments. A bit shorter than I am comfortable with at work but I am 5'9 and have hips. 

Loved the neckline detail & the soft textile -- felt stylish but low key for a day of work meetings. Great rental.

Wore this to an evening work event with nude pumps and I loveeeed it. Stretchy enough to get the job done, flattering without being too tight and cool details at the top w the cutouts 

I loved this dress. So classic and elegant. Comfortable fit, high quality, gorgeous navy color. 

It fit great. It had enough stretch to comfortably sit and move in. It was form flattering while still a length I could wear to work. It is a dark navy blue. With the slits around the top you probably want to wear a neutral bra or at least not a vibrant color.

Fit almost perfectly, the shoulders were a tiny bit too wide but the rest was fabulous for a curvy petite body. Lined with good stretch and a nice length. The detail at the neck is illusion mesh-fabric. 

Classic work appropriate dress with subtle, slice  of sexiness neckline is great if you have a date night after work. 

Love the sleeves - skip wearing a jacket. 



I ordered the 6 & 8 and honestly both fit great. The 8 was a little bit roomier so I went with the 6 for a sexier fit. What a great dress. Beautiful, understated yet classy & elegant. Wore it for a work event & it was perfect. 

This dress is pretty sexy in it's cut. I planned on wearing it to the office but started work from home. I love how it made me feel and how great it looked on me. 

This was a nice, conservative work dress nothing spectacular. 

Bra issue - see through star parts mean you need a low cut bra that is strapless. My bandeau style one showed slightly where it went straight across my cleavage. 
Lining issue - is stitched to the back so the back slit kept ruffling up when the lining moved. 
Neither issue was a disaster. Close fitting in a flattering way, not clingy. 

Rented this for work.  Really liked the look of the cutouts at the neck.  My only issue is that they have a mesh overlay and it was a bit itchy around my neck at times.  Sized up and glad I did.  Runs small if you have a large bust or carry weight in your midsection.

Really wanted to like it. Looks gorgeous, but the mesh sewn into the neckline itches so much that I couldn't wear it twice. 

My only complaint is you could see my spanx from the cut out in the back, and to me that’s better than seeing the underside of my butt/the back of my thighs, at work. Otherwise really stunning work dress. Loved it

As several have said, this is a classy-yet-sexy dress that fits hour-glass figures well. I have hips and a butt, and this dress hugged the curves in a nice way. The slit in the back is a little high (my Spanx almost showed!), but I wore this for a long (4 hours) interview where I was sitting down, so I wasn't too concerned. I was so impressed with this dress that I bought mine from RTW. It was a great price.

The cutouts on the neckline, textured fabric and back zipper set this dress apart from a basic navy dress. I wore it twice for work events, and didn't want to send it back!

This was a great dress for work. The neckline is nice but fairly subtle. The fabric is stretchy so it hugs curved well, and it feels high quality and is slightly ribbed. This worked great with shapewear underneath. A great modest professional work dress!

Wore to present at a conference. The neckline was beautiful. I did not think it showed much, if any skin. The sleeves are also great fit and no blazer needed to look formal. Great length for work as well.

This dress is so pretty and very comfortable.  The neckline gives it a bit of sophisticated drama.  

I wore this to a job interview; I thought it was a great mix of professional and memorable (without being "memorable" lol). It's also visibly well made, so wearing it makes you look like you take yourself seriously. I'm not sure yet if I got the job, but I got a call back for the next round of interviews!
