Great fabric, color and style for work meeting. 

Ordered up a size and glad I did. The dress was shorter than I expected. I wore for a board meeting and didn’t have time to find another outfit. Luckily I had planned black tights which helped but when sitting the dress rode up. 

I read the other reviews before renting and it is a heavier dress, but it was a chillier night when I wore it, so it was fine. 

Really liked this dress — overall good fit (little loose at top). Interesting sleeves. I liked how thick the material was — great for a cool spring or fall but you’ll be hot in the summer if you wear this.

It literally fit so perfectly. It was a fit-flare style without it making your hips look big. Perfect for an hour glass figure. I got so many compliments! 

I love this dress but because it's looser fitting at the bottom it feels very short on me (I'm tall) for work, especially when I sat

I rented this dress because of the unique arms and loved it even more because of the thick material. Perfect for the cold weather

One of my favorites so far! Very thick fabric made it feel like it fit like a glove.  Many compliments! Loved it so much!

The dress came "loved". Really over worn and I think it needs to be retired. I felt like I was wearing a used dress. The fabric had be worn down. I ended up covering most of the dress with a furry poncho. 

The color is a bit lighter than I thought, but it is still a nice work dress! The sleeves are really cute.

I would rent this again for work in fall or winter. I had to wear tights because the dress was a little short on me. The material is also pretty heavy 

For my DD + girls, you gotta size up. - there is no give.  This one was a little snug across the chest and in the waist but I loved the dress.  It was classic and the arms gave it clear.  I will be renting again when I get back to my fighting weight!

A little on the large side of TTS. Nice thick material - sleeves can get in the way as others have mentioned, but worth it for the unique touch.  Wore both to work and a farewell party for a colleague afterward - would rent again.

This dress was made in a high-quality thick material.  And it was perfect for a day full of work meetings.  It fit like a glove, but it did NOT stretch at all.  If you are between sizes, definitely size up.

This dress fit well. It had a thick fabric which kept me warm at the office. I liked that the sleeves added detail but did not find them functional.

Not a perfect fit. Didn't love it. Fine for a normal day at the office. 

At first the dress did not fit, but with my best set of spanks I was able to wear it and really liked it. I'm 5'9 and it was a little on the short side, sitting down was a little risky. But I still really liked it. A gorgeous dress (considered  purchasing)

Size up. The dress is soft, comfortable, professional, and trendy. The material is thick and forgiving 

Not sexy, but well made, flattering, classic with interesting sleeve detail, and versatile. Can be dressed up or down with accessories, tights, and shoes. Received several compliments and my mom wanted me to buy it. The structure is impressive and you can see why it's an expensive dress. Photo doesn't do it justice.

Loved this dress in theory: it was professional, but the sleeve detail was really fun. Unfortunately, the fit was pretty off for me: tight across belly and hips, but too roomy up top and far too wide in the shoulders. Probably a good choice if you're not a pear. 

I ordered a size up (normally a 6) just because I don't like to wear anything too tight at work. The material of this dress is very thick, making it a nice, structured, polished look. My only issue was with the back of the neck area rising up when I sat down, but was probably due to the fact that I ordered a size up and had some wiggle room in the dress. This dress is extremely flattering on, especially over a little shapewear.

Love this dress and got many compliments! The dress is well made, i would  size up it to make sure it's flattering on your body. It is made with thicker material, i would not suggest getting this is the summer or you could roast yourself.

Thick suiting fabric so no stretch but didn't need it runs true to size. Loved the sleeve detail. It's short tho- mid thigh on me 5'6"

Fits as expected and the sleeves are really fun! But it is a little short. It was cold when I wore it and with tights it was fine.

Solid dress. Nice structure, not too short. Comfortable. A little small in the shoulders of you have broad shoulders. Overall good. 

Sleeves are cool and different. Fabric is excellent quality. Thick for winter. Creases in middle when you sit. Tight in middle - have to be pretty thin to wear the 0 - even on very petite frame it was tight in middle. 

This is a gorgeous dress.  The detailing on the sleeves is beautiful and really stands out.  The fabric feels really substantial, I had been wondering if I would be cold in my office since you obviously can't put a jacket over the sleeves, but it was fine.  Got compliments all day.  The only thing I would mention is that if you're busty, might consider sizing up. 

Received a ton of compliments on this dress. Would definitely rent again. I wore it with tights because I felt it was a little short for bare legs. 

I wore this to work and to a work party after. The sleeves were cute, but I had to be very careful reaching for things on the buffet table! 

The material was nice and thick, but even though it's a newer style, it was starting to pill on the inside (outside was fine). Fit true to size, but obviously the sleeves were much longer on me than on the model!

This dress was pretty and I received a number of compliments. However, the material is very thick and stiff so it gets creased throughout the day. I also felt like it was a tad too short for a professional setting. Definitely plan to wear tights or shape wear.
