This was a great choice for black tie wedding, and I received lots of compliments! I did wish it was a tad longer, but I just wore a shorter heel. While the 10 fit my frame, I found the 12 more comfortable when the neck has NO give. 

The dress fit perfect except length. I wore 3” heels and wish it was a little longer. Besides that, some said it was scratchy around the neck and I didn’t notice that. I ended up wearing a different dress due to length, but is was very sparkly and comfortable while trying it on. 

This dress was a great option I ended up not wearing because it felt more black tie than the event I was going to. Questionable if the sequins would irritate my under arms after a night out. The neck is tight but it’s fine 

It is very pretty however the size recommended to me was too small, the neck collar actually was chocking me. It’s very pretty and has stretch even though it’s a sequin dress 

Loved the color and loved the shape but the sequins rubbed at the chest and under arms. Also, watch your posture with it as it emphasizes the armpit chub if you aren’t standing up straight!

Love the dark green color and length. The neck fit a little tight and left a red mark at the end of the night. Wedding was on a warm summer day and I never felt hot. Easy to dance in too!

Fit like a glove and made me feel so good. Wore to a black tie gala and got so many compliments. The neck is a little tight, but it fit.

This dress was perfect with decent stretch for my bottom-heavy, hourglass shape. I tried on both the 4 and the 6, but ultimately chose the 4 because I didn’t see a noticeable difference in the length and it was a nice snug fit because of the stretch. Also, there’s gathering at the waist, and I found the 4 to be slightly more slimming. The 6 would’ve fit as well, no doubt. I got a lot of compliments and felt very old Hollywood glam.

Beautiful and flattering dress but the neck piece did kind of feel like it was choking me bit. Worth it though!

I wore this dress for a black tie work dinner and received so many compliments! I read reviews on sizing down and I ended up using the backup size.

Neck was tight and uncomfortable, chest didn’t fit quite right and at appropriate height . The fit through the waist was also odd due to the ruching which I did not realize it had. It was a pretty color though 

I was very skeptical from the photos in the listing but am so glad I rented this dress anyway! This was genuinely the most comfortable dress I have ever worn (besides some scrapes from sequins under one arm, as to be expected with sequins), and I felt gorgeous in it. I received the most compliments that I have ever gotten in one event wearing this! 

Took some assistance to get it zipped up and neckline is asymmetrical so a little confusing, it was comfy and fun. I wore it on NYE with a thrift store tiara 
and we didn't even go out! But dress helped make it an occasion. 

Fit well! Super comfortable. Wore a sticky bra since the sides under the arms went down too far and a strapless bra would show. Color is almost more a dark teal

I got so many compliments on this dress! Great for our formal NYE wedding. Very comfy with the lining throughout, though the edges were a little scratchy with all those sequins. Little heavy too, which made it not great for tearing up the dance floor. Loved how I looked so it was worth it 100%

I wore this to my themed company holiday party and I loved the way I looked and felt in it. Even thought I'm 5'1, I wore 3 inch heels and the length fell perfectly! It hugged me in the right places and actually hid the places that aren't my favorite. 

I thought I was going to love this dress! Very sad to say it was my last pick of the 3 I ordered for a work holiday party. There’s a side detail meant to cinch your waist, however due to my long torso, it aligned on my ribs which did nothing for my figure. The neckline: I don’t know how anyone with a larger chest fits in this- I felt the lower side was barely covering my (small) chest. If you are insecure about armpit fat, this dress is not for you (it will show via the neckline cut). Definitely on the tighter side of an 8, but didn’t make me feel suffocated either. 

This dress is amazing. So flattering, feels great, easy to get in and out of. The neck is snug, but I got used to it pretty quickly. I got so many compliments, and I felt like a million bucks.  I can wear a 10 in regular clothes, but the 12 fit me better in this dress. 

Dress was perfect for my black tie ball. Received many compliments on it. It fit like a glove and was very comfortable. The only snag was that the neck was slightly tight, but not uncomfortable. I wish I owned this dress, I’d wear it over and over again! Highly recommend!

This dress was so odd, the sequins kept falling off and scratching my skin- you would think they would have made a soft/silky lining for the inside of the dress but it was so scratchy and uncomfortable. The midriff of the dress was very odd fitting, it just wasn’t very flattering. The neck piece was also way too small. Just overall uncomfortable 

Runs large. A 2 fits like a 4. Gorgeous overall. Highly recommend.

Based on other reviews, I ordered size 6R, and it fit like a glove. As others noted the neck was a bit snug, but I didn’t find it too tight or uncomfortable. The length was perfect for the 3 inch heels I wore. I did end up having to cut a bit of hair that got tangled in the sequins, beware if you wear your hair down!  Would definitely recommend this dress.

I had so many complements.   Fits true to size. 

Wore this dress to a wedding at a planetarium, loved how sparkly it is! The ruching at the waist is very generous/flattering. Was a taaad bit too long, even in tall heels, but not a major problem

Wore this for my son’s wedding in Cabo and felt like a goddess.  Received a ton of compliments.  The 6 was a little snug and tight around my neck so I went with the 8 and it was perfect.

First off, some measurements and sizing: I’m 5’2”, 150lbs, athletic build. Full bust 40” (band 34”), waist 31”, hips 40”. Sizing with different designers and brands vary so much, so I found it helpful when reviews had measurement details. 

Things I loved about this dress: the color, the sequins, the mermaid style. 

Things I didn’t love: The sequins were itchy, despite the fabric lining the inside being soft you could still feel the sequins scratching around the arm and neck areas. Also, the collar was way too tight around the neck. Unless you want to feel like you’re choking, opt out of this dress. I don’t think my neck is any thicker than the average female, but the collar was so tight I could barely close it and then once I did, it was difficult to move my neck and I couldn’t breath well. Finally the ruching around the stomach area bunched up kind of oddly, and actually made it look like I had a belly when in reality I don’t. 

Overall, I would not rent this one again. Maybe it would work better on a taller, leaner physique than mine. 5/10 ⭐️
