Neckline a little lower than comfortable and maybe not as flattering for smaller chests 

I wore to my nieces first communion.  Very classy structured dress.  Loved the sleeve caps (giving a touch of a retro shoulder pad type look) and also the sash to cinch my waist.  Hugged my curves like a glove. A little uncomfortable with arm movement but i’m still glad I rented this! 

I truly love this dress and would buy it if I could. 
Embroidery around the arms can be a little tight because there is no give, but it is really beautiful. 

I wore it to work. The main challenge I see is comfort in the arms. The scalloped sleeves have zero give so I couldn't live my arms without it digging in. One loop in one arm is also missing. Otherwise it was comfortable and fun to wear something a bit different. 

This dress is a pretty color and pattern in person. It’s was comfortable to move around in. I wore a 6 and likely could have fit a 4. 

I’ve rented this dress a few times now for work meetings and love it! It’s a little low cut so i just wear a coordinated bra under it. Length is great as it’s below the knee so more conservative for work. Very well constructed and flattering fit! 

The waist tie was additional added fabric, didn’t love that part.

It fits like a glove and is very comfortable. Also photographs great. Love that it’s long enough to be appropriate for work (and stage pictures) 

Great work dress which transitions well from day to night, if you’re an hourglass figure I highly recommend it! Dress is lined and high quality!

Very form fitting and flattering. I wore it to a religious service. It's a bummer you can't comfortably lift your arms (makes for zipping it a challenge) but otherwise - it's perfect. 

Perfect fit. Only downside, that others have noted, the sleeves are very restricting. 

Pretty and the fit was just right. I received a lot of compliments but it was a bit uncomfortable after wearing it all day. 

The shoulder doesn’t really give you room to raise your arms. Somehow this was loose in the chest but too tight in the arms. It’s fine for an office job. 

It’s super flattering, and probably best for an dressy evening out. I wore it to work not realizing how low cut it was, and I kept having to pull it up in the front. I would happily where it for a different occasion though!

Loved this dress!  The print, fit and length are flattering.  The only issue I had was the sleeves.  While they are a beautiful statement to this dress, they are not comfortable.  The seam has no stretch and actually digs into your arm as you move.  Still loved the dress and would rent again though.

It was a flattering cut. Loved the detail on the sleeves, but that trim has no give so you can’t lift your arms up very high. 

I’m an inverted triangle w large breasts and this fit and flattered nicely. Would have loved a bit more space in the shoulders, but it worked!

I liked the fabric but dress was way too long - and specifically too low cut- for my 5’2 frame. I buy a tank top under it but still felt self conscious in a work environment. But it’s a pretty dress for the tall ladies!

For me there was a lot of cleavage so it wouldn’t have been work appropriate, but was great for a fall wedding.

This dress is not something I would typically wear but I needed something for Afternoon Tea - it couldn’t have been more perfect. It is true to size and hugged in all the right places. I would consider renting this one again. 

My office is between business casual and business formal and this was the perfect dress for my office. I received so many compliments! My only complaint is that the sleeves limited my range of motion and it was really hard to zip and unzip by myself. 

Wore this multiple times, received so many compliments each time! 

The only reason I gave this dress 4 stars instead of 5 is because it's just a tad tight in the arms. I do love the quality of this dress though!

Flattering work dress. It is pretty busty so prepare for cleavage but nothing dramatic. 

This dress fits perfectly. It's comfortable and formfitting yet has some stretch to it so I can fit over your curves. I wore this to a conference I was running for work. I wish I had a better picture so I can show the full length, but you got the idea.

I absolutely LOVE this dress. Incredibly well made, just enough stretch, fits true to size. The details are wonderful. Compliments galore. I can't wait to wear it again. I would buy it if the price wasn't so high, but the quality warrants it. Amazing dress. 

This dress was tight but I don't think I would have wanted to size up. Very comfortable other than the sleeves being tight. I wore it to work and also to a wedding welcome party. I would rent again! 

Loved the silky feel of this dress and the gorgeous floral print. I never wear dorsal but this was a perfect summertime dress for a work event. Great fit, true to size. Im wearing a 0. A little low cut (but I am short) so used some fashion tape so it didn't open up too much. Wore it twice and sad to return this! 

The dress is super cute. But the top, on me, was a bit big. The V was a bit deep for my taste but it didn't look terrible! Will probably try again in a smaller size. 

The length is great for work and the neckline adds a feminine touch.
