I am obsessed! This is super flirty but also professional. I wore this to work and received complements from my sister before I left for work, clients, and my boyfriend who surprised me at work!

This blouse is gorgeous. I wore it to work but it could be worn for a nice event, date night etc. 

I've probably worn this top 7-8 times in the month that I've had it! It's such a great staple that can be dressed up or dressed down. I've paired it with both black and blue jeans and it looks good with either! Really comfy light material and roomy. Can be tucked into high waisted pants or left out. The flouncy sleeves are the fun part that make it unique - just be sure to hold them back if you're reaching across the table for food! They're a little long. 

I wasn't sure about this since it was new and no reviews yet to go by however I was so happy when it arrived, with tags. This black shirt has fun details on the sleeves and it so comfortable to wear. I rented for work but also wore it out with skinny jeans. It would look good tucked in a pencil skirt. I love it so much and received so many compliments that I bought it!

I wore this on date night with black pants and sparkly heels. I like to dress simply with a little bit of fun detail and this top fit the bill. It's the right cut for a "new mom" belly - flowy but still has a shape. The sleeves were fun too but might get in the way if you were trying to work. 

I was hesitant to rent this because of the sleeves, but I actually really liked it! I wore it with grey pants and black mules, so it felt simple but the sleeves made it fun too.

Fit pretty well, sleeves are heavy though so causes shirt to fall to one side/off shoulder. I felt like I was dusting the countertops with my sleeves all day long. Overall super cute!! BUT impractical for working and especially eating because the sleeves are OC

Fit well. Basic black blouse with fun sleeve detail. Would likely rent again.

Perfect blouse to wear with a fun fur vest or a statement pant. I wore it with all black and a fur vest and would totally rent it again to wear with a fun skirt or pants. 

The material is heavy but not overly so, so the top hangs well.  Sleeves are flouncy but not too big, be sure to pin them correctly so that you wear the entire sleeve (though there is a snap mid-way that you might be able to alter to have a different look.  I wound up purchasing it!

Sleeves made this a fun shirt for holidays.  Not sure I would wear it to work because the sleeves were not practical for daily tasks such as computer and eating.

Very feminine fit.  Runs true to size.  I could have probably done a size smaller, which is what I typically wear, but I wore it with a long vest over it and it looked great.

I don't usually wear tops with bell sleeves because I'm afraid I'll knock everything over. I paired this with a leather mini, black tights and black booties which was cute for work. 
The sleeves were a little in the way, but no more than you would expect based on the style. 
I would be scared to wear this out to eat, but it's stylish :)

I liked the snaps on the inside of the sleeves. You will need a camisole underneath. Kinda sheer. 

Across the chest it was sooooo tight. I'm a 38DDD and it did not fit at all

Great top for work. It's hard to see on the model, but it's really a 3/4 sleeve shirt with a really long slit in the sleeves for the ruffles, so the sleeves can kinda get in the way. If you get easily irritated with sleeves, this shirt is not for you. I didn't mind it. It's a nice shirt. Good fabric quality.

No cons - really cute shirt. I wore it with a pair of cropped pants that had a black and grey pattern. 

Fit perfect.  Sleeve length perfect.  Not too sheer.  Loved this blouse.

I did not wear this top because the sleeves were even more dramatic in person than I could see in the photo. Not my cup of tea, but if that is your thing you will love the blouse.

It's a bit see thru enough that I felt the need to layer with a tank top. I liked the flow of the fabric otherwise.

This was a fun top. The sleeves made the whole top. The front has a keyhole which went a little low for me. Very nice silky top.

Runs large, but not unflattering. Very cute sleeves and nice material. I will get again and consider purchasing.

From someone in her second trimester of pregnancy: Very loose, comfortable top. The bell sleeves were a little more dramatic than what the picture portrayed, but still felt appropriate in my (fairly conservative) work setting. Received many compliments. 

Fun sleeves, nice related fit but still nice work blouse. 

I wore it  to work with jeans, It was fine nothing too exciting. The sleeves fit really well sometimes bell sleeves can be annoying and get in the way but these didn't  at all

I have a large chest and this one was tight across the chest for me.  So I returned it.
