Got SO many compliments, wish it was maybe two inches longer for my height 

The dress fit perfectly. Could move & dance without it rising. And covers any/all love hands and imperfections you might have with your body

This dress is gorgeous in person. I loved the velvet, the structured shoulders, and the length. It paired well with some lined tights. Unfortunately, the deep V neckline didn't sit quite right on me. I think the style might be better suited for a smaller chest. I had trouble keeping the neckline in place even with fashion tape. A cami underneath might have helped since it kept wanting to pull open, but on its own the fit just wasn't quite right for me. 

This dress is so flattering, classy, and sexy. Will definitely rent again.

Pair with tie up shoes or sexy ankle boots and this is a killer tuxedo dress for a formal affair. 

This dress fit perfect and was true to size. I would wear it again and again.

Slit was high but sexy. Loved this dress for dinner and dancing with the girls for my bday. 

Rented for NYE and was pleasantly surprised by how high end it felt. Fit great, not too short, and had a double button situation that prevented any accidental flashing 

Overall good fit. It was fingertip length. Slit was high so wore bike shorts underneath and rolled up one leg. required a lot of boob tape- I have smaller chest. 

This was my power suit! I felt amazing got so many compliments and loved it! Low cut so I wore a black shirt under it since I wore it to a work event. If you were doing something fun like a night out I would definitely go without a top

Worse for a Christmas dinner party. Added some tights because the slit was high. I’m between S and M so I went with S per other reviews and it fit perfect. So I’d say it runs a smidge big. Absolutely loved it! 

This is short with the slit but just fine with tights- also I needed fashion tape to get this to sit just right- I taped the lapels down as well as my chest to keep everything in place!

I wore this to my company holiday party, everyone kept telling me I look like I’m about to go in a crush a meeting. Haha. Loved it! 

This dress feels amazing. It is a soft velvet with the cuffs and colors in satin. I tried it on, but couldn't wear it because it was too lose on the top and then I couldn't get the last button of the skirt buttoned. I don't feel this is a dress for someone with curves. 

Great dress but did need fashion tape and a low cut bra. Very short but pulled it off with pantyhose and pumps. 

Loved this, styled with a gold body chain and got tons of compliments. Fits TTS but if you're between sizes, size down. I'm a 6/8 and went with a medium but a small would have been better.

I like the idea of this dress I love the material. It just didn’t quite fit me in the midsection so my girls were bouncing out and I can’t go to work like that. Also too short for my workwear.

Both classy with some sexiness - had to wear shorts underneath since the slit was a bit high for my taste, but otherwise, worked perfectly. Fit super well.

I could’ve definitely gone XS as the fit was a little loose but still worked. Big in the chest area if you don’t have big boobs but fixed with a little tape. Great for a fancy work dinner party or a date night 

Wore this for an awards ceremony for my husband. I got many compliments, and worked well for the function. 

This dress is super flattering, but the chest area is too open. I needed to use fashion tape so I didn’t expose myself. It should have a button or clasp where the fabric crosses over. I’d only consider renting it if you have tape!

I wore this for my winter bachelorette party and it was perfect! I am tall and it was on the shorter side, but I wore compression shorts underneath and that was perfect. I loved the look! 

I did end up wearing this. I wore it to a Christmas Day brunch. I am only 5'3, and because of the slit, this dress was pretty short. It was cold outside, so wearing tights worked, but if I hadn't worn tights it definitely would have been a show.... it's just really short because of that. So my taller girls may have a hard time with it. It's really pretty, and if you're standing just right, it looks nice, but it's just really big. I don't mind low cut items, but this is another level. It is almost completely open and plunges to almost my belly button. Luckily I had a pretty, black lace bra that I wore under that looked sort of part of the dress/the look. The one I ordered had leftover styling tape that I guess didn't come off, so clearly someone tried to use that to help with the plunge also :) Honestly though- If you don't mind pretty pronounced shoulder pads, a high cut slit, and a plunge neck with no forgiveness as far as that goes, then it really might be the dress for you! I liked it on me in this photo, but overall it didn't work for me. Petite girls will likely swim in it

Had to use fashion tape to keep my boobs from making their own appearance but if your legs are your best body part this is the dress for you. I was so comfortable and warm in this.
I did have a button pop off but I safety pinned it back on to make it through the night.
Would definitely rent again!

I really enjoyed wearing this, it was not as fitted as I’m used to, but the slit really balanced out the long sleeves, and it looks great in photos!

For petites/smaller on top with a full bottom: 
I was totally on the fence with this dress because I fall between sizes and was worried if I went with the suggested XS, it would be way too small for my hips and butt (40in hips. but very narrow chest and smaller breasts for ref). However, the XS was honestly perfect for a ‘fit like a glove’ aesthetic. I think I could have gone up to S BUT, it would have been more of a ‘boxy’ look. I did use fashion tape to keep the lapels down as it is a plunge neckline—ladies with bigger breasts might need something under—and I also used a bit of it under the lapels against the dress since they got folded weird in the RTR bag. Dress is definitely short, I probably wouldn’t feel comfortable wearing without tights or undershorts of some kind, so just be aware. Super comfortable and I got a lot of compliments on it throughout the evening. The “runs large” held true in that an XS worked for both my upper and lower half of my body which almost never happens.
