I loved the fit and thought it to be very flattering. I would rent again with a sweater over it! 

This dress was adorable! So versatile for many occasions - work, dinner with friends, holiday events. There are so many ways to style this dress, I had to buy it. Comfortable, not too short, TTS, puff sleeves weren't too big but still made a statement. Definitely recommend!

When I walked into the office, my colleague said she thought of an eighties business woman and heard the song 9 to 5 by Dolly Parton. Love it. I could have sized down to a small and it would've been sexier but I work in a conservative environment so I liked that it still accentuated my shape but wasn't form fitting. The sleeves give it a fun edge (I was still able to throw a blazer over it without the sleeves throwing off the fit of the blazer). I styled it with simple gold earrings and tan pumps. The material is softer than I thought it'd be. It's a very comfortable dress. I liked the length as I'm fairly short so it was longer than it might be on a tall lady. 

Great fit. Cute, comfortable, with a little edge. Loved the sleeves. Would rent again. 

I first ordered in a medium because I tend to wear 4 but many dresses  from RTR have been too tight for work situations. It was too lose overall. Tried a four and fit perfectly. The sleeves are interesting. The fabric is a great weight and the plaid with the mustard is so Ralph Laurent. I plan to keep this in my rotation for a long time. 

I received so many compliments! Looks great with a lack belt and purse! So comfortable and not too short for work! I got a medium it looks bigger in the bag but when I put it on fit perfectly

I adore this dress, the large is a tiny bit large but for my height was perfect for work. With the big shoulders it gave a perfect hourglass look, received lots of compliments at work. 

This dress was a big hit at work. I paired it with mustard yellow tights which really helped the yellow lines in the dress pop. I received tons of compliments and felt comfortable all day. I'll definitely be renting this one again. I'm a size 4 and I thought the fit was very true to size.

Fit was true to size but it was a little bit tight in the arms, not uncomfortable but just something to note. Overall, super cute dress and I got tons of compliments.

The dress fit my sliiiighty large, but only still worked. Going down a size may have made it too tight to wear to work so glad I went with Small. I wore this to the office and then to catch a musical after... great transition from day to night. Lovely! 

I liked the classic pattern and tailored cut of this dress, great style for the office. At first I was skeptical of the very puffy cap sleeves. I'm petite with a smaller frame and the sleeves were a bit overwhelming for my taste! I almost didn't wear this, but I found that my longer hair draped over my shoulders helped de-emphasize the sleeves. I did get a number of compliments at work and I felt great in it! Keep in mind the fabric is not as heavy as one might expect. It's thin so you may find that wearing a shaper underneath to hide lumps and bumps. I wore with over the knee sock boots and black tights.

I loved the material and colors of the dress. Really comfy and professional looking.

I almost loved this dress.  It's a fabulous print and styled well with boots and amber jewelry.  But a wee bit too short, slightly off on torso shaping, shoulder puffs a bit too much, a little too young in styling overall.  

The fit overall was a little large. The only place it was a little tight was around the chest. Generally I prefer a more fitted silhouette, but I really liked the fabric & sleeves. Great option for work.

Dress fit well. I am usually between a 6-8 and I went with Medium.  I got lots of compliments.  I agree with other reviews that sleeves feel a little tight.  It's not something others can actually see but you can feel it.  But it wasn't a deal breaker.  Perfect for Fall weather with tights and boots.  Wore to work.  

Didn't wear because it was too short for me at work and fit too tight on the arms and bust. Couldn't get size L zipped. Otherwise a great dress for someone more slender/less busty

I'm currently obsessed with plaid for fall and this is the perfect dress all because of those amazing puffy sleeves!  The silhouette is just beautiful.  The top was a little large but not so much so that it looked bad.  I added a belt for a little more waist definition and for a little dimension.  Would definitely rent this again!

Loved this simple but fashionable dress. A thicker material, it is better for transition into fall or winter under a coat. It isn't figure hugging so it is flattering for most body shapes. It has cute sleeves that make the simple dress upscale. The dress runs true to size, with a little tightness in the sleeve area and is conservative enough for work. The splash of color makes it a little edgy and you can play with it with your accessories. It can be dressed up or down.  I wanted to own this one.  There was 0 things wrong with it.  

Read reviews that the dress is short, so ordered up a size. Length worked well, but body was large overall. Sleeves were tight. I didn't hate it, but I won't rent it again. 

I was excited to try this plaid dress out but the fit was not the greatest. It was very snug on the bottom and a bit short for me. I would recommend sizing up. 

This dress fit nicely and did have a little pop of fall color which is why I chose it. Definitely not my favorite but the fit was good and maybe it could be dressed up with a little bit of color

It was a little too short for work, but I wore black tights and kitten heels so it wasn't so obvi.

This was so cute for work. It was a little small so I decided to wear flats, but I LOVED the sleeves and the cut it was very flattering. Thinking about buying it!

I loved the fit of this dress. It wasn't too short so it was Appropriate for work. I would say it runs pretty true to size.

The dress fit really nicely for work and being totally appropriate, but sleeves made it cute for after work as well for drinks. this dress could be a problem for anyone with fuller arms.

Wore this dress to an event in Miami where the temperature dropped to 60 on event night. The event was outside so I paired this with black tights. Wore my hair up in a sliced back bun. The material of the dress was warm, but not too thick. 

I absolutely loved this dress! I'm considering buying it! I wore the dress with tights because it is a little short. Overall the medium fit well but I could have size down.
