Originally rented this for everyday wear, but wore it to a casual Friday at work. Fits true to size, except a bit snug on the shoulders/biceps. Loved the look and would rent again! 

I rented the coat for outside winter engagement pictures. Though, the jacket is not thick, it was flattering and can wear a sweater underneath easily. The zipper is delicate so you do need to be cautious when zippering up the jacket. I received a lot of compliments the weekend I had the rental.

As a shorter girl, I've historically veered away from Long jacket. I decided to give this one a whirl and it did not disappoint. It is a great piece that could be worn dressed up or down and in this case I wore it with black skinny jeans and a top and wedges and it was perfect. My only note in fit is that it was a little snug through the biceps but since I wasn't wearing it for a workout, it was fine  ;)

I was pleasantly surprised at how lightweight the tweed fabric was! If you are typically a small or have larger chest/arms, consider sizing up. This was very tight through the upper arm and across shoulder blades. Worn unzipped but fits if zipped (size 4/6 dress size).

UPDATE - Second rental I tried the Medium due to size Small fit. The Medium had the same issues with fit across the back (not nearly as small through arms). I think this is the last time I will rent this even thought he weight of the material can go into Spring.


The perfect piece that can look super classy and trendy at the same time. I wore it twice. Once to work and once with jeans. Loved both looks. 

So in love with this sweater coat. A perfect transitional piece for the early fall. It was a bit snug to zipper up, but I'm also fairly broad in the shoulders. Got tons of compliments ! Would pair with leggings and sneakers on the weekend.

I loved this jacket (seeing it on the site was actually a big part of why I finally signed up for RTR Unlimited).  It is, however, very tight.  I was able to wear it (unzipped), but despite the fact that my shoulders are very narrow and my forearms are very slender, it was somewhat uncomfortably tight on both.  A medium probably would have been better, but that size wasn't available.  Still - I loved wearing this piece.  If the fit was better, I would keep it in a heartbeat!

Worked with my hat and I paired it with rented Oscar necklace.  The fit was tight in the arms and the pockets felt behind me.  Maybe I should have sized up to a large.

I received many compliments and questions related to this jacket. Loved everything about it (length, colors, material) but it does run small, feels snug to zip up.

Jacket was cute and stylish; very appropriate for work. It did run small. I have narrow shoulders but found that my normal size felt tight.

GREAT jacket. Ton of compliments but tight in the arms and back for me. If I would've reached for something, I could've ripped it. Good piece just size up if you have bigger arms.

The material was pulled in a few areas and looked worn but cute and comfortable overall. 

Great cardigan, can get dressed up or down.  But - I felt like the Hulk all day.   It was so tight across the back

I loved wearing this jacket to both work and a party. It's super chic glammed up with heals and a silky tank or can be worn to work with work pants and heels.  I got so many compliments each time I wore it. 

the medium would have been absolutely perfect , the small was just "fat man in a little coat" for me. I have big boobs and jackets/blazers are always tricky so I should have sizes up, per the reviews! Great quality though!

I wore this both to work and everyday outfit. Great piece, one of my favorite rentals to date. If you want to zip it and not wear it open I would go a size up though.

Wore this 6.5 months pregnant to help dress up my work look! Loved it! I️m usually an xs (pre-pregnancy) but the small fit perfect 

I usually wear a size 8 suit jacket, but this ran a bit smaller than that. Sleeves are fitted and I didn't zip it. I wore it to work with fitted cropped dress pants and heals and then wore it on the weekend with jeans and heals. Looked amazing both ways! The mix of the print and the cut is modern and really cute. I got so many compliments on it! 

This jacket is one of my favorite that I have rented. I kept it for almost a month because it was so versatile. Surprisingly light fabric which nice!  

This is a great jacket! It fit a little tight. I am petite up top and it was still very tight. I wore it open and got tons of compliments. 

I wanted a casual yet professional look for an industry conference. I paired it with a gray turtleneck and black jeans. I loved the tweed fabric. I agree with others that this jacket can run small; I took a gamble on the small and it worked out! I preferred the jacket unzipped, it’s snug when zipped. Will rent again!

This is one of my favorite rentals and will rent again if able. I would have bought if the garment had been in new condition. Wore twice to work with different things and got loads of compliments. Ended up getting a professional photo in it for headshots. Does run small as reviews state. Im very narrow in chest and shoulders and medium fit perfect. Would normally easily wear a small or 4 in jackets. 

Extremely flattering fit. Doesn't look boxy on and can be easily dressed up or down. 

Loved this coat!  It was slightly worn and a few of the threads were pulled out, but great nonetheless.  A little tight in the sleeves.  This is not a heavy coat - it is more like a sweater with a zipper.  Loved wearing it to work, received compliments. 

I wore this three times before sending it back. Jeans? Check! Over a black dress? Check! Black dress pants plus a vertical striped shirt? Check! I wear a lot of black and white so I think I could have kept this one. Maybe next time I will!

It fit pretty well, I ordered a size up. Typically I wear an XS and the S fit me perfectly. I really love the look, it is classic and can pair well with casual weekend clothing or with work apparel. I will say that I wore this a jacket on a day that might have been a little too cold, it was about 49 degrees and I was chilly. But as a sweater or light jacket it is perfect.  

A bit tight in the shoulders and would be skin tight if I zipped. Runs small I think - I wear a small loosely in dozens of other items. Came with a few snags in the material so did not look as polished as expected. 

Super adorable but runs really tight in the arms and shoulders. The specific item that was sent to me also had quite a few pulls in the fabric. 

Shoulders were a little tight, but I liked the look of this. Good for work and play.

Love the jacket but the seams are frayed and torn at both shoulders. Also noticed the stitching on the right sleeve - close to the cuff is torn.  

Though I was not impressed with the condition of this piece, I wore it to work with skinny jeans and heels to work and did receive compliments. I'm pear shaped and would not be able to zip this jacket if I wanted to.....but it looked great open. 

I loved this jacket, and normally wear a small in everything on RTR, but this was extremely tight in the shoulders. Even though I would wear this jacket open, it looked obvious that it wouldn't zip up in the bust, so I returned without wearing. :( If you have a chest at all
I'd definitely recommend sizing up.
