I loved this dress - its comfortable for dancing and has a bit more spice than the photos show.

Great for winter party! I am 5’9. Length was perfect. I did wear tights and booties

This is a very cute dress, especially if you have a dark gothic style. That’s not really my vibe so that’s why I didn’t end up wearing it. I would warn you about the sleeves—the dress was the right size, as it fit at the waist and back, but I had trouble with my arms. Mine are not very skinny and the sleeves was really taut and uncomfortable. You’ll also need someone’s help to zip it up at the back (because it’s hard to reach your back with the really, really tailored sleeves), so don’t rent unless you have someone to help you put it on

Delicate features; beautiful lace and burgundy color. I wore it with a black bralette.  So pretty! 

Wore this to my company holiday party. It looked absolutely amazing on! I received many compliments. The fit and lace was so pretty. I ordered both the XS and S. The S fit best and wasn’t too long in the sleeves. I wore a black bra under and didn’t look risqué either. Very glad I ordered this dress and you will too! 

I wore the small. It fit well in the torso and arms, but might be too short on a taller person. For me, it was bordering on short for the length, but I made it work with black tights. I’d recommend it for an event that’s only 3-4 hours long, but too uncomfortable to wear all day! 

Fit was perfect.  I did expect it to be a shorter, mini-dress, but wasn't.  I wore a nude tanktop under it as it was low cut in the front and back, as I'm a nursing momma!

I wore to a charity event and got so many compliments- the fit was perfect and so comfortable! The front has a deep v cut but a black lace bra blends everything in!

I'm pretty short and loved the length on this dress. Very comfortable and super flattering the lace and ruffles hide any imperfections. 10/10 recommend 

I was starting to second guess my order after I placed it and even started looking for replacement options because I was really starting to question my choice. However, I LOVED it and so glad I didn't need a replacement. I ordered the small and medium and both of those are my TTS. The small fit amazing and even helped hold my boobs in place so no bra needed. Definitely recommend!

This dress was perfect for my brother's fall wedding. It was chilly outside so it was nice to have the longer sleeves, even if they were just lace. I did not find the lace to be itchy or uncomfortable. The size small fit me well. I am usually a 2 or a 4 and I got both the S and XS but the size S fit and not too tight. The V-shaped cutout in the front is deep, but the lace helps make it feel like you're not showing too much. I wore pasties underneath so I could dance without worry, but I don't think they were needed. Great dress!

Loved this dress! So flattering on a petite body. Hits all the right places and the lace and all the details are so well done. Fun dress to wear and lace makes it kind of sexy. 

The fit was great overall, and the color was beautiful. I love lace, so it was a cute dress to wear for a night out at a nice restaurant with friends! 

I love everything I have ever rented by Alexis, I have even purchased and kept a number of pieces by the designer because the fit is so good. I wore a size up from my usual size because I have larger arms that usually have trouble with lace sleeves, The fit in the arms was great, the bodice was just a little loose and the waist fell about an inch lower than my natural waist, but I wore it for an Anniversary dinner, so extra room was great. Loved this dress!

Fit was perfection. Don't size up as the material is a bit stretchy. Sexy but not over the top. Looked amazing with over the knee boots! Very comfortable too!

I loved this maroon lace dress and got tons of compliments on it! It has a deep-V and a lace detail on the back that makes it necessary to go braless. I wore a size Large and I typically wear a size 6 but this dress fit perfectly! 

This dress fit my petite figure perfectly! Although I'm normally very self-conscious about not wearing a bra, I opted not to wear one since the dress is see-through in the front and back, and I felt very comfortable. I also really loved the sleeves on the dress. The entire dress was very comfortable and stylish. I would rent and wear it again!

Great dress! I wore it to a Christmas party, and it was perfect. It fit just right, so I recommend staying true to your size with this one. The ruffles makes it so fun and with the see through lace by the cleavage makes it just the right amount of flirty ;-)

This is one of my favorite dresses!  I wore it with a black tank top, because it was cut too low.  The dress was fun, feminine, and memorable!  I will definitely rent this one again!

I wore this dress to a Napoleon/Marie Antoinette themed formal party at an art museum. It was such a fun dress for the theme and I had a ton of compliments. I paired it with light pink tights and a large maroon fascinator for some additional flair. It was such a fun outfit!

This dress is gorgeous in person and for so many compliments.  It was slightly large in the chest but that's just me nitpicking.  Comfortable to wear.  I did not wear or need a bra as the v comes pretty low in the front but is still somehow conservative.  This was sadly the only photo I have of me in the dress. This was such a perfect holiday party dress. This easily pairs back to tights and was a great fit - I am a true 6 and the Medium fit great. The length was short but not too short - I'm 5'6 but if you were any taller it would be a chance of flash for sure. 

Loved this dress, did not have to wear a bra! It was slightly sexy with the deep cut out, but still kept you very covered and cozy. I got the L but probably could have got away with the M, wore a belt to bring it in a little more. Hides all the worry spots and is just an overall comfortable fun dress.

The pros - cut, color, length.
The cons- the lace is really heavy and itchy. Also, the sleeves are kind of short if you're tall.

I would say this dress is true to size.  Based on other reviews, I sized up for my back up dress, but ended up wearing the size medium and it was a great fit.  I wore this dress without a bra and it was plenty covered.  Many other reviewers commented on the sleeves being tight, but that was not my experience.  However, the lace on this dress does not stretch at all.  The color is a deep maroon/ burgundy.  It was gorgeous for a night out on the town.  So many compliments all night long.  I loved this dress so much!! 

I couldn't have picked a better dress. I loved it and it was extremely flattering
