I was hosting a work dinner and this dress was perfect.  I got the large because of the reviews.  So glad I did.  My broad shoulders fit perfectly and the length was appropriate for a "work" function.  It is such a classy flirty dress.  The compliments were still coming the next day.  

Everything about this dress is great used it multiple times and will probably rent again or buy. Absolutely stunning, great quality 

Perfect fit for me but material had little give and was a little stiff in the arms. That said I ate a full holiday meal and was carrying kids around all night and was comfortable. Everyone said I should buy it,  but will just rent again 

I am wearing this beautiful Alexias lace dress for Halloween! Been looking for a reason to rent it! Wearing it with my devil's ears and voila.. instant costume! 😉

Nice quality fabric, runs small. Zipper was a little tough but loved it and got tons of compliments!! 

Perfect fit. Perfect length.  Perfect color. Did I mention it's perfect?  I wore the size medium and am a true size 6 and 5'9.  

I liked the dress, the color was unique and the lace is feminine. The sleeves made it very hot so this would be a good winter rental. 

The zipper was a huge con. Wore the dress without unzipping the zipper all the way. It fit well. Paired with strappy heels. It wasn’t too heavy. One to rent or buy

Fit could've been a bit tighter. The length was a little long for me, but I wore high heels to make the dress look a little shorter. Was a bit too tight around the rib cage, but fit great in the bust. The beautiful fabric is what did it for me!

This dress was really pretty, but might need a second person to help zip up. One of the toughest zippers I've fought with. Fabric has no stretch and it's a thicker material, so probably should skip it for a summer event. 

This dress was great! I got so many compliments. The zipper was a little hard to zip but the fit was great and the color is not too bright that it's too much. 

Great for a holiday party or formal affair

Had a nice fit gives you a shape, I was surprised it was a large as I'm usually a medium but got so many compliments!

Great dress and perfect for winter. Very comfortable and short enough to give it a sexy flare.


Pros: great fit, I could have worn a L but the XL gave me a little more wiggle room which I preferred. Was able to wear over the knee boots which was perfect for the cold weather, otherwise heels also worked! Felt extremely comfortable and flattered my body type. Super satisfied!

Cons: which I had the funds to buy it! Haha

I wore this to a work function and received a ton of compliments on it from both men and women! The color definitely stands out in a sea of black dresses. The fit was true to size, maybe it runs a little small. I normally wear XS, but was glad I decided to size up because the lace is pretty thick and there's no stretch. I'm 5'2" and the length was just above my knee. It's a great dress for the winter and would be great for Valentine's Day!

Unique without being flashy. Lots of compliments and my husband loves loves this dress. It's warm so keep in mind when renting and the zipper can be tricky but otherwise easy to wear and great!

This dress was out of my comfort zone. I usually gravitate toward a A-line or fit and flare cut. After reading other reviews i went for it. 

I'm soo happy I did.  

I'm a athletic 160 (definitely heavier on the bottom) and the large was tight/fitted but not uncomfortable(yes it's possible). As soon as I got out the car the compliments started. I danced all not long, just don't expect to raise the roof since the quality lace around the arms won't allow that :)

Backstory...this was my replacement dress after my original dress and backup did not work. They weren't out of the question and I contemplated sucking it up and working with it. But that's why I use RTR so I can get the perfect dress!  RTR never fails! They we're so great they shipped me 2 replacement dresses and this was one. Give yourself the suggested 2 days before the event!(Side note -my hearts made finding my replacement super easy-make heart list for events it makes what could be stressful- stress free)

Beautiful dress perfect for a holiday party. It does run small and has zero stretch/give. I typically wear a 4 or 6 and the medium fit perfectly. The dress is thick and heavy, also nice for winter months. The length was perfect even for a tall woman, I am 5'9" and it was appropriate - not too risqué but still sassy. 

Got some great compliments. Slightly tight in the arms for me, but great fit in waist/hips. 

The fabric and the quality of the lace and lining.... the beautiful lines in this dress...  everything about this dress was exquisite. I felt amazing in it and got a million compliments!!!  I'm 5'9. I'm 140 lbs. I'm a 34DD. I wore the large size which fit well, and runs fairly true to a size 8. There is no stretch in the fabric which made it feel a tiny bit more snug than what I'm used to. The zipper was tough. Glad my husband was around to help me. But, I'd rent this dress 100 times again!!  It's gorgeous!!

I loved this dress. I felt great and received compliments from everyone. I'm typically a size 6 and the medium was perfect. The only warning is the fabric/lace is thick so the zipper was difficult to zip because of the fabric. The dress wasn't too small it was just the zipper/fabric combo that was difficult had to have someone zip it up for me so make sure you have someone around to help you out. I would rent/buy this dress I loved it so much.

Don't hesitate!  Alexis didn't disappoint with this one. Thick lace fabric. Absolutely amazing quality. Wear a strapless bra. Red lining not in shoulders. Very flattering fit. I am a size 4, 5"2', 115 lbs. the medium fits like a glove. Small was too tight. The sleeves are a tad short so if you have long arms, which I do not, expect shorter sleeves. That doesn't look bad though. Perfect holiday dress. I paired with black tights and tall black boots. Santa type boots. I should buy this one!  I rent a TON of dresses and this is a fav!  The black lace around waist is also see-through like the shoulders and arms. It's very subtle. Zipper was a little tough but I got it up. Overall, I love it. It's gorgeous and very well made. 

This dress got a ton of compliments, was perfect for a winter fancy race day, not much give and hard to zip up or move your arms but worth it because it held you in in the right places and the details were great. I was concerned the bottom black line would make me look wider but I don't think it did. Rent it. 

This gorgeous dress really stood out from the rest, and the long sleeves were perfect for the fall weather. The waist was a tad unflattering, but the belt I added made a world of difference.

I rented this dress to wear to the annual Greek Food Festival in Birmingham because it has that Grecian look and I loved it! I rated it as runs small because I felt like I couldn't raise my arms over my shoulders without feeling like the dress was going to rip-but this is more of just the make of the dress. It's that tight lace. Looks great on but definitely wouldn't be the best dress to dance in! 

It was a perfect dress for a photoshoot. Glad I ordered an XL though- they are cut extremely small- I normally wear a medium! 

Runs small, size up if you have broad shoulders or large chest. 

This dress is beautiful! It fits perfectly, love the length and the design. Very comfortable. 

Wore this for a bat mitzvah and was a huge hit! Got a ton of compliments all night. I was disappointed that the Medium came with an fabric issue near the zipper (used a safety pin to resolve).
